I did online order a head of time, so my drink was waiting for me. Easy in and out experience. There was a not so long line , but this place is pretty new , I am sure line gets long sometimes. I recommend order a head of time. Since new, inside including bathroom was super clean. My drink came out just as I liked. I will definitely come back when I am in south side of Temecula. read more

Nice spot! It's a bit confusing to find the front door-- it's next to where the cars enter the drive through. I had nitro cold brew and avocado toast. The coffee was balanced and creamy, and Kate was very knowledgable on their coffee and happy to share what she knows! Avocado toast with feta was good, and nice to get the lemon wedge on the side to add even more brightness (lemon maximalist here). Overall pleasant atmosphere, friendly service and tasty fresh food. My only comment would be to use less plastic in the to-go packaging. read more

It's ok as far as coffee places go, I suppose. I'm not a fan of Starbucks or any of 'em really. The main reason I'm making a review of this one is their ordering process. I bothered to drive there and am standing at the counter, but I have to wait for the only cashier/barrista whatever to stop taking phone orders in order to take my order, and I can't get through that without him answering the phone again! Since when do people too lazy to enter the store take precedence over the live customer in front of you? My time is just as valuable as theirs! Also, ALL of the parking nearby is for the call in people to park and pick up their orders. I had to park way down past Orange Theory. They really don't want you actually going in there to sit, obviously. read more

We just tried this coffee shop and this is the WORST COFFEE I've ever tasted. Last week I purchased a large latte and it tasted like the coffee beans walked the hot water. Did not report this because the coffee shop is brand new and assumed they have not worked out the kinks yet. Today; Saturday 11/12/2022 ordered a regular latte and 3 shot vanilla caramel latte and just like last week, both coffees tasted like hot water with a dash of instant coffee in fact you can't even smell the coffee. I am really sorry to see the quality at Better buzz going down so fast lately. We were happy to see it inTemecula. I used to order caprese sandwitch, really good bread, mozzarela, basil and fresh tomatoes. Simple recipe, you would think it is easy to execute with the right ingredients. This time i got a sort of cream cheese a bit soury instead of mozarella. Not sure if it is a management issue not checking the quality of the ingredients, their storage, etc, lack of training, but if it goes this way many people will definitely choose other coffee stores in the area with more consistent quality. Now at Better Buzz is more of a hit and miss. On the positive side, their Best drink ever, when is done by the more experienced employees is quite good. read more

Better Buzz is a San Diego staple chain, so I always make sure to come to one of their locations whenever I am nearby. I do have to say that the quality of their coffee has really gone down. I remember a few years ago the iced best drink felt like it was a good value, but now it just lies a little flat. Will probably not be ordering the iced best drink moving forward but would give it another chance with a different drink. read more

It is June 9 at 5:55 PM. I always come to this location after work or even before work. I work at Temecula Valley Hospital for the first time ever I was treated very rudely by whom ever was at the drive-through. She was very, very rude. She said my name before I paid and it was the wrong name so I told her I'm sorry that's not me. She repeated the order and I said sorry that's not my order. She proceeded and apologizing and then still gave me the wrong order and I said I'm sorry that's I wanted a honey latte that's not my order. She got frustrated. Grab my coffee and said here and just gave it to me and was very very rude. I did not appreciate that especially after a long day at the hospital that's not the way that I would want to get treated. read more

Yesterday (Sunday 7/2) afternoon my family and I went through the drive through in Temecula and what a fantastic experience we had. We have never been to Better Buzz and found it on Google as we were on our way home from Oceanside. Not many coffee shops were still open and we decided to check this one out. We enjoy trying different coffee houses. From the very first greeting by Fernando G all the way to the final delivery every step in the process was very pleasant and enjoyable!!! We have to give a special shout out to Fernando as he was energetic, informative, and overall outstanding!!! The 3 of us in the car all said after placing our order "that was the best drive through ordering experience ever". Keep up the FANTASTIC service, it really matters as is missing in most businesses. read more

Better Buzz Coffee had humble beginnings as a small coffee cart opened in 2002. By always ordering online ahead of time, it makes it easier to get food and drinks. My usual drinks are the Bootea Shaker, Peach Me Sweetea, the great white, or their lychee peachee. In fact, all of their fruity drinks are fantastic. If you're looking for a delicious, creamy milk tea, you can't go wrong with their Golden Milk tea. My fiancé and I always get a 32oz. since we share and it's enough for two people! It's eggroll exterior with the pizza filling that has me uncomfortable. We tried it and wasn't a fan. We also tried their peach oolong for the first time, which was also okay. So wont spread and super concentrated. If this sauce cup was for the misubi, then the chicken is straight up bland, rubbery, and dry. Pretty disappointing experience for spending this much money. Overall I don't think this is the place to get your Hawaiian bbq fix in the area.

Just discovered my new favorite coffee shop in Temecula! I stopped by Better Buzz in desperate need of a caffeine fix after a weekend of mediocre coffee, and this place absolutely delivered. Their drink and food selection is impressive. From handcrafted coffees to on-tap options, teas, smoothies, and blended drinks. I ordered The Best Drink Ever (and yes, it lives up to its name) along with a ham and cheese croissant. I was pleasantly surprised that the drink had no milk; it's water-based but somehow incredibly smooth and creamy. Truly the best drink ever! The croissant was delicious too, and I love that they use Muenster cheese, my favorite. The staff was friendly and upbeat, and I love that they're open late. There's a drive-thru for convenience, plus tons of merch and coffee grounds for sale. The space itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of spread-out tables and bar seating. Several patrons around the space had set up their laptops near outlets and looked set for caffeinated bliss. It's the perfect spot for working, journaling, or even a casual meeting. As I walked into this charming bee-themed coffee shop, I was warmly greeted by the lovely staff at the front. I was recommended the vanilla latte with oat milk, and from a non-coffee drinker's perspective, it was one of the best lattes I've ever had. I also ordered a turkey pesto sandwich. While waiting for my coffee and sandwich, I looked around their large seating areas and debated where to sit. Unfortunately, most of the tables were dirty and covered with stains. I finally settled in a little corner near the restroom since it was the only clean spot I could find. My items were ready quickly, and I was excited to try them. The latte was perfectly sweet and smooth, exactly what I was looking for. The sandwich, however, was a bit disappointing. The pesto flavor was lacking, and the bottom of the bread became soggy after just five minutes. I would definitely come back for the coffee, but not for the sandwich. read more

Absolutely not. I came in today, waited in line, and asked the barista why they looked so stressed out and busy. They informed me that there was only three people in the whole store, mind you it was lunch time and they had a huge rush. Line out the door inside and a line wrapped around the building for drive through. This is not okay. I will not be returning until you care for and treat your employees the way they deserve to be treated! All this company cares about is money, clearly, and not the wonderful employees who make them that money. This coffee shop is great and the staff is so friendly and attentive. I went in as a first time guest and the barista, I think her name was Maya was super helpful and suggested I try the best drink ever, aptly named! It was delicious, especially with the vanilla cold foam added on top. I paired this with a bacon ciabatta sandwich and am now addicted. I finally decided to try Better Buzz after driving by the store every day and let me say, it did not disappoint! The customer service is Amazing! Anthony helped me out and gave a great suggestion. I can easily say that the iced Best Drink Ever, is my new favorite drink other than being fast and tasty, the environment is very cute and quiet.
