I had a part issue with a wine fridge that was delivered and was initially concerned about having to coordinate a return and wait a longer period of time for a new unit. However, Jennifer at Beverage Factory jumped right in and alleviated my concerns immediately. She closely assessed the issue and gave me three options to remedy the problem. She ended up coordinating with a local appliance company to come out and repair a hinge on the doors. The service from start to finish was 20 minutes and very professional. I purchased a Kegco K309B-2 on Amazon and it arrived damaged. The front door does not attach to the unit. I am out $800 and several days of wasted time until a carrier can come pick up the damaged unit and a replacement is shipped out. For a premier kegerator line, you'd figure they would have excellent QAQC. It's either that or the door engineering that proves otherwise because the unit was packaged extremely well. Pictures are attached. Apparently, according to internal instructions sent by customer service, the door is supposed to easily slide off only when the silver hinge (shown in the photos) is removed. The root cause appears to be a damaged hinge. It's thick metal so some serious weight had to be applied to bend it. I have dealt with Sam and Steve Peterson from Beverage Factory and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from both Sam and Steve. The home that we moved into had a Kegerator with an under counter refrigerator and a tower with three beer taps. But nothing else came with the house as the taps were never connected to anything in the refrigerator. Steve was able to hook me up with everything that I needed so now we get to enjoy having a keg or kegs with great tasting beer on tap any time. Sam sent me some parts for free because the handle to open the refrigerator came loose because Sam was able to figure out that some washers were needed to keep the handle snug. The refrigerator's handle is now nice and snug! Sam was able to look up the original Kegerator's receipt for the warranty claim. read more

The fridge we purchased is great. The drawers feel strong, slide smoothly and easily support the weight on them. Lighting is very nice and the unit is quiet even when the pump is running. We had an issue with one side not cooling properly. Jennifer at the Beverage Factory responded very quickly to our concern. You need to advise prior to ordering the fact you do not have stock. ur salesman stateed u were the mfg and later confirming it is shipped from china and it was projected to be 2-3 months prior to receipt Who/ the sales man then offers for twice the price another product for which you are the distributor sounds dubious. In October 2025, I noticed an issue with the interior lights in the wine refrigerator. I contacted Joe via email who requested his support team to contact me. I received an email from Denise, a customer service rep, the same day. Denise was very responsive to my emails and requested more information about my issue. After determining the issue was not repairable, Denise scheduled the delivery of a new wine refrigerator to be shipped immediately. Gave us a great price on a Kegerator. We are having a problem with the beer dispensing with too much foam. We called for advice and it got better but not good. Now the foam is extreme and undrinkable. We brought it back for adjustment with a keg in it. They said they would regulate it. We bought it 7 months ago. We just hope they can get it adjusted properly to serve a great Beer. We bought from the Beverage Company because they sell great Kegs at a great price and have a great reputation and selection. read more

Don't buy from this place. I placed an order two weeks ago that showed the item available online. After a few days of them withdrawing my money I get a email stating that it's on back order. I then waited a few more days to call customer service to hear that it's on the way, I then call customer service again and get lied to for the second time that the orders are coming in a few days. Now in week two I call customer service a 3rd time and they say the order will arrive after December. I've had enough, asked for an immediate refund for the lying, deception, false advertising, and basically stealing from consumers. read more

I have 2 kegco kegeraters one works really good but it's a few years old and I wanted to replace the regulator and the other wasn't holding temperature I was in San Diego and decided to drop into their showroom the sales guy was really helpful and I came away with a new regulator and new compressor. Took some time to connect my second tap, due to my travel schedule. Got hoses hooked up and attached the D-coupler. CO2 leak... Turns out the Relief Valve was leaking. I unscrewed it, checked for debris, everything looked good. Still leaked. Joe at KegCo/BevFactory responded to my outreach quickly and put a replacement coupler in the mail, no questions asked. I offered to return the defective unit, let's see. As soon as I get it installed I'll reconnect with Joe for disposition. I'm loving this conversion kit beer frig draft experience. Denise from BF helped me through a kegerator temp control issue (ordered and received 5 years ago). She guided me to service people in my area, and when they could not fix the issue, she dug a little deeper and discovered there had been an issue with the model I owned with an incorrect fan installation that had occurred and was able to get me a brand new cabinet at no cost to resolve the issue. To date I have bought three different Kegorator's from the beverage factory over the past several years and have not had an issue until recently. My most recent purchase was missing a few of the washers that are needed for the different lines to get everything hooked up.
