Service requested: fall clean up with two plant removal plus weed removal. The only thing that was remotely accomplished was the leaves bagged by two very hard working migrant workers while the "site supervisor" stayed on his phone. I paid for a three man crew to complete all of the above and the manager who came out to quote me made it sound like I was getting this great deal. Come spring guess what is popping up.... the two plants I asked to be removed.... oh and the weeds multiplied so I have no faith in this company and I cannot in good faith recommend them to any other people in my veteran community. read more

This is the second year we have used Schendel for our irrigation system work. They installed it last year and have done the monthly maintenance over the last 2 summers. We love the Hydra Wise system! It is so easy to use with our wi fi. All the maintenance people have done an excellent job of checking our system every month and repairing a sprinkler head when I mowed over it with the lawnmower. We found out we had a really bad leak in our #2 station on our sprinkler system. WE were having a water fall in our large window well and our water bill had doubled. Noe found it in minutes, fixed it and was gone in about a half hour!!! When he left the turf was back in the they system was putting out lots more water on that station! The waterfall was gone. We will definitely ask for Noe again!!!! We have used Schendel for several other things, and have always been pleased with their work! read more

I was told yesterday that someone will be inspecting and doing the weed control sometime today. I just returned home and was told by a neighbor that someone came by the house and she saw him checking the lawn. When I asked her if he did anything she said No but that he was on his cell phone for a while then he drive off. I'm not sure what's going on but there has been a unhappiness and disappointment on my part for the what I believed to be poor service by your company. Also I am not sure sure I understand why but I got a text messages in late August that some one would be out to do Fall service on My lawn in in September only to see him the same day I get your text message which is not even close to September. I asked him about spraying for weeds and he tells me that there is not much he can do this time of year about the weeds which I relayed to your office. I walked down a half a block and comeback and he is already leaving. In my estimate he fertilized the yard in less than 10 minutes. I am not that hard to work with but fell your service to me is very poor. I have complained about the weeds and nut grass at least 3 times over the past summer and even took photos and sent them to your company. The weeds and nut grass are all still there. I have spent a lot of money over the past Spring and Summer Season with no results. Disappointed with you're company and I Would like you to consider refunding me a portion of the money I spent.
