This place has the nicest staff ever, I honestly don't think I've been somewhere that tops this. Drinks were delicious- food was delicious- vibes were 10/10. Well done!
Amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the beverages and bites that we ordered were perfectly made and taste great. The coffee shop is new so everything is clean, pristine and offers a very chill vibe. There's a patio area with umbrellas, lots of merchandise and various coffee brews to purchase. It quickly went from my first visit to my third visit all in the same week. We just kept coming back... and will continue to come back for all of the great drinks, bites and customer service.
Met up for a morning coffee and croissant with my bestie. I ordered a Coconut Buzz Coffee and it woke me up! Since I was hungry I also got a sausage croissant. It didn't look like much but it was packed with flavor and protein, a little messy though. My partner in crime had a wrap which also didn't photograph well, but it tasted yummy. The shop has inside and outdoor seating and gets busy most mornings so you might have to wait, hut the coffee's great and food filling if you need a bite. I liked their stickers and the signage which was trendy.
It was chaos in the morning esp the drive thru so I went down and got a drink and muffin instead. I had to try the pumpkin spice muffin. I was asked if I wanted it warmed up and I should've said yes since I had to wait for my coffee anyway. I decided to try the pumpkin spice coffee before I miss the opportunity and I'm happy I did. I was able to adjust my sweetness and being a diabetic finding places that lets you adjust the sugar is a win for me.
We are so happy that Better Buzz has come to the Southwest area and we were eager to try the S Rainbow location! We placed an online order at 12:51pm and received a text that our order would be ready by 1:17pm. We arrived to the cafe shortly after placing the order at 12:52pm and knew we were early and would have to wait. The drive thru was pretty busy and there were patrons in the cafe who had ordered before us. Our lattes were ready by 1:06pm and were absolutely delicious. The staff called our name and placed our drinks in the to-go pick up area and it was a super easy process to retrieve our drinks. However, we had also ordered 5 food items so we waited inside the cafe. The music was playing and the cafe was cool so we didn't mind waiting. However, we noticed the time had continued to pass and we hadn't received any update on our food items in the mobile order. At 1:25pm, we went up to the counter to get an update. The barista who greeted us checked on our food and grabbed a bag that had been sitting behind the counter for 20 minutes. She asked us if we came up to check in or ask for our food. I proceeded to tell her that our drinks were placed in the pick up area and we weren't aware that we needed to come up to check in for our food items. We were taken aback at the whole experience as we sat in the cafe for 40 minutes and no one behind the counter thought to check on mobile orders, call out the name on the food bag, or check in with us on what we were still waiting on. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth and we're unsure when we will be back at this location. Hopefully, they improve their processes and staff appropriately so they can handle the business of this location. A great experience, exceptional service, and all around good manners is what brings people back again and again! I hope better buzz S Rainbow does better.
I visited this location for the first time in June. It was busy, but it's convenient to have a location with more activity on this side of town. If you're a member and visit frequently, you'll receive free drink rewards and special offers. I redeemed one of my free drink rewards during this visit. I also tried their new coconut Danish. It was a little sweeter than I typically prefer, but I still enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and even added an extra pastry after realizing part of my order had been missed, which I appreciated. The patio seating and complimentary Wi-Fi are nice perks, and the ambiance is comfortable, modern, and consistent with their other locations. They also have merchandise available for purchase. I'd definitely return. One thing to keep in mind is the parking in front of the building--if you park there, you can easily get trapped behind the drive-thru line with no way to exit until it moves, so be prepared to wait if it's busy.
I love better buzz, and their best day ever drink is so good and not too sweet! The wait surprisingly wasn't too long to order and get our drinks, and the quality was consistent. Drink is the pumpkin chai and made it dirty by adding espresso shots to it. Everything is customizable as far as add-ons and substitutions, but know that you'll probably have to be paying more and it could add up. Decent price and quality, especially with other coffee competitors around Las Vegas. I noticed that due to popularity more locations have been opening up recently around.

There is plenty of parking and a drive-thru. I ordered a coconut macadamia best drink ever, which was delicious. I also ordered a feta avocado deluxe toast with chopped bacon bits. This was also very good. I would order both of these things again. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. The music is pretty loud but I was able to block it out with my earphones. Staff is very friendly and they clean the area often. I recommend this place and would come in again!
Always fast service, coffee bean roast is tasty and not bitter. I haven't tried the food yet but the cold brew with foam always smacks. They have cute seating inside but in always on the go so the drive thru it is!

