Had this unit 4 months and was notified the rent was increasing again. Was told that after you rent a unit they typically raise the rent after 4 months, they didn't tell me that 4 months ago. I tried to drive into the storage facility and it was blocked off with caution tape. Told it was due to the cold and if door was opened the sprinklers would freeze and leak. Drive in storage is only convenient when you can actually drive in. This facility frequently is not drive in accessible, yet never give any kind of a credit. Was also told rent is month to month and basically they can raise the rent whenever they want, it's due to supply and demand. This company does not care about their customers, just a greedy company.

Customer service is terrible. Very crumpy older man who owns it. Had a unit for 13 months on…read moreautomatic bill pay. This month they say they didn't receive the check. After verification with the bank that it was not cashed yet was sent. They are refusing to wave the late fee. I know its not their fault the check was lost, but a little understanding that it wasn't my fault or intention would be nice. Will say the facility is not bad the customer appreciation is absent.
