The restaurant was extremely busy, and it seemed like there were two different ways to check in--one in person and another online through Yelp. After checking in, we waited about 25 minutes before even making it to the front of the line, with only a party of about 10 ahead of us. Since we were only a party of two, we figured we would be fairly easy to seat. We checked with the hostess twice to make sure our name was on the waitlist. During that time, we watched several small parties of three or fewer get seated, including some we had seen check in after us. After about 15 more minutes standing near the host desk and seeing a third small party seated ahead of us, I asked to speak with a manager. Savanna, the manager, was clearly very busy and actively helping throughout the restaurant, but she still took the time to get us seated, listen to what happened, look into the issue, and then come back to update us. That extra follow-up wasn't necessary for me personally, but it showed a lot of professionalism and attention to customer service. She also mentioned using the situation as a "teaching moment," which I appreciated. My only real critique is that the restaurant may need a better way to merge the in-person and Yelp check-in systems so the waitlist feels consistent and fair. There was probably also an opportunity for the hostess to catch the issue after we checked with her multiple times. Despite the rough start, the food was excellent, the table service was great, and Savanna handled the situation very professionally. I would definitely give Broken Yolk another visit.

Okay, the hype is real for this Keke's Breakfast Cafe…read more I've been hearing so many people tell me that it's a great restaurant. So I went with a group of friends to check it out for myself, and they weren't wrong at all! Great place! To start the experience off, we were treated with extremely helpful and friendly ladies at the front that did their very best to accommodate my large group of 13 on semi short notice. They updated us often on how much longer our table would be. They were super helpful & hospitable. I loved that! Once our group was sat at our table, we were quickly greeted and taken care of. They made sure we had everything we needed, which is always hard with a large group. With so many people, everyone needed different things. Our server handled it with grace & style and didn't skip a beat. Once the food came, I really got to see what all the hype was about. Not one person in the group was unsatisfied with their meal - which is saying something about my picky group of friends. Everything was cooked to perfection, served at the right temperature, and tasted great! This was a great visit to a great restaurant, and I'm certain there will be more visits in the future. My friends are already talking about going back..

They're always delicious and definitely one of those items I keep coming back for. The service has also been great every time I've visited, and even when they're busy, the food comes out surprisingly fast. The inside is spacious, bright, clean, and has such a welcoming breakfast/brunch atmosphere. Scrambled is one of those reliable spots where you know you're going to get a great meal and good service. Definitely worth the wait, and absolutely one of my go-to breakfast places in Henderson!

I visited Scrambled today as a party of one and waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated. During that time, another woman walked in from outside and immediately announced that she was a party of two. Rather than acknowledging that I had already been waiting, the employee immediately moved to seat her. I had to speak up and remind him that I had been waiting and that I was there first. Only then did he acknowledge me and ask whether I wanted to sit at the bar. I politely declined because I wanted a table. His response was essentially that he would seat the other party first and then get to me. Why should I have to advocate for myself just to receive the same basic courtesy as everyone else? Being a party of one does not mean my time is less valuable or that I should be overlooked in favor of someone who just walked through the door. The entire situation was frustrating and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, the service did not improve once I was seated. My server was incredibly dry, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. There was no warmth, no genuine effort to provide a pleasant dining experience, and no sense that my business was appreciated. I understand that people have bad days, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected when working in customer service. To be clear, the food itself was good. However, a restaurant experience is about more than just what comes out of the kitchen. It's also about how customers are treated, and in that regard, Scrambled fell far short of my expectations. I even left a tip despite the poor service because I wanted to acknowledge the positive aspect of my experience, which was the food. Honestly, the service was so disappointing that I questioned whether I should have tipped at all. I don't expect special treatment. I expect the same basic respect, acknowledgment, and courtesy that any paying customer deserves. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I was in need of some waffles or pancakes and don't forget the coffee. Coffee requirement was met by the delicious vanilla cold brew, which I'll definitely be coming back for next time I'm in town. Hunger pangs were cured by one waffle combo with bacon and eggs. I also sampled my girlfriend's potatoes which didn't disappoint either. The restaurant was crowded, but we managed to get in with no wait and appreciated the cleanliness and the simple decor.

We walked in around 1230pm on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all (which was to be expected) but there were quite a few tables being occupied so I can only imagine how busy it can get on the weekends. The place is clean, bright and very modern feeling. I liked the ambiance a lot, even if it was a little chilly in the dining room. Service could have been a bit better, but I do understand it was a weekday and there probably weren't very many servers working. It took a very long time to have our server greet us and take our orders. We didn't get straws with our drink and had to wait so long to flag someone down for one. When we did see our server, she was nice and friendly though so there is that. The food was fantastic and very much made up for the not so great service. The pancakes are huge and taste great. I love that they offer extra crispy bacon. I wish there were more accompaniments I could pay for to add to the grits (they were the only thing I thought was bland and needed something else.) Overall, I'd absolutely eat here again, expecting that the service will be bad but the food will be good.

The fluffy scrambled eggs are wrapped in creamy, savory cheese, while the maple-infused patty adds just the right touch of sweetness. And the pickled jalapeños? They bring everything together with a tangy little kick at the end. Such a delicious balance of flavors! Rustica Frittata Oh. My. God. This one was made for my taste buds! There's a delightful tanginess that lingers with every bite, followed by a subtle, comforting cheesiness that I absolutely love as a cheese lover. The combination of kale, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions makes the Rustica so flavorful and satisfying. Every ingredient works beautifully together. I could happily eat this again and again! Lemon Ricotta Pancakes A creative twist on ordinary pancakes! The lemon custard brings a refreshing, bright flavor that makes these pancakes feel like something entirely new. To make up for their lack of, well, anything good, we were given $40 worth of gift certificates. So, we returned a few months later. We ordered again. Service was better but it took forever for the food to arrive. And it still wasn't good. One would think a breakfast place could make eggs. Once again, we were comped. We tried to give back the $40 certificates but was told to try them again. We then gave the $40 away to friends. They tend to like saving money and frankly may not be as picky as we are. They tried the place and had difficulty using the $40. The freebees were ultimately accepted but even our friends were disappointed. I can't think of ANY reason to return. I ordered the following items: - Ube French Toast: This STUNNING creation goes above and beyond any other French toast I've been fortunate enough to consume. It was an architectural marvel - layers of eggy bready goodness layered with gobs of ube cream cheese filling, topped with thick coconut shreds, a scoop of ube jam, and smothered with condensed milk. We couldn't stop ourselves from devouring this. - Spam Fries: Strips of Spam cut into fries-size pieces, breaded and deep fried (yet not oily), served with a sriracha ranch sauce. Wow, this was dangerously delicious. I had to lay off sodium for the rest of the day but it was worth it! - Ube Horchata: This was dessert in a drink. I love that this beverage included a trifecta of dairy-free milks - almond, rice, and coconut. The ube flavor came through beautifully and it was crowned with ube whipped cream. Service was prompt and efficient (as well as friendly). We were in and out and polished off our food about 30+ minutes after we walked in. I loved this place, and it is on my 100% recommended places for brunch.
