If I see a new coffee shop that just opened, I MUST try it. I am a huge coffee junkie and upon seeing Better Buzz Coffee, located on St. Rose & Maryland, I had to go here. I had not heard of California-based Better Buzz Coffee (no, I am not from California) until Yelp sent me an email notifying me of new businesses in town that just opened, which included them. I had just finished a 3+ mile walk and needed an afternoon perk up, which gave me the chance to finally visit them. It looked like they were very busy when I pulled up. The drive thru was packed and there were a lot of people sitting on their spacious patio. The inside, however, wasn't busy at all. It was just me and a few other customers that were waiting for their orders to come out. The lady who welcomed me in was super, super nice and it seems like she really enjoys working here. When I told her that it was my first time here, she recommended some of her favorite drinks, with one of them being the Best Drink Ever. Prior to my visit, I read other reviews about the Best Drink Ever and wanted to try it myself. This drink is an Americano coffee with vanilla flavoring that comes in hot and iced. I got this in iced in a large cup, along with a heated cinnamon roll. The lady told me that I was free to pick up some stickers, which were sitting on the countertop in front of me waiting to be brought back with someone. I am a fan of free stickers, so I picked some up for myself! It didn't take too long for my stuff to come out. And now, I think I found my brand new coffee shop. The Americano was absolutely one of the best Americanos I've ever had in a long time. The cinnamon roll, which was huge, was also very good and even better when heated up. I want to sit on their patio when the weather begins to warm up again next year. Better Buzz is your new neighborhood coffee shop in town and I will recommend it to everyone that I know! read more

Excited does not begin to explain how excited I am about Better Buzz opening in Vegas! I have been in love with Better Buzz since I lived in San Diego, the coffee...the food...the coffee! Everything is so good! I hear they will be opening one up in North Vegas! If you haven't had Better Buzz, try it!! You'll be hooked!! Also...pro-tip! if you order anything with buzz at the end...that means blended! The cafe is pretty loud, so if you want a quiet spot to work, this may not be it. But having an indoor and outdoor spot to catch up with friends and have a good drink and maybe something to eat...you'll be in the right spot! read more

Big coffee guy and the baristas here know what they're doing. Ingredients taste quality. Everything is timely and price is decent. I've been coming here the past couple mornings to get the "best drink ever" not sure what beans they use but it is delicious. Inside has nice open lighting. Not so much for studying but a good place to lounge or talk with some friends. Menu is big so there's still more things I want to try out. Girlfriend gets the matcha and that tasted great too. read more

Already got a free drink for signing up on the app. They also have a small outdoor patio if you want to bring your fur babies. Definitely got BUZZED! I've been here numerous times already including drive thru. Drive Thru lines still get ridiculous if you come at busy hours. I've used their online site to just preorder ahead of time! Best thing ever. Plus I already was awarded a free drink! I've tried the best drink ever and Hazelnut Divinity. Wow! Blown away. The coffee was very smooth and they were not super sweet! Well I had cut my sweetness level. We also tried the better breakfast sandwich on pretzel bun. It was pretty decent for breakfast. It had bacon and egg. I wanted the bread more toasty. Tastes like it was microwaved. Cool ambiance. Lots of buzz worthy picturesque areas. Service was quick and staff were always nice! Starbucks has some competition on St Rose. read more

Better Buzz has been one of my favorite coffee spots since living in San Diego so I was excited to see that one was opening by me. They have a large indoor and outdoor area for seating and a drive thru. I stopped in on a Sunday at 12:45 and it was poppin inside and the drive thru had a few cars in line. Definitely a popular spot for Sunday brunch and coffee date catch ups. I was greeted by a friendly cashier. They have a loyalty program and she asked for my phone number ahead of time. I ordered a horchata iced latte. No food on this trip, but they do have a good selection of food options so I'll try a bite on another trip. My order came out after a few minutes. The horchata taste was so good with the latte. It was a stronger coffee taste than I prefer but it was still a good drink. I look forward to trying other drinks on the menu and some of their food offerings on my next visit. Welcome to Vegas, Better Buzz! read more

ive been coming to this location since the grand opening. i always have the best customer service and the drinks are always perfect! on 10/9/26 I had the best time chatting with Shiloh about our shared love for the better buzz stickers and merch while buying my mom (who is impatient on getting a better buzz in Panama City, FL) one of the new Halloween shirts. The first time I had better buzz was in San Diego by the marina and ... since then I've dreamt about it. Seriously! I was driving down Saint Rose Prkwy and while driving to Costco I noticed the signs. I screamed of excitement and I drove by the storefront and they were kind enough to let us do a soft opening / tasting. We had the mint infused coffee + best coffee ever (my favorite). Since then they have gotten so much business and the service and drinks still as good as they are in San Diego. The lines may look long but they go by quickly in the drive thru. My new favorite now is the Horchata latte! They are also dog friendly + give pup cups. We love coming here read more