Customer service was good. However, I ordered a medium nitro cold brew. It came with ice in it, which waters down and completely negates the purpose of the nitro. On top of that it was served in a cup with a lid that didn't fit so it spilled all over me. So I overpaid and tipped 25% which was the lowest option on there card reader, for essentially garbage watered down coffee.
I am loving this place! I am so happy that a Better Buzz has opened another location ( where it used to be Peet's coffee) in SW Las Vegas. The banana pudding latte is awesome! I still need to try the Snickerdoodle Latte- They also have pastries, sandwiches, etc. Today I ordered their egg bacon ciabatta. I wasn't impressed. It just seemed like one of those sandwiches that Starbucks sells and just throws in the microwave. The sauce was pretty good though. The drive- thru wasn't too busy at 10:00 a.m. I like it when I don't have to wait. read more

Went there on Saturday afternoon and it was empty. I just wanted to have coffee and sit on their patio. Inside was suepr cold but very nice and modern interior. They sell merchandise like cups and t-shirts. You have choice to sit on sofa or chairs. They guy at the counter was super nice and friendly. I had pumpkin spice latte hot and my husband had mango smoothie. Latte was good with very intense flavor and just right amount of sweetness. Mango smoothie was very refreshing and enjoyable. We love this place! We are so happy that a Better Buzz has opened another location ( where it used to be Peet's coffee) in SW Las Vegas. Coffee is awesome! We have ordered a few different lattes from the menu and we can't choose the favorite one, because they are all delicious. We recommend: Snickerdoodle Latte and Honey Latte- it's a MUST TRY! It's a perfect blend of flavors , not too sweet and not too bitter either. They roast their beans to perfection in a small batches and I think that is a secret recipe to get that perfect coffee! They also have pastries, sandwiches, toasts, etc. The shop is quite big inside and it can get quite busy with long lines and at the drive- thru as well. They also have a nice big patio too. The staff were great and they were quick and efficient too. Overall: it's a cute coffee shop, the staff were friendly and welcoming and their lattes are just pure perfection!!! So everything I got this time was actually really good. That's a vanilla caramel ice drink with coconut milk. It's always quite tasty. I was actually very hungry so I got a three seed avo toast, which I was iffy about, but it turned out to be really good. All the people are always usually very nice. They're quick they get you in and out so quick that when they give you your change back, you don't have time to put anything away. You just gotta drive out so the next person can get their food. I've been to all the grand openings of Better Buzz in Vegas so couldn't miss this one! Got in the drive thru line & was one of the lucky 200 people that got the hat, tumbler, & stickers. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, just didn't want to make the drive. Now, with their new location, I needed to try it finally. I love the inside, it's really cute and clean. I also am a sucker for shirts, and they have a really big selection too. The drinks we tried were the cinnamon cream cold brew, which is on tap, and a banana matcha. Both drinks were really good. Their food was good too, and I appreciate how many options they have too. This location opens at 5am, which is perfect for me to grab before I start work. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in Vegas. The girl at the window was so kind and I had a lot of questions I didn't want something with tons of sugar. I wanted to know what was natural, what they made in house and she was extremely patient and told me drink by drink and gave me recommendations. Mind you this was at like 5:30 in the morning and she didn't have any sort of attitude. Unfortunately it's literally the worst coffee I've ever had the people that left the good reviews early on have to have gotten paid for it or just have horrible taste in coffee. It just tasted really watered down from the first sip. I got the iced Horchata coffee because it had the least amount of calories, straightforward to be able to showcase their coffee adding a little bit of simplicity to it. It was so bad it was just like sink water with cinnamon. I hated it. I didn't even finish it. They have some other drinks that I think people will find appealing like a banana Matcha and a rainbow Matcha but the issue is all of those are artificially flavored most of the cold foams aren't made in house. I wanted to check it out. I didn't know it was a chain, til I pulled up after. Great customer service but I'd rather support something local. For regular iced coffee it came out to almost $7. I just think there's so many other options here in Vegas that are way better; if you're gonna go for a chain and you don't care if it's artificial and want it to be way more affordable for the quality, hit up Dunkin' Donuts. read more

This morning, I really needed a little lift so I stoped by better Buzz coffee located on Rainbow and Arby. I got the pumpkin pie best drink ever to keep me company because I'm all alone by myself doing my school work for my future self. The music is not that loud so the music I can absolutely concentrate and get my school work done in a timely manner. The service is so accommodating I didn't even have to get up and stop doing my school work for college. The server actually served me, I'm so grateful indefinitely. Thank you better buzz coffee.
