First timer here , Jamie helped me find a drink that I would like . She was welcoming and fun. I definitely I could see myself coming back .

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean and bright storefront with the friendliest staff. I didn't catch his name, but he is extremely tall (I even joked and asked if he was a basketball player). He needs to be recognized, because I truly felt like a VIP and he made my day. I was asked if I were a rewards program member, got my phone number, my order, and the order came out so quickly that I didn't even get all situated yet. I love my Lavender Best Drink Ever so much! FYI- The WiFi wasn't fast enough to play a video or run Canva, but okay to check emails and other admin app like Shopify. read more

I love this coffee chain, and came by this location recently for a fun coffee drink. The inside wasn't too busy and was clean. Indoor and outdoor seating are available at this location. Lots of merch for purchase as well as coffee beans and supplies! I ordered one of their seasonal drinks that had peppermint on it and really enjoyed it! Q: How do you fix a broken candy cane? A: With a peppermint twist! Candy Cane Best Drink Ever and an Iced Matcha Tea Latte was ordered by app and picked up shortly afterwards. The Candy Cane Best Drink Ever at 3/4 sweetness and with oat milk was an amazing sweet treat after hiking "A" Mountain nearby. I'm a fan of their "Best Drink Ever" so any time they release a fun cold foam to go on top, I'm down. What else needs to be said about this San Diego coffee chain? Better Buzz: A brew-tiful way to start the new year. Came here after the yearly "A" Mountain hike nearby. I ordered the Iced Matcha Tea Latte. I have to admit that it wasn't the most matcha-forward tasting drink, the milk having covered most of the flavor, but it was enjoyable. This is a great Better Buzz location. They can get a little busy but you can order off the app to make the process easier. read more

Was excited to hear Better Buzz finally landed right near Tempe Marketplace! I've been to their spots in California, and this one is just as good. I tried their signature drink, the Best Drink Ever. It was good, a surprise because I usually don't go for Americanos. My mom got the Snickerdoodle Latte with alt milk, less sweet, and she liked it. The GF Banana Nut Muffin was also surprisingly good, very moist. The barista taking my order was friendly, and took the time to go over the menu with me. Definitely a solid stop for good coffee, I'll be back but will try something different. read more

Such a nicely lit location and I dig the decor. I got the pink dragon smoothie but it wasnt really a smoothie. The ice was not very well blended so every sip it was tiny ice chunks moreso like a snow cone. It was honestly a little off putting. You cant really drink their smoothies here, you kind of eat it. Just hoping it was just a 1 off thing. I would order something else if I were ever to come back. The music is definitely loud here. Service was super quick and they were so busy in their drive through. Props to the crew for knocking out orders. My boyfriend got the killer bee. He said it was alright. read more

i usually try place several times before i make a final decision if i truly like it or not. i have been there 3x and 1/3 times my coffee was okay. the banana one was good and it was my first time there, so it made me wanna try again--2nd time i got a vanilla latte, idk if the person who made it was having a bad day but it was not good. no flavor. and my last time, i was hyper fixated on matcha so i decided to give their match a try. worst thing ive ever tasted. it was like drinking a cup full of liquified lip smackers. the matcha wasn't even green it was the lightest shade of green IVE NEVER SEEN W MATCHA. i'm not sure if im getting bad workers who just don't care about the quality of the drinks they're sending out... or that's just how they sell drinks. read more

Excellent Customer Service & Delicious Coffee! I just left about an hour ago and had to write this review, that's how good the experience was! This was my first visit, and the young lady at the counter was incredibly sweet and helpful. I wasn't sure what to order, so I told her what I usually drink, and she made a few great suggestions. I ended up going with the Moroccan coffee ahhh, so good! The place itself is really nice with a great menu, friendly staff, and actual tasty coffee unlike the coffee-colored water at our hotel. Yuck! I'm generally pretty easy going with coffee but of the few times I've been to this location only one time was the experience great for the amount they charge. While the service is friendly, the coffee is hit or miss. I've also never paid more for two shots of espresso with cold foam than a latte before so that was a bit different and I decided to just order menu drinks from here rather than my usual. It's worth the extra drive to University for The Human Bean for better pricing and consistency. I pulled through yesterday for the horchata latte, ordered two and asked to add cinnamon foam. They charged for the foam but then didn't put it on the coffee. When I mentioned they didn't have the foam on them she said "they don't come with foam" so I had let her know that was why I requested the foam and paid for it. The horchata latte is layered with the espresso on top so the fix resulted in dumping out half the espresso to add the foam. It wasn't worth trying to have them remake it so I just left. The flavor is good, the coffee is good, but paying $10 to have half the actual coffee dumped out is not great. read more

