    Gluten free burger and fries
    Leah D.

Fast, tasty, and gluten free options! My husband and I were excited to try this place since they had a dedicated fryer for fries and gluten free buns. The diner style vibe is fun, but the seats are extremely close together so it was packed for sure. Also, the lemonade was extremely sweet--tasty, but very sweet! They had an orange lemonade that I didn't try but sounded cool. The place was very busy, but our food was still brought out fast. I would have given 5 stars, but I had two main reasons for giving just 4. One, their fries were not my personal favorite but I'm mostly taking a star off for false advertising. Their menu has sides vs premium sides. I asked my waiter if the drink came with the meal and she confirmed it was included on the burger's price. So I ordered a lemonade which was listed on the normal sides (online is different from the paper menus we were handed). When the bill came, I was charged $1.50 extra for the lemonade (don't come at me, I know it's not much but it wasn't marked up on the menu) and I asked the waitress and she wasn't willing to discuss it but just stated that this was the cost even though the menu didn't state that. I am willing to try this place again, but I believe an updated menu would help clear up some miscommunication for other future guests. Part of being a Yelp Elite is focusing on all aspects of a restaurant--not just food.

Visited Better Days Diner today looking for a solid hamburger in Nolensville. The diner 50s atmosphere was clean and enjoyable. The service was excellent. Immediately greeted by staff and asked to sit down wherever I liked. The waitress was quick to give me a menu and was very friendly. The food was average to above average. I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger and added bacon. The bun was fresh and the fixings were fresh and plentiful. The burger was thin and smashed so it was cooked well done. I barely tasted the burger. Very small and thin. Tasted like a fast food chain smash burger. The fries were an unusual shape, but mostly crunch with little potato on the inside. Disappointed in the experience. I would not come again.

Takeout @hwy55burgers in Nolensville tonight to get one of my fave hot sandwiches, the Jalapeno Cheesesteak with fries. Served hot and perfectly prepared! Indoor and outside tables available with ample space for distancing. I called in advance, then picked-up and paid. The food was ready in 10 minutes and the cashier wore a mask, so I felt safe. Business slows down in the winter, so show your support and stop by soon. Let them know that Lonny (@donutduster) sent you!

This restaurant is absolutely adorable and they really went all out for their decor inside!! They have a pretty good menu ranging from burgers to shakes and even frozen custard! I came here with a friend and we both enjoyed what we ordered. They also have a juke box (which is just for display). The staff was extremely friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. I genuinely enjoyed the vibe here! Overall, I would definitely come back for a casual meal with friends or family.

The service was slow. The food is just fine. We went on a Sunday night and it was super empty. I will not be going back here.

As noted in other reviews, this place definitely feels like they are trying to replicate In-N-Out Burger. The burger is reasonably close, and they offer french fries with an option for what amounts to "animal style". The fries aren't fresh cut though, so they felt a bit lackluster. The burger was good, but not great. Overall the restaurant seemed clean, but I'm still very concerned about cleanliness in the kitchen. The entire time I was eating I had to bat away small flying insects (perhaps gnats or fruit flies?). I made a stop at the bathroom before leaving, and it was absolutely swarming with the same insects. Gross. It made me really worry what the kitchen looked like, and will certainly keep me from going back. I was hoping for better. The service deserved five stars. The fries were a three at best, and the burger probably earned four stars. But the insects were a deal-breaker so three stars feels a little generous.

The "Special Sauce" made the burger and fries special! The milkshake was OK, but not one I'm anxious to order again. Heard the onion rings are the best in town, so I will be trying them next time. Met the owner who took my order. He is very friendly and open to talk about anything on the menu. It was a one-man show today. He was taking care of everything, to include being the cook..

We ordered takeout tonight. 2 burgers and the crab dip. My wife ordered the Hawaiian Burger with meat instead of chicken. When she arrived to pick it up, she asked the manager to confirm it was a burger and not chicken as she is allergic to chicken. The manager assured her that if the receipt said meat, it would have meat and not chicken. My wife drove 20 mins home just to find out the burger had chicken and not meat. So she called back the restaurant and asked if they could make her the order she paid for and thought had picked up. The manager said it would take a minimum of 20 mins or longer because they were so busy and under staffed. My wife then went back to the restaurant and she waited more than 45 mins for a burger to be made. It was ridiculous. And when she asked to be refunded for the burger, would you believe she had to argue why they should refund a burger more than 90 mins after the original order. How could it possibly take almost an hour to make a new burger? They were never really apologetic for their screw-up and seemed to be annoyed that we paid for something that they didn't originally deliver, and then used being too busy and under staffed to fix the problem. Unfortunately, we will never go back! We'll have to find a new highend burger place, one that cares about delivering quality service to their customers and know how to apologize when they screw up.

This place will surprise you with the interior space (beautifully decorated) plus the outside seating which is also pet friendly. I went upstairs and sat at the bar where I met Kate...she is a non-stop dynamo behind the bar with a fun personality. Make sure you dip the bread in the sauce, it was so good I was tempted to order another helping. For dinner the fried Grouper over a bed of gnocchi and a drizzle of aioli was incredible. The breading was light, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was very well done. While I am not a fan of the texture of gnocchi...this was really good with the cream sauce.
