    1) Really fun ATV trip with Emmanuel! + He was really patient with beginners and walked us through step-by-step process of riding. + We had so much fun! 2) Relaxing Camel ride with Carlos! + Very nice trip by the ocean. Thank you Emmanuel and Carlos! When we go back to Cabo -- we will definitely take this trip with Picacho Adventures again!!! 5 stars!

Emmanuel, our guide was AWESOME!!! He took the time to show us great spots to take pictures, he was patient with our group (a young girl was driving) and just amazing! We loved that he took us down to the beach and just gave us history of it. Absolutely great business and the staff, very professional!

So my family wanted to do a camel tour (bucket list). So I started reading all the reviews on Yelp. The biggest complaint from the other companies was the photo fee (some people mentioned additional $160 and up). NOT at Picacho Adventures. They let you take your phone/camera and allow you to take all the pictures you want. In fact our guide even took this picture for us (along with bunch of others). The whole process of signing up was super easy. Judy answered our call and accommodated our schedule. Most places want 24 hours notice to reserve shuttle pickup. Not only did Judy arrange last minute shuttle pickup but she gave us a custom time to help us get back early for another event. Find out that this is a "mom and pop" business. The whole experience was very personal and did not feel like a big company tourist "trap". We may have paid a little more for our tour but the total cost was much less than what the other companies would have charged (if you add the picture package). The total time was about 2 hours which was perfect. We were probably on the camel for closer to 20-30 minutes (didn't feel rushed). That was about the perfect time to enjoy the scenery and ride. Please do tip your guide as he works hard to walk you up and down the beach. With such a nice experience, we went ahead and booked our snorkeling boat ride in a couple of days. This is the first time I have used this tour company (no I do not get paid). I can't wait to return next year to ride the horses n the beach (you get to steer your own horse, not head to tail) and the ATV/UTV. This company should be ranked a 5 star (looked like they got hammered with a few bad reviews...probably different people from same group). Glad I found a trust worthy company.

I came to Cabo's and got set up with Christian; I would recommend him to anyone who comes out to explore and wants to have a good time--he treated us like he's known us for years. We had a great time, from riding 4wheelrs to zip lining out by the river. We will be back for another adventure!

Picacho, Picacho, Picacho. You did not disappoint me today. A glorious, yet somewhat muggy day. Oh we had fun though. Emmanuel the trusted dune god servant, took us on a dusty whirlwind trip across the dried up river beds, and out onto the freshly carved dunes and playa of the pacific. Our rag tag crew of vagabonds and hipsters (+1 youngster), came upon the camel trains, and varying ATV opponents of other gangs out to ride us down. We endeavored to secure a resting spot upon a windswept, wave crashing shoreline so as to hydrate and rest our weary grip from our machines! In all, we rallied like true professionals of a Mexican Baja! We were treated with historical renaissance and culture botany along the way. Truly the cacti and wild burros we're to marvel at, while being politely informed of the indigenous population's contribution to continued salvation and recovery of this ecologically vulnerable coastline. Our presence being a minor hiccup to consider along the way. Oh, but I wait to return again soon. Emmanuel you are truly a blessing to your craft! We shall see you again one day!

Highly recommend this company. Had an amazing time. The terrain is alot more rugged than what I'm used to, and I like that. Hector was our guide. Super cool dude. Unlike the commercialized Cactus Tours, THEY LET YOU BRING YOUR CAMERA(phone). They provide a locker free of charge, water, and bathroom. You are going to get the $20 entrance fee per person just like most places. They are going to mention the insurance just like ALL places. And they are going to try to up sell you their pics just like other places Pics were nice, but I had my Go-Pro running the majority of the ride. I declined the insurance and had no incidents. We went down some very steep hills and go pretty fast so if you a timid or first time rider, do not do this activity w/o insurance. Cows, horses, and I even saw a bull come out in some of the trails. It can be a little intimidating. We rode along the beach shore and they allowed us to take some amazing pics. Even saw a couple of whales pop up. Certainly not as nice of a facility at Cactus Tours, but they get the job done. So I definitely recommend.

We went fishing with Jerry and Luis and had a great time! And the sandwiches were delicious!

My husband and I did the camel ride with Picacho Adventures, and we had the tour guide, Carlos Alonso. He was very kind and friendly. The camel ride was lengthy, and we got our money's worth. We also got the chance to ride the camels by the beach side, and it was a charming view. I recommend Picacho Adventures for Camel rides with the tour guide Carlos Alonso to family and friends. Me and my husband did the ATV ride with the tour guide Emmanuel. Emmanuel was very kind and friendly and an excellent guide for the ATVs. Emmanuel also took very nice pictures and a great video of us on the ATV; if you didn't know better, you would have thought it was a production. The ride was very lengthy, and we took a break and enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach. It was such a lovely experience, and I would recommend riding ATVs with the tour guide Emmanuel.

Pako and Rafael were so great on our tour!!! They took us to see the biggest cactus of Cabo, took very nice candid photographs and went to the beach! This is a must do activity when in acabo with them!

Emmanuel our guía (guide) was absolutely amazing and gave us such a great ATV tour of the desert and mountains and beach. We will definitely be coming back to him again our next trip with the family! I highly recommend this business as they have several different activities for the whole family! Thanks Emmanuel for your excellent service, se lo agradecemos muchísimo su hospitalidad!!!

