The outside has less dust and dirt than inside this building. My MH collected, while in covered storage, so much dust everywhere after having it cleaned before parking...For $225 a month, you'd expect it to be swept and clean. My POV​

Customer service is terrible. Very crumpy older man who owns it. Had a unit for 13 months on…read moreautomatic bill pay. This month they say they didn't receive the check. After verification with the bank that it was not cashed yet was sent. They are refusing to wave the late fee. I know its not their fault the check was lost, but a little understanding that it wasn't my fault or intention would be nice. Will say the facility is not bad the customer appreciation is absent.
