Leche de Tigre is my favorite style of ceviche. I liked the little bits of mahi mahi in the juice. This Serva's version is topped with a breaded pawn and few pieces of red pepper, giving it a bit more of a kick. The rotisserie chicken was very tender and juicy. I don't know if it's the Idaho potato but those fries were amazing! They were crispy on the outside but soft and tasted very fresh on the inside. The restaurant staff were very nice and gave me a complimentary lemonade-like drink. It was very interesting. It was topped with a layer of egg white and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It almost tasted like a non-alcoholic pisco sour. I will definitely be back to try their other dishes next time we are in the area.