Every time I go all the girls are amazing kaiana is always super great. Your banana drink w topping & cookie is amazing

This place is busy! The 2 times I've gone there has been a pretty wild drive thru line, they get through it pretty quickly though. The menu is pretty wide, which I like. Every person who helped me along the way in the drive thru was so friendly! I had my puppy in the car so they offered us a pup cup which had 2 milk bones in it, so sweet. The first time through I ordered the horchata iced latte and the better breakfast sandwich. The latte was ok, it wasn't too sweet or creamy, which I'm suspecting is because of the rice milk. The sandwich was amazing! The pretzel bun adds so much to it. The second time around I got the same sandwich because of course, and I got the eggnog iced latte. Again it was just ok to me, both drinks felt almost watery. Next time I'm going to get one of their more normal lattes and see how those work for me. I want to love the place and I'm sure I'll find something that will get me there. read more

The hype is real! The drive thru line was pretty long but it went pretty quickly. We got our drinks in about 20 min. There was one person directing the drive thru line & two taking orders outside. We got a blended pumpkin spice latte & an iced best drink ever with an added shot of espresso. Both drinks are sooo good! I appreciate how it's not overly sweetened with syrups & you can taste the actual flavor of the drinks. This is a pretty busy shopping plaza, especially on the weekends. Parking can get tight & driving through the lot was a little stressful.. but totally worth the coffee. read more

I really like the ambiance/interior of better buzz and was pretty happy to see a location finally open up close to the Siena campus. The drinks range from mediocre to pretty good, as of now I think their holiday drinks are the better tasting options. While they are a newer shop, I realize they still have some kinks to work out. But they're progressing pretty quickly so far. They get pretty packed inside fast, and their ordering system seems to work well. There's a wall on the side for online order pick up, but from what I've seen it can be pretty confusing. I've seen a few people walk in with online orders and wait a few min before realizing their drinks were already sitting there on the side. When they first opened the music was ridiculously loud, but they've since fixed that pretty quickly. It was hard to study or even converse before the fix, which sort of defeats the purpose of a sit down cafe. But it's got a lot better now. The internet is fast and reliable, and there is a small self serve water station in the middle. The staff consist mostly of what looks like young kids so I'm sure it'll be a lot more smooth flowing once they get their permanent staff selected. For the location, it doesn't get any better. It's literally right in the middle of one of most busiest highways and centers in the Henderson area and surprisingly there's plenty of parking. Value-wise I would say they are a little pricy, think Starbucks price. For a large coffee latte after tax I'm usually paying 8 bucks, $9.10 after a dollar tip. Extra shots are $1 each. It's getting crazy and unsustainable, but I realize this is the new norm thanks to our forever inflation. I'm trying to find myself a reason to make this my new study spot over places like 7-leaves cafe where I'm paying $5.50 for a coffee with as many shots as I want for no additional charge. I get you don't get the same quality but it's also not as packed or loud at my usual spot. Service has been okay as of yet, I haven't had any rudeness from the staff. Maybe once I came in and the cashier seemed a little cold or bland it's not a big deal to me though, they weren't rude. But again if I'm comparing it to my normal go-to spot, it's not as good. My usual spot goes up and beyond, upsizing for free if they make an order mistake, bring my drink over, exceptionally pleasant when I order, always smiling, ect. It's not necessary really, but it does make the experience noticeably stand out, and among all the competition, that is what it takes to keep people coming back and becoming a regular. For what it is, better buzz to me feels like just another Starbucks. Based on their location I can see them doing really well, and I hope they do, but I don't feel it's worth going out of my way for unless my normal go-to's are over crowded. *edit never mind, the music today is loud too, I guess it just depends. Took off my noise cancelling AirPods and it's like a club in here. I would suggest elsewhere to socialize if you're here to chat and take a break. If you're here to study, make sure you have noise cancellation tech on your headphones. read more

