THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! For some strange reason, Ulta beauty decided to use this company to deliver my expensive package. Blue Trucks marked it as delivered however, my ring cam showed that no one had appeared on my front door camera since 9 PM the day before. Upon further inquiry, I saw that they dropped the package off in a different city (smyrna and not Marietta) that is about 5 to 7 minutes away from my address. Of course, no picture was taken to confirm the delivery. I hope companies see my review and not use this company. I know the economy is shifting, but it's better to ship things the right way than to ship things cheaply doubling their losses. read more

I realized after filing a missing item complaint with Ulta that the bottom of the package was cut at the seams and resealed with clear tape (Ulta uses tan or beige tape). The delivery site on the map showed it was delivered two towns over to a completely different address. One of the worst driving App. Low pay. Very low pay. If you're an season IC, you know that you have overhead. Better Trucks doesn't pay well enough to cover those overhead. If you shave off $30-$40 off their settlements for gas & maintenance, you'll be making about $1 a stop, sometimes less. Just because you have bid on a route & was assigned to that route, doesn't mean you will get that route. Their warehouse people have a tendency of giving your route to someone else. Then your only option might be a lower paying route that they might left. It's not worth the frustration. I'm in Minneapolis MN. read more
