Placed an online mobile order ahead of time. I arrived through drive-thru when I was instructed to, I was then told to park ahead "the order isn't ready..."... the staff member didn't say where I was supposed to park. I was left hanging for 20 minutes. Late to shift, and my order was made poorly as if it was sitting there/old bread. The bread was hard and like rubber :( Second time here, and I will never come back here. Menifee does a lot better thankfully. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I am so disappointed in this Better Buzz location. I have come here to work on homework on numerous occasions. Every time I have come here the staff are very loud and unprofessional. They tell personal stories at loud volumes, watch videos/scroll on their phones together and laugh loudly. When I go up to order they are professional, but when I sit down they go back to goofing off. This location also plays loud dance/pop music that I can still hear even with headphones on. Currently it is raining and the roof is leaking all over the floor as well. Several times I have been here the bathroom is filthy. You can see pee splattered on the black walls by the toilet. Not to mention the drinks are very pricy considering local competition. Positives: good food options for a coffee shop, comfortable seating, and open late for Temecula (9pm). read more

This is a photo of their $9 bacon ciabatta that is pretty bland, mostly egg and barely any bacon. No dressing, nothing. It's quite disappointing, especially for the price. I'd pick mcdonald's sandwich over this. Also, there is no power socket to plug a laptop. read more

Honestly this better buzz location is quick and offers good coffee. What makes it even better is how amazing their workers are. I've been coming since they first opened and I began getting the same worker in the drive through. Her name is Aurora, she is the sweetest worker and also just so kind. We're often chit chatting about small things and it just really makes me connect with the business as a continuous customer. My husband and I frequent Better Buzz Temecula pretty much every weekend! We love their drinks and pastries! Customer service is always hit or miss! You can definitely tell when they are busy that it kind of falls to the wayside, but usually no big deal! We went in this last Saturday, 2/24/24, and ordered our usual drinks, but also asked for a pup cup. They were busy, we both got our drinks, but no pup cup. Waited 10 min and still nothing. We would normally just leave, but this pup cup was for my husbands childhood dog, who we were on our way to see for the last time, because he was going to be crossing the rainbow bridge. I went up to the counter, and was ignored for a few min. A girl worker came to drop off a drink, didn't acknowledge me, so I said "so sorry to bother you, but we ordered a pup cup, whenever you get a chance to make it". Another girl worker must have been listening because she made the pup cup and handed to me! I said "thank you so much" and nothing was said back. Literally not one of them said sorry for the delay, or your welcome...not one word in the whole exchange. Very bizarre and kinda rude! Then the pup cup had the smallest amount of whip cream in it. Which again, normally wouldn't be a big deal, but I feel like it was almost done on purpose because she was annoyed. Anyways, still love your drinks, and we will continue to come in, but in the small chance that these girls see this review, please know that Wilson enjoyed the few licks of his last pup cup, and hopefully in the future you remember that you never know what someone is going through, and to treat all customers with kindness and respect, no matter how busy you are. read more

I think reading some of these negative reviews of customer service are from people who don't understand the hectic nature of a coffee shop in the middle of a busy town center. Every time we have gone to Better Buzz we are patient, especially during busy hours. Mistakes happen, but the way you approach them controls the experience. The food/quality of the drinks are always top notch and I have had nothing but kind and helpful service. Today we witnessed a really out of pocket customer yelling at the drive thru attendant for not understanding what was explained to the customer and I don't know maybe it's just me but the person taking the orders are typically very explanatory. Better buzz is just not it. Iv come through multiple times and never once have they gotten my drink correct. Most of the times it feels like they have no idea what I'm asking or like it's impossible to make. The muffin I had was okay but they didn't offer to heat it up. At the window they always seem like they're trying to be helpful but just can't manage to actually be. I wanted cream in my coffee and they forgot it (again) when I asked for some on the side they handed me a small cup with a lid but forgot to mention that the lids don't work and I spilled it all over myself. I went on telling the guy hey those lids don't really work and he said "yup they suck" like maybe you should mention that when handing it to the customer then?!? Oh my god, the customer service is HORRIFIC. What's the point of ordering mobile order if I'm going to be waiting an extra 25 minutes. Once my drink and another customers was done, his was handed to him and mine was left on the back counter instead of being placed on the mobile order pick up shelf. I watched it sit there for an additional 5 minutes until I finally asked how much longer it would be. Do not mobile order pick up unless you have an additional 30 minutes to spare. read more
