Stop right now if you are thinking about using this outfit!!! Don't do it! In my experience with the girls names Connie , Jesse, and the Regional Manager Stacey it was such an unnecessary deep loss to choose to store my belongings there. They avoided my payment for 2months until they wrongfully sold my storage right from underneath me. They were not present when they were suppose to be there which started it. I went to my storage to access it and no one was to be found or heard from and when I finally heard back via phone call the lady Jesse hung up on me. I feel that she was doing stuff she wasn't suppose to be doing as well as not physically there. So this started two months of my phone automated system not working becuz they changed my phone numbers so I could not access pymt system as well as their online pymt system. I would go to the locations no one would answer the locked doors nor return my calls.. I would call everyday and everything no one answered so I left messages. These sheisty girls would reply to the messages I left by calling phone numbers that were not on my contract and that were not my phone numbers. I also got word from the wrong number these girls would call on a Sunday when they facility isn't open. No one at the main office in California would listen , help, reply, nor take accountability even up to the day my storage was sold. I could not speak with Jesse or Connie as they would hang up on me so I didn't even know my storage was gonna be sold or when it was sold. Stacey the Regional Manager returned my call once back on the day my storage sold. It's sad because I had the money since Oct to pay and they are mean , cruel, unaccountable, unreliable crooks as they breached their own contract by breaching the Implied Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing clause that's exists between two parties that are in a contract together. They avoided , prevented, refused me the ability to fulfill my obligation of paying my monthly storage pymt. This is wrong and unjustice. These girls should not have the responsibility nor the access to have people's belongings in their hands as they will and have abused their power and made the wrong choices with such a great responsibility. I recommend you not do business with this outfit as no one is held accountable nor do they take any responsibility for their wrong business doings. Don't let the Franchise name fool you. They do not have good people working for them , Public Storage. Never again will I recommend or do business with Public Storage again read more

Good, clean, units for storage. My house was foreclosed and I had to move all my belongings into storage. Lela helped me pick the right size of unit and was very thorough in explaining the billing. The staff was absolutely amazing and instantly treated us with respect and utter kindness. Don't fall for the $1 first month scheme. Fair warning you have to purchase insurance, a cylinder lock, and if you don't move in on the 6th of the month you don't get prorated. Sites are dirty and unit had to be sweeped and and sprayed for pest. In addition there is no 24 hour access to your items that you are paying for to store and take as you please. You have to go to the units on their time and only the district managers can override any discrepancy, which they will not. I have rented from multiple storage units for over 8 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. read more

Horrible!!! No Security!!!. We rented a storage unit for my daughter, who moved back in with us until she could get back on her feet. She collected items for years in hopes of decorating her apartment one day. We found that no matter how strong of a lock you buy to secure your unit, it wont matter. The unit has a wood door, not metal. Anyone can come in and use a crow bar and very easily break the door open. Which is what happened. They rummaged thru her things and took her most prized possessions. The worse part of all this is, Public Storage found that our unit had been broken into too as well as several other ones. They simply put a new lock on it. DID NOT CALL US! Then put the new key for the new lock in a file in the office. We knew nothing until a month or so later when we went to the storage and found out on our own. They did nothing to compensate, and still tried to charge us the last $2.18 that we owed. Needless to say we immediatley took what was left of her belongings, rented another storage unit near by that has METAL DOORS. and a high tech SECURITY SYSTEM and 24 hour CAMRAS. Do not trust Public Storage, they dont give a damn for you or your belongings!!!!!!! read more
