It was a great day to come wash clothes it wasn't too busy it's about 2:23 and p.m. in the afternoon so it's not too bad on a Monday. Did you have a lot of machines down today I noticed in the bathroom they had a sink down in the ladies I toilet needed to be flushed. Of course it's very nice and quieter though so if you need to study or just wanted to be a book while you wait for your laundry you're able to do so. read more

The place is huge with a lot of machines. I have been here more then once and every time have seen cockroaches. I understand it's hard to keep a large facility from cockroaches, but every time I seen them. So, I elected not to go back! Also a younger gentleman that identified himself as the "owner's son" was quite rude as well. read more

Great place to do laundry. They have a selection of washing machine sizes. They have more than enough washers and dryers and I have never had to wait for one to become available. It's a big open space with plenty of seating. Clean restrooms for customers. My favourite feature is that you can download the app and pay for washing and drying though it. No need to carry quarters. read more

BEST LAUNDROMAT EVER!! Passing through Topeka and stopped by to get some laundry done. Aquablast was a BLAST! Stocked up on all the laundry necessities at a reasonable cost. Free WIFI. CABLE TV. I got to watch baseball folding laundry at a laundromat! Unheard of. Super duper clean. I watched the attendant (didn't catch ner name dark hair, skinny, glasses) , clean out washers, wipe down dryers, reposition chairs and laundry carts, and vacuum lent off the ground a million times. Aquablast had a billion washers and dryers at a fair price AND they are clean and super effective, especially the dryers. Ultra friendly staff. I was greeted as "Sir" and was bid a good night and a sound night of rest. "COME ON, MAN!!!Super impressed. Wish we had a Aquablast in CA. It would be better if they were a 24/7 facility, as there are people who work partial night hours into early, early a.m. and could stop in way home to do laundry. I am renting an apartment in Topeka for a month. I saw the positive ratings for Aqua Blast and called. The woman who answered the phone told me the best day to drop my laundry off. I dropped it off at 7:15 on a Monday, and it was washed, dried, neatly folded and ready for pick up at noon. The flux capacitor on my washing machine went kaput and I found myself needing to do some laundry. After the repair guy told me it would be over a week to get parts from Düsseldorf, I bit my lip and went looking for a launderette. Not since my days at Turbo Laundry on Northern Boulevard in Queens have I used a coin launderette. Auquablast is nice, unbelievable nice. After I showed up with my Rosie O'Donnell sized bag of laundry, I realized that I didn't have any cash. Naturally. To my amazement they had their own app that would allow me to use a credit card. So I loaded the app and added $10 to my account using my credit card (the minimum) , disco! I had so much laundry it required the biggest machine, $9 a load. You can scan the machine's bar code or enter the number and your account's credit will be applied to the corresponding machine..flawless. I didn't need to use the dryer but they have 52 of em'.. The smallest washer is $2.5 a load and then it moves up in size, $5, $7 and then $9 the largest. They also have free WiFi, password is on the wall. If you want your laundry done it's only $1.50 a pound (10 lb minimum)..a bargain.. read more

This place is amazing! I was so happy when I was here. It's so clean, it's huge inside, and there's so many washers and dryers!! Plenty of comfortable places to sit and tables to use. Plenty of carts to wheel outside. There are 3 different entrances, each with automatic sliding doors, so you can easily carry your basket/s of laundry in & out. I would definitely recommend using the Huebsch app, an app that you can use to pay and activate each washer or dryer you want to use. All you do is enter your credit card information & choose how much money you want to add to your balance. Then, you scan the QR code on the machine you want to use. Each machine has a unique QR code right on the front. Then, once you agree to make the purchase, the washer or dryer is enabled and you can press 'Start' on the machine to begin the cycle. The dryers are very easy to use- and you can easily add more time to your dry via the app or the machine. Every washing machine and dryer in the building is a quality, clean, and new machine. There are a few TVs up on the walls if guests want to watch TV. There is a vending machine with snacks & drinks, a vending machine with detergent, dryer sheets, etc., and many other services for your convenience! I know they also have a drop-off service in case you aren't able to, or simply don't want to, do it yourself. Overall- easiest & comfiest laundry experience. First visit. wasn't exactly sure how to operate the machines so instead of doing something wrong or unknowingly harming any units I looked around for an attendant. As I was looking up front a guy in a red shirt asked if I was looking for help and I responded yes, but they might be in the bathroom and I would wait. He sarcastically stretched out his shirt pointing at the front and back to indicate he was the attendant. I don't normally walk around reading T-shirts so Thad no idea. He could have just mentioned he was the attendant and asked what he could he'll with. I walked away and told him I would just figure it out. He didn't even attempt to consider helping. Just his smart-ass attitude was enough for me to know I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service has disappeared everywhere and it's just not that hard to be nice or even fake nice to keep your customer count moving in the right direction. Great laundromat, the best and cleanest in Topeka. The staff do an excellent job of keeping all the equipment clean, sanitized, and in great working order. They have 5 tv's for customers to view while waiting on laundry, an ATM, vending machines, or you can bring outside food if you like, drop off laundry service, very clean restrooms, well lit parking lot for night time customers, and change machines if you need quarters. I came here while on a trip from California. My Air BnB's area didn't have any places to do laundry so I drove into the city. This laundry mat is one of the biggest I've been to. There's plenty of machines to go around And a decent amount of seating to give everyone personal space. I was able to get work done on my laptop while I washed a couple of loads. The laundry mat is well kept and comfortably up to date. Pricing is fair for the amount of space you get and they use a reloadable card system. Bring some coins for the vending machine! read more

