They offered me the kind of personal care, attention and genuine concrete help that even the most prestigious banking client would be happy to pay for. Both Gary and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on an out of state property in a timely fashion. Due to errors on my end, the funds were not scheduled to be available until a week after the scheduled close. But thanks to the pro-active follow-up of both Gary & Gina in manually coordinating efforts with their back office and the institution from where the funds were coming from, the funds were released so that I was able to close timely. A follow-up complaint to a manager produced no result. This combination of sloppy work and miserable customer service has caused me mainly great frustration, but for others it could be financially costly.

My loan officer had a negative experience with him as well and He doesn't take ownership for his failure. He needs to be held accountable. ESPECIALLY because we did our refinance and purchase through them, because they were pushing for it. He made good money on our purchase and he needs to evaluate his interactions with people. The dude gave me creepy vibes and was keeping an eye on me all the time as he walked me around. It seemed like Natalie thought I might be there to steal as I walked into the open house myself. How racially motivated and prejudiced of her! Note that this was NOT an expensive multi million dollar home; this was a townhouse and had very few inexpensive items lying around. It was extremely rude and condescending of her to not let me walk around the townhouse by myself while I noticed that other visitors were able to walk around.