I made unforgettable memories here it was everything we could've asked for. Emmanuel was incredibly patient and super fun. My friend and I had trouble handling the regular atv's shortly into the trail Emmanuel was immediately aware of the situation and suggested we ride UTVS for our safety. The utvs were just as fun and so much easier to use. Oh Emmanuel has amazing photography skills as well, thank you picacho adventures. Highly recommend, extremely beautiful.

Les recomiendo mil veces este tour. El muchacho Emmanuel fue un excellence guia y tan caresmatico nos iso sentir Muy seguros siendo primera vez que asemos la actividad paisajeos hermosoooos 10/10

They are so friendly and supper nice. It was worth all of it. Just be aware to use pants or something long when you go horseback riding.

I'm another traveler who got completely scammed…read more I booked a Carnival cruise excursion in Mexico that promised a two-hour horseback ride. What we actually got was a disorganized mess--multiple vehicle swaps, pointless delays, and barely under an hour on horseback. The rest of the time? Wasted sitting in transit. No apology. No accountability. Not even the basic courtesy of offering a partial refund. Worse, they tried to gaslight us and say it was only intended to be one hour. Most of my time in Cabo was burned sitting in vehicles instead of doing the one thing I paid for. This wasn't a minor inconvenience--it was outright misrepresentation. Save your money. Book with a reputable vendor. This one isn't worth the risk.

4-Star Review - Rancho Carisuva…read more Great excursion in Cabo! I came here with a couple of friends for a combo of ATV and horseback riding. The shuttle picked us up right from our Airbnb, along with other guests on the same tour, which made for about an hour-long commute. The horseback riding lasted around 45 minutes to an hour, and the same for the ATVs, with a small break in between. We rode through the dusty desert filled with hills and bumps -- definitely added to the adventure -- and finished on a beautiful beach just in time for sunset. Photographers take pictures of you throughout the experience, and you can purchase them at the end (a little pricey, in my opinion). A few of the horses were a bit spirited -- maybe too much for some riders -- but I suppose that's part of the thrill. Overall, this was a fun and memorable way to spend an afternoon in Cabo. I'd recommend it if you want a mix of adrenaline, scenery, and a little dust in your hair.

The trip starts with a brief informational overview of sea turtles, and at sunset we went out to release the babies. It was incredibly moving to see them making their way into the ocean to start their lives. The release at sunset was also beautiful and we were able to get some great photos. The only thing I wish I would have known ahead of time was around logistics. The tour was listed at about four hours. Viator does not indicate most of this is transport. If you are trying to plan your day it is important to note that having a 1-2 hour buffer before the tour start time is necessary to ensure you make the pickup (e.g. our tour started at 4:30, pickup was 3:10). It is also worth noting you will not know your pickup time until the morning of the activity (due to needing to confirm the birth of the babies for release). The transport is not private for each group, so if there are others at different resorts the trip there and the trip home can become extended due to multiple stops. The ranch is isolated, so I'm not sure uber or taxi would be a good alternative. In all, I think we spent more time in the car than we did on the tour itself - but, for us it was worth it to experience the sea turtle release. There are restrooms there, and water - no food though. I recommend bringing snacks and water to ensure you have something for the van.

We purchased a group package (13 people) online a week prior to visiting Cabo. For my family we…read morechose two ATV's. One for my wife and teenager, and the other for myself and 7 year old. The package we purchased also included a tequila tasting at the end. The tequila tasting was only for the adults. We were picked up from our hotel by the G-Force bus on-time. We packed it in, and I was given the control to the music on the way to their headquarters. From Cabo San Lucas it was approximately :45 minute drive so good music was essential. When we finally arrived at the location we had to check everyone in, pay, get fitted for our helmets, and had a safety meeting prior to heading on our 2-hour adventure. The experience was awesome, but I would definitely recommend prior experience on the ATV even though it's not necessary. The instructor does like to go fast and there are a lot of turns, bumps and hills. It will also be very dusty, so bring a face covering, or purchase one at the check-in lobby. One of the ATV's gears was slipping on the hills, so after a few mishaps, we had to wait until they exchanged the ATV's out. That took an extra :20 minutes, but thankfully we were reimbursed for the ATV. The best part of the ride was the beach. After riding through nothing but hills you feel free! Although one is not able to pass, or get out of line, the temptation is there. Believe me if you horseplay and don't follow the rules, they will not hesitate to pull you to the side. Once you get back and dust yourself off you can grab your belongings from the lockers you were provided at check-in and head on over to see the pictures!! A few of the crew members follow you around your adventure, in order to capture this memorable experience. After we got our pictures, we headed over to the tequila table for our adult tasting. The tequila presentation was exceptional. We were given a backstory on the tequila they produce locally. There had a few different types, but the chocolate liquor flavor seemed to be the popular one. All of the tequilas were flavorsome. The bottles were available for purchase after the :30 minute tasting. If your a tequila lover, I highly recommend it. Overall our group of 13 were completely satisfied with our adventure. The same driver took us back to our hotel, and even did us the favor of dropping us off in downtown for some tacos. Thanks to everyone for making this a memorable experience.

My husband and I chose to do a double which means two people on one ATV. It worked out great since I am not good at driving these things. We took the scenic route to the beach and every step of the way they had a photographer capturing the fun. we stopped twice once at the top of the hill with an awesome view and once at the beach. Both breath taking views. Got to take pictures at each view and since we were on a double I was able to get some awesome videos. Once we left the beach it was a straight shot to the main building. We had 5 tequila shots as part of the experience and while we waited for our ride we were able to look at the pictures and buy what we liked.
