Temp. in the place seemed to be pleasant Directions need to be posted on the wall. Until 10 am, no one is on duty to help you if you have a question. You must use their card to pay for the laundry machines. It cost $1 for the card itself if you buy it through debit/credit. Cash/debit dollars can be put on the card. The app is available too-go to their site. Obtain their Laundry Money Loading Card from the do-it-yourself kiosk on the south side towards the back. There's no TV here anymore. I guess somebody stole it. while I was doing laundry (who I guess) the owner walked in and said hi. He could have talked longer since sans the TV. Large number of washers of many different sizes with helpful signs on them. Large number of dryers too. Only a few had out of service signs, whether operational or not, as I found out, is another story. There was a pile of Out of Service signs so I was able to notify; I didn't see any phone number to call. Three quarters for 24 minutes got my clothes bone dry. My second load, I used two quarters and got them dry enough. Impressive! Bathroom, again, old, but clean enough. There was a change machine, Ms. Pac Man, soda machine and a TV (it was off, but someone came in and figured out how to turn it on). Vending machine was empty, but there was a M&M dispenser which is all the candy I really need. Which brings up whether there was soda in the machine, I don't know, not my thing. Scotch has received a great deal of my work through the years. Trust me on this! Lol. In all my experience with Scotch, I have never had a bad experience. There has never been a spot not cleaned or garment messed up. My clothes have never been lost or misplaced. This is an establishment that has my full trust. There are several locations around town and I have been to every store. The service and quality is consistent at every store. At one of their locations they have a drive thru which is convenient. The others are walk-in stores. Parking is super easy and access is a piece of cake. The cost is extremely reasonable. I never felt like I was getting cheated or had a fast one pulled on me at Scotch. When society was trying to resume to normal, I went to retrieve my items only to be told they sold them and there was nothing I could do. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Stay away!
