I saw the Cuadra San Francisco sign off of the highway and decided to contact them! I'm glad I did!! This is such a beautiful ranch, and the horses are so well taken care of. Friendly dogs roaming, an absolutely beautiful tack room, and everyone is friendly. I went on a 2 hour trail ride just one on one with the wrangler. Relaxing and beautiful and when I came back they offered me a cerveza! It felt so nice to hang out after my ride and watch the arena lesson that was going on. I got to pet a bunch of the horses and enjoy the beautiful location. I travel to Cabo often and I'm adding this to my list from now on.

Carisuva never disappoints from the time they pick us up at the Resort until they drop us back off. (they will also pick up / drop off Cruise Ship passengers). Air-conditioned van and safe driver. Well trained guides. Professional Photographer and photos offered at a reasonable price to capture your ride. The ranch building is clean and has restrooms to use and free lockers for your stuff. And the horses? - HEALTHY, well trained, Loved, safe for beginner to seasoned riders. They're allowed to roam the ranch freely. At the end of the ride the guides gave us each a carrot for our horse. I took a few seconds with mine for a much needed neck hug (if you're a horse person, you know ) My heart feels better. If you make it to Cabo, go here for a ride. This is our 4th ride there. What we actually got was a disorganized mess--multiple vehicle swaps, pointless delays, and barely under an hour on horseback. The rest of the time? Wasted sitting in transit. No apology. No accountability. Not even the basic courtesy of offering a partial refund. Worse, they tried to gaslight us and say it was only intended to be one hour. Most of my time in Cabo was burned sitting in vehicles instead of doing the one thing I paid for. This wasn't a minor inconvenience--it was outright misrepresentation. Save your money. Book with a reputable vendor. This one isn't worth the risk.

The trip starts with a brief informational overview of sea turtles, and at sunset we went out to release the babies. It was incredibly moving to see them making their way into the ocean to start their lives. The release at sunset was also beautiful and we were able to get some great photos. The only thing I wish I would have known ahead of time was around logistics. The tour was listed at about four hours. Viator does not indicate most of this is transport. If you are trying to plan your day it is important to note that having a 1-2 hour buffer before the tour start time is necessary to ensure you make the pickup (e.g. our tour started at 4:30, pickup was 3:10). It is also worth noting you will not know your pickup time until the morning of the activity (due to needing to confirm the birth of the babies for release). The transport is not private for each group, so if there are others at different resorts the trip there and the trip home can become extended due to multiple stops. The ranch is isolated, so I'm not sure uber or taxi would be a good alternative. In all, I think we spent more time in the car than we did on the tour itself - but, for us it was worth it to experience the sea turtle release. There are restrooms there, and water - no food though. I recommend bringing snacks and water to ensure you have something for the van.

My fiancé and I just finished spending the last few hours riding the horses, petting the baby…read moregoats, chickens, donkeys, dogs, and rabbits! Yes the landscape isn't always the most picturesque, but you can't hold that against them. The ride was fun and riding the horse to the beach is so cool. No you can't ride the horses along the beach because they poop. The family that we met running this little farm were very hospital and sweet. We will definitely return in the future! Probably to pet all the animals.