Finally came to check out this new coffee shop I've seen everyone post online ! It's very cute (a little loud inside, so not ideal for working, but with headphones it's okay)! Nice and bright ! Their drive thru line was very long so it took them awhile to acknowledge me. I kind of stood and smiled until someone said they'd be with me. I know it's a new business/ everyone is getting in the swing of things, so I understand!! Avocado toast 6/10 sadly! I really wanted to like it, but it's SUPERRRRR basic for like $8/9. The avocado tastes like a spread from a jar/not fresh. The seasonings are whatever and it just doesn't taste that great. It's one medium sized piece and the bread is soft/ squishy/ not toasted? Idk but not that great (sorry) I think fresh avocados should be used for the price ? Coffee 8/10 - I ordered an old fashion espresso drink. I saw it on the drive through marketing material but couldn't find it on the menu. The cashier told me what was in it and I ordered it. A drink like this is gonna be bitter, which I like! While it's good, other places in town have better. I'll be back again, and will order different things but overall everything was just okay... and I really really wanted to LOVE it. read more

Horrible drive thru experience! There are two lanes for drive thru, one sign said closed, 6 people see in one line and then someone went to the closed lande because it was empty and then 5 people followed them making us wait an extra 10 minutes as they took orders in the line that appears closed. We get to the window and the guy was like, oh yeah that sign should be hidden, because both lanes are open, oh well. Oh well, we're not coming back. So if you go here plan on a long wait for the drive thru! read more

This place is super cute! I love the concept . The service was super inviting and I decided to order a hazelnut divinity. The drink itself was super sweet for me (I was told it's their sweetest drink) I was unaware , but I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager was kind enough to fix my drink (by making it less sweet) and advised me what to order the next time. I loved their enthusiasm and their patience. I will be returning to try something else. read more

When this Better Buzz first opened, it really was all the buzz. Pun intended. The coffee was super consistent, delicious, and the service was highly exceptional and authentically friendly. I'd visit at least twice a week for either their Best Drink Ever, or a simple cappuccino. Unfortunately in the past year, my experiences have only deteriorated time and time again. Let's start with the coffee: Inconsistent. The Best Drink Ever is either almost white with actual coffee to be desired, or loaded with an disgustingly disproportionate amount of sweetener. Don't they have measuring cups for this? How can a beverage that I used to literally think was the best drink ever for months of consistency just consistently be BAD now. They should consider renaming it to "The Best Drink Ever, But Only When It Is Made Correctly" My past five or so cappuccinos have been bitter, flavorless and poorly frothed. This doesn't include their overpriced acai bowls, which are either always melted to room temperature liquid, or frozen so hard you cannot even eat it. But wait, there's MORE. The service: At every turn they try to upsell you. And the more I've pressed back on the upselling, the more rudely I've been treated. At first it was funny, but now it's just sad. Want a breakfast sandwich? Extra shots? Extra toppings? Almond butter on your acai bowl? I internally groan at every item I order because they have a cue to try and make even more money from you at every sentence you speak. As if a $6 cappuccino isn't already ridiculous, convenience aside. And after all the rude upselling ontop of the already inflated price of chain coffee clubs, they're sure happy to tell you "the pad is just going to ask you some questions". So I'm done. No more $6-$7 mediocre coffees. No more feeling obligated to tip employees who clearly don't like you for not buying into the five upsell attempts at your order. I'm honestly surprised this place has the reviews it does, so maybe it's just ME waking up to the nonsense of chain coffee. At the end of the day, I just want an unobstructed path to my caffeine, and Better Buzz just makes that process way too expensive, awkward and inconvenient, the OPPOSITE of what a chain coffee place should be. It really used to be better though. Better BUZZ. read more

I've been a coffee lover ever since I worked in an office right next to two independent coffee shops (from 2014 to 2020). So, of course, I was excited to stop by and try Henderson's newest coffee shop on opening day. BACKGROUND: Better Buzz Coffee is a San Diego-based coffee chain that started as a coffee cart in 2002. The coffee chain has multiple locations in Southern California. They have also recently expanded to the Phoenix and Las Vegas metropolitan areas with plans to achieve 48 locations by June 2025. They are a fascinating business concept and remind me of some of the brands (eg, Nantucket Nectars) that I learned about in the one business class I took in college. MY EXPERIENCE: Their Henderson location was abuzz with activity on opening day. I decided to get the full experience by going inside the coffee shop to place my order. The coffee shop itself is quaint, but hip and trendy. I waited in line for roughly 15 minutes. Once I got the cash register, the service I received was superb. Despite the long line, the cashier was extremely personable and encouraged me to sign up for their rewards system. I also received a free, reusable coffee cup. I ended up getting the Moroccan Spice Iced Coffee for my drink order, which comes with espresso, spices, raw natural cane sugar & cream. I was hoping the iced coffee would be balanced akin to a Dirty Chai, but it turned out to be overly sweet and milky. I actually couldn't even finish the drink since I typically drink black coffee or a plant-based coffee beverage. FINAL VERDICT: Better Buzz Coffee nailed the service right out the gate. I will give them a couple more chances to see if there's any food or drinks on their menu that's worth driving 25 minutes to the other side of Henderson when I am already surrounded by solid, independent coffee shops in the Stephanie Street Corridor. read more

