like everyone else says, this place is as good as it gets! very friendly people, you can walk in not knowing anything and they will help you with all your questions, they have alot of high end juices and products! really good flavors. they have a lounge with a tv which is nice as well as fresh water if you need it. sampling is great they have the regular tank samples or they will even set you up to drip! to try the juices. i love that they have a happy hour with discounts! really sweet! read more

These guys are the bombdotcom! I used to go to multiple different places (basically wherever was closest) for my juice and vape needs but after discovering Better Cloud I stopped fuckin with anyone else.. All the guys who work there are hella cool and laid back but like everyone else on here said they know their shit better than anywhere I've ever gone. I am by no means a vape connoisseur but not a noob, pretty much you will never find me nerdin out over builds and mods though. These guys have the ability to work with clients all over the spectrum and I've found that they actually really are helpful when it comes to learning a lot about how my vape works and the maintenance, repair, tips, etc. for using it. Their selection of juice is the shit straight up! Through the recommendations of Mikey, I've found some of my favorite juices ever. They also are able to add menthol into my juice since I smoked menthols back in the day. I especially like working with Mikey because he's always efficient and straight to the point, I especially appreciate all the suggestions he's made because I've discovered dope juices, a new and way better vape and different parts to better my vaping. Its hard to find a vape place that is not intimidating. This place is for beginners and advance vapers alike. I have been to this place 3 times and all i get is great service. The owner is steve and he knows his stuff. He'll make recommendations for you but doesn't pressure you to buy. I brought my cousin in and he hooked him up with an eleaf 50watt and an aspire tank with free juice for a decent price. Yes, prices are a little more at vape shops but the difference is you dont have to pay for shipping and you can start vaping right away. Its business to charge a little more for mods at a shop. Steve and mikey can build but if you get a choice between the two i would go with steve because when i got my rda built it fired evenly. When mikey built it, it didnt fore evenly. I had to adjust the coil just a little to get it to fire evenly but other than that i have no complaints because mikey built it for free because i bought juice. This place is great and their house juice is excellent they can adjust the nicotine to your liking just let them know how much nic you want! I decided to stop in here after reading all the positive reviews for this place. I'd lost the charger for my ego T, and hoped to get a replacement without having to wait for snail mail. The guys here are very friendly, easy-going, and especially helpful. The price for the charger was better than reasonable, so I decided to grab some juice, too. They asked about the kinds of flavors I like, offered me a menu, and fired up some samples for me based on my taste preferences. Never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. Throw in the fact that the prices are perfectly in line with those of online retailers, and I don't think I'll be shopping online again any time soon. read more