Friendly environment. Tons of CLEAN washing machines of various sizes. Tons of dryer machines too all of which are HUGE and of 25 cent per 8 min drying time. Need more time? Just stick in another quarter but they're so huge that sometimes just the 8 min drying will suffice! Great big and clean facility. Wanna just drop off your laundry and just have staff do it all for you including soap and softener and neat folding? no problem. I did this Before and I was very satisfied. Nowadays everything in our country is extremely expensive but here I'd say you'll definitely get your moneys worth. It's pretty safe in there too. You don't see strange people lurking around making you feel uncomfortable either and that's very important to me. There are TVs there are chairs there are tables there are Clean restrooms for for patrons. There's an ATM machine and another one for quarters and dollar coins. You can also download the application on your smart phone or other devices. This allows you to pay via credit card or whatever other mens by which you pay via your devices. I love this place but today I will be looking around the area for another laundromat. I was having a problem closing the door of washer #201 The hinge seemed to be bent and you could not close the door unless you lifted the door while closing, I was concerned that maybe it would leak so I asked the attendant if it was ok and he very rudely snapped at me that I did not know what I was doing, I showed him that the door was loose and he snapped at me again 'dont do that' while doing the very same thing himself, and then tried to close the door and saw that I was right, the latch would not go in unless you lift the door. Later I noticed that he had a black supremacist t shirt on and I figured his hostility towards me had to do with the color of my skin. It saddens me, Is the type of future we have to look forward to, does the pursuit of equality mean the loss of civility and professionalism. read more

I started going to this laundry 6 months ago. It was clean, no hand prints on the carts, the young woman there wiped everything down, carts, machines, dryer door handles, washer door handles. She kept the floors clean. Now, on Sunday's that is not the case. I have pictures of what is left for hours on the floors and tables. Last week, 7-16 I used 2 $7.00 washers, full, and 1 $5.00 washer, full. I realized after I loaded the washers that I had forgotten my laundry soap. I told the attendant Melissa, that I had forgotten my soap and that I would be right back. Melissa took that moment of my despair to chastise me for forgetting it and said, "well you better hurry up". It was moderately busy with plenty of machines left. I asked her not to chastise me, I am a paying customer and it isn't fun for me to have to run out and get soap. I returned in 15 min, proceeded to wash and dry my laundry. I spend an average of $30 per week there. I have a serious back condition and must limit my time spent standing and in general moving. I am slow because of the pain. Therefore, my clothes get dry faster than I can fold and pack back into my tubs. I use 1 rolling cart per 18 gal tub. I sanitize them and use them throughout my time spent there. I watch my laundry so I free up dryers as soon as my clothes are done. I never leave my clothes in a washer or dryer after they are dry, not ever. When I am folding clothes, there are usually 3 carts full of clothes, sitting waiting for me to fold and pack. Melissa walked past me and stated, "You can't use more than 2 carts per table, that is a rule". I looked at the front desk, I saw no signs to that effect. My clothes have to go somewhere as I fold them. I am not going to wad them up in the tubs so Melissa can uphold her rule. I had thought twice about coming back to this laundry. It was unpleasant last week. I don't need unpleasant things in my life. I came back today, 7-23 and went through the same laundry routine. Melissa had not noticed me, or come to clean this part of the laundry, even though there as a coke can left on a small table, the floor had matter all over it, the carts were not wiped or tops of machines wiped down for at least 1-1/2 hours. I thought maybe she just had a bad week. I was at the end of the laundry routine before she came to my end of the place. She looked at me, with my 4 carts full of dry laundry and chastised me again, "You are using 4 carts again, you are only allowed 2". I asked her who her manager was, she stated she wasn't telling me. I walked away. Next week, if she is there, I will not go in. The cleanliness has stopped, customer service is deplorable, and I don't need to be chastised by anyone that I am giving my money to. I am a good customer. I don't leave a mess on washer tops, I wipe them off myself. I sanitize whatever I touch and leave it clean. I recycle all my empty laundry bottles, taking them out the door with me. I am kind and considerate to all and mindful of resources I use there. I am done, however, with being chastised by Melissa. read more
