I've lived down the street nearly all my life and this place has always been overlooked for any time I want to eat out. After all that time I decided to come by and try it out. Located on a bustling Colorado blvd, you will miss it if you aren't looking for it as it sort of blends in with the adjacent apartments. There is a small driveway to parking in the rear but not sure if it's for the restaurant or for the tenants in the back. There is ample street parking though. Restaurant is your typical mom and pop style restaurants with minimal seating but they make good use of the space. I called in my order to go and it was ready on time as I arrived. Paid roughly 18 bucks and some change after taxes for all that is in the picture. I've never had Bibimbap before but this meal was awesome. The different combinations of items as well as the side of the banchan all were immensely flavorful. All items tasted of at home quality type of cooking. If I'm looking for authentic Korean food and not trying to drive to the horrible parking situation that's called Koreatown, I'm coming here! High recommend this place to everyone. read more

I came here after I moved into the neighborhood last week. Its a very small place, and it looks like its family owned. Parking is in the back with very limited spaces and the restaurant itself is on a very busy street (Colorado). Now, as for the food, I absolutely loved it! Our go-to spot for Korean food for 2 years now. Their soon tofu soup is delicious, especially the combo with its wide variety of seafood (such as clams and shrimp) mixed with the tender and flavorful beef, not to mention the silky-smooth tofu. The yukgaejang (spicy beef soup) is also delicious (especially the noodles it comes with), but is much spicier than the soon tofu (even at mild or medium), so be careful). If you prefer meat and rice dishes, you can't go wrong with their chicken teriyaki. It is NOT salty at all, and it's lightly sauced, bringing balance to the texture and flavor. It does go well with rice indeed. Lastly, their dolsut-bibimbap (hot stone bibimbap) is a highlight. It's healthy and delicious where it makes eating vegetables all the more fulfilling and appetizing, especially when paired with the beef (rich in flavor and fragrance) and rice (which is crispy and rich in fragrance). This is a small, family-run place serving typical Korean fare like bibimbap. Food is tasty in general, but this is my go-to place for gimbap (i.e., stuff rolled maki sushi style). I've never tried their all veggie one which is raw veggie-filled. I like both their tuna and bulgogi ones. They make it to order. So be prepared to wait a little bit, but totally worth it! I was craving kimbap and was excited to see Beulah Kitchen on DoorDash (finally!). It was easy to order online; I got the bulgogi kimbap and an extra side of banchan. Also, I got chopsticks and napkins upon requesting for utensils in the DoorDash order. The kimbap looked like a small portion in pictures, but the roll was actually quite big and filled generously. The bulgogi was sweet for my tastes, yet still yummy and hearty. The banchan came in a small tray; it was alright and may have suffered from the outside heat during transport because it was really warm. The kimchi was sweeter than expected as well. From the banchan tray, I liked the fish cakes the most. I'm still looking for local Korean restaurants in the valley, so I want to visit Beulah Kitchen in the future to experience the restaurant in-person.