We stopped in a week after they had opened. The drive thru line was long but it looked like it went fairly quickly. I decided to order inside in an attempt to make it quicker but there was another line inside. Understandable because of the hype of the grand opening. I'm assuming the wait is improved now. The place was very cute and quaint. They and some seating area available inside and outside. Similar to a Starbucks I would say. The staff was super friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. I ordered the "Best drink ever" and I was in heaven. Will for sure order this again. I hear good things about the cinnamon cold brew so I will have to try that next. Once I had ordered it didn't take too long to get my drink all things considered. Will be back for more especially since it's across the street from Costco! read more

I can't give 5 stars because i waited longer than expected. I know it was opening week but I waited almost an hour for my drink. Is that thr norm on opening week? It was packed. Never going anywhere on opening day or week again. I'll prob be back in 2 months. Don't get me wrong though, the drink was on point just like how I lasted tasted it in SD. Another good thing is that the staff were nice no matter how busy it was. They were fully staffed, but that was a bit of a wait. All the drive thru and online orders were coming out faster. I guess I need to get on that bus. Overall, good food, cute ambiance, and drinks. read more

I was really hoping to give this place a better review but unfortunately the review actually is going down. Our first experience was on opening day so we figured we would give them a little time to get any kinks worked out. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that has happened. The food is extremely bland. The bacon ciabatta is supposed to have a spicy aioli and it had little to no flavor. My 7 year old who is a very boring, picky eater and won't eat spicy couldn't even tell there was anything more than egg, bacon and cheese. My husband ordered the chili crisp again but sadly this had almost no chilis crips (last go round was better), I wish I got a picture to show how sparse and sad looking it was. The drink was supposed to have a pumpkin cold foam top, which was forgotten about (of course they don't forget to charge you though). They were sold out of croissants already (mind you we went at 10am). And let's talk about the horrible parking lot. This is a very popular and crowded shopping center with not enough parking. We had to park in the adjacent gas station parking lot, as did several other people. I truly hope they can take these reviews seriously and improve on what the complaints are because there are too many competitors in this area that so far blowing them out of the water. read more

We went to try this new coffee shop at 7am, and it was super busy both in the drive-thru and in-store! Despite how many people came into the store, all the staff greeted the newcomers from across the store. The store itself is fairly big with many different types of seating. Overall, the opening week is very organized with security present to open the doors for you and traffic control for the drive-thru line. The people taking orders were super nice, but it seems that the default size when you order a drink is large, and the regular, smaller size they have is 16 oz. We ordered the Hot Vanilla Bean Latte, Iced Mango Strawberry BuzZinger, and a Bacon Ciabatta sandwich. The Hot Vanilla Bean Latte was good, tastes like an average vanilla late! The Iced Mango Strawberry tasted pretty much how I expected, but it's cool to see a mango strawberry drink in a coffee shop. Though I am not a huge ciabatta bread fan, the sandwich was pretty good -- a dece breakfast sammy! read more

I understand that it's Opening Day for the San Diego Coffee Shop, Better Buzz, but I have some feedback to which I provided them directly too. I went through the drive-thru and the service experience was subpar, here's why: 1) The young employee who took my order did NOT have a warm and sincere welcome greeting. 2) When I inquired about one of their pumpkin seasonal drinks, he did not have a valid response - - "I don't know" should not be trained as an acceptable answer, instead say "let me find out for you" or "perhaps check out our website" to offer solutions. 3) He did NOT ask for specifics on my latte when taking my order, such as "hot vs cold" or what milk choice I wanted. 4) I was NOT offered a receipt. Once I arrived home, I inspected the food and drink, to which the $7.99 ham and cheese sandwich looked DEFLATED and unappetizing. Unfortunately my latte was not enjoyable either. With so many coffee shop choices throughout the city and nearby, I'll never come back. Consistency and excellence I doubt would be found here. read more

I usually always go to the location off of rainbow but I recently had went to the one on st rose. Probably the worst experience I've had with any coffee shop so far. The lady that took my order in the drive thru was so rude. No greeting just a "what do you want?" After I tapped my phone to pay the lady didn't tell me I was good to pull forward , just proceeded to walk away to the car behind me. I had asked for extra ice and they proceeded to give barely to no ice.
