Well, we never got to far into the details because the only thing this company wanted to know was payment. Guess they've never heard of debit or credit cards. I even offered to pay via Zelle or PayPal. Once I responded to them about payment, never heard from them again. How tacky and unprofessional. I was already dealing with a tough time but to be ignored pissed me off. One thing I will not do is beg any business to take my money. I contacted another local moving company that was excellent. They had no issues with me paying via Zelle and got the job done.

Terrible experience! Was quoted 3 guys for 2 hours to move just furniture from an 800 square foot 2…read morebedroom house, instead had 2 guys for almost 4 hours. The older gentleman was nice, but the younger loudly complained the entire time and made me feel like I was in the wrong for hiring them within minutes of them arriving. They broke my $500 bedframe (and spent a long time loudly argued about telling me), and offered me a pathetic $40 discount for it because I could "fix it with tape", which is both incorrect and insulting. While unpacking I've noticed several other problems such as stains on the couch, damage to two cabinets, and they didn't hook up my adjustable base. I haven't had a chance to check out everything, and I'm especially dreading having to lift a large TV somehow by myself because they left it on the floor. Job felt very incomplete, slow, and unprofessional.

I sent over a list of items that I needed moved, & Simlog was able to provide me with an estimated flat rate. The estimated flat rate was my biggest deciding factor because I've felt that previous moving companies tend to draw out the time since they charge on an hourly basis. In addition, Simlog also gave me a 20% discount as a first time customer. The movers were great about taking care of my furniture & being respectful of the walls & flooring in both my new house & my old house. I had most of my boxes packed, but the movers did a great job with packing the "odds & ends" items that were not packed. The movers also did a great job with cleaning up after themselves & putting the boxes & furniture in the rooms that I requested.

We boxed and packed so when the guys arrived it wouldn't be such a dramatic day for all. Darian, Corey and Lucas walked in and took control! We understand changes to schedule IF it's communicated. But when the dispatcher tells us the crew is showing up at 9 am, and we call at 10 to let them know no one is here, their response was they had no idea when someone would be out. All week this happened. We wasted a whole week waiting for them and are incurring financial burdens by sitting here because they missed their deadline and they weren't even going to let us know.