I'm a fan of Better Buzz and had to try their new Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever! It's basically a twist on their Classic Best Drink Ever, topped with a Banana Pudding Cold Cream and a Vanilla Wafer Cookie. It tasted pretty good. Not too overpowering on the banana flavor, which I was happy about. It was just the right amount. This Better Buzz location is very new. It is located across the street from Tempe Marketplace off of Rio Salado. It's next to a new build hotel and apartment complex. Overall, I am new to this coffee chain. I've had it once in San Diego a few months ago. I like the sound of the options they have. This visit I tried the Honey Graham Iced Espresso. I liked it. The cold foam on top was nice and creamy. The only thing u didn't like was the cereal on top. Only because I didn't eat them right away so it became soggy later. If I had consumed it right away, would have been fine. I intend to go back and try other drinks. The staff were friendly and my drink was made pretty quickly which was nice, I was on my way to an appointment. The interior decor is all brand new and cute. I've gone to the Tempe location for Better Buzz a few times now and I must say I am enjoying their coffee & food! As an ex-barista & a pretty decent home cook, I really enjoy their products. The drinks are delicious, my favorites are the hazelnut divinity, and the coconut matcha. The sandwiches are also great: the chili crunch wrap and the bacon ciabatta I highly recommend! They are Resturant quality and size in my opinion. Staff have always been helpful and friendly, not overly talkative iykyk lol and the drive thru is usually really quick! I had to try this place because it's so close by! I came around 5:30am on a Sunday and everyone was so friendly and in good spirits but not overly talkative which was nice. They had such a good amount of pastries and muffins displayed but I had to pass on it today. I got an iced caramel vanilla latte and it was so good! Sweet enough but I still taste the coffee too. Will definitely come back. Edit: Okay I came back several more times, the snickerdoodle latte is very good. The chai tea may be the best chai tea I've ever had and I swear it took them under 2 mins to make it too. And the "best drink ever" is sweeter than the vanilla latte which kinda confused me, both good but I prefer more sweetness which the best drink ever had. So in conclusion, I will stick to either the caramel vanilla latte or chai latte! read more

I stopped by this morning for the Grand Opening! (I checked into the wrong location on Yelp another Tempe location popped up for me, ooopsie, meant to check in at this one!) If you were one of the first 200 guests you get a hat and a reusable cup (while supplies last.) I ordered the Snickerdoodle Iced Latte with Oatmilk - this was soooo yummy! I loved it I also ordered the chocolate croissant also YUM!! Every employee here was super sweet and it was such a VIBE! Everyone was dancing and greeting everyone walking in. It was surprisingly super busy when I showed up at 4:05 AM! I had to park in the other parking lot across the drive through lane because the other lot was full. You know it must be that good if everyone is waking up this early to be here, and you know what, I can agree to that, this coffee was amazing! I also got a shirt while I was waiting in line - they have a good amount of shirts, mugs, cups, and other types of merchandise for sale - super cool! I definitely will be returning! When a coffee shop can make a great Americano, it's a sign they know what they're doing. Stopped by Better Buzz Tempe Market while in town for work and ordered a simple Americano. It was exactly what I was hoping for--smooth, bold, and well-balanced without any bitterness. The espresso had great flavor, and the drink was prepared perfectly. The team was friendly, service was quick, and the store had a great atmosphere for a quick break between meetings. Sometimes the simplest drinks are the hardest to get right, and Tempe Market absolutely delivered. I've never heard of Better Buzz and needed a place to work while my car was getting fixed. I ordered a Ham and Swiss cheese croissant and a green iced tea. Both the sandwich and tea were just ok but I'll say that the service and atmosphere were great so I probably need to give them another try and order something different because it was busy the entire time I was there! They had plenty of staff working and they were all friendly and efficient. They've got the whole BUZZ theme going throughout, which I love! I will definitely be back and order something different. Had to remove a star because sometimes modifiers to my drinks are forgotten- but I have had generally good experiences here! I particularly love the Coconut Matcha- their matcha is smooth and not clumpy (hard to find at a chain) if a bit sweet, and their lattes are delicious. Music is a bit loud and echoey. read more

Was driving by and decided to finally give this place a try. Had the Feta Avocado Toast with bacon and man! It was delicious. Ordered my usual iced Latte with oat milk and that hit the spot too. Jordyn took my order; when I drove up to the window, saw that she was manning the register inside and handling drive-thru duties as well. What a trooper!
