First of all, damn good coffee and food. My family can be a tad picky about the coffee quality in Vegas and somehow this place won them over. I love the inventive flavors and ideas. And it seems like every worker is lowkey a personality hire because everyone is so kind and bubbly. Every visit makes my day a lil better. And the place feels clean and chill to do some work in. Also, this last time I was treated like a lil queen by the one and only James. What a ray of sunshine, of course. 10/10 new favorite local cafe

Great space for studying/working. I love the outdoor seating and that the indoor seating has plenty of natural light! Also stays quite quiet in here. I ordered an iced vanilla bean latte, half sweet. The drink was perfect, comes with 3 shots of espresso in the large and the coffee was nice and dark :)

Another great visit at the Lake Mead Better Buzz location! Stopped in to get a sneak peek of the Fall menu items since fall is around the corner. I ordered the "Pumpkin Pie Best, Drink Ever". This was just what I needed to get through my mini work session. I also got to try the pumpkin muffin and gotta keep it healthy with a fruit cup. Balance!! While visiting I got to see one of my favorite employees James. He's always a pleasure to see with his upbeat personality and amazing customer service! I can't forget the wonderful Kat who made my amazing drink. This location is a neighborhood fav for me and a great place to get work done. If you still haven't stopped by this location yet, Let this be your sign and go check them out!

Finally stopped in on a Saturday morning. Everything was delicious that we ordered. Friendly service made the experience even better. Tina even had suggestions when we asked questions since it was our first time. Lots of gluten free options and everything is made in house. They have a rewards program too. Nice little patio area for the cool weather that is on its way. We will be back.

The name is no joke! Every single coffee I've gotten here gets me jacked up from all the caffeine in a good way. Every drink I've gotten has been really good. They have lots of pastry items and food items. Everybody that works there is super friendly. The only problem I had was in the drive-through one time and they couldn't hear anything I said, but that was only one time.. I like that they have a little outdoor seating and indoor. It's in a good location. It's nice to have new coffee options around the area.

This is my favorite better buzz location in Vegas! I've already come by at least 4 times, and it's always been a great experience. The staff are super friendly, the drinks are consistently delicious (especially my favorite - best drink ever), and they are also so fast and efficient. They were so sweet today and were making conversation and joking with us, then even gave us an extra free drink that someone didn't pick up! I would recommend going inside to order rather than drive through since it's faster that way, but it is still great that both are an option for customers. Parking is pretty easy, and it's a relaxed yet nice aesthetic inside. I love how many menu options there are as well, and the pastries always look so tempting. I'll definitely be back!

I was lucky enough to get to attend the soft opening for Better Buzz Coffee. I am a big fan of a sister location, so I have been patiently waiting for the Lake Mead location to open. Food They have such a great drink and food menu, it's sometimes hard to decide. I went with the cinnamon latte and the açaí bowl. The latte was excellent and gave me a caffeine boost the rest of the day. The açaí bowl was fresh and filling. 5/5 Service They were training staff, so there were a lot of them. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they made the process very way. 5/5 Ambiance I didn't go inside this time, but they do have a nice inside and patio area. The drive thru has two lanes and was fast. Admittedly, the entry way is a little strange. You can't get in off Water St, so you have to make a u-turn to get in. Better Buzz is arguably my favorite coffee shop in Henderson. They are a welcome addition to the downtown area.

A better way to _____ your day. (Please give me royalties if you use that.) Better Buzz is a chain from San Diego that is steadily growing their Vegas valley presence. I've been enjoying their initial St. Rose Pkwy location and using occasional random discounts from their app, and I did the same today except at their brand new location on the northeast corner of Lake Mead and Water Street. (Pro tip: I'm pretty sure access is only available from westbound Lake Mead, not Water. You can do a U-turn from eastbound Lake Mead just past the light, traffic permitting.) My app gave me a discount where any drink (with some exceptions, like smoothies), any size goes down to $5. I picked expensive-looking, new-sounding Cinnamon Pistachio Best Drink Ever ($7.79). It is super rich and creamy and is obviously a calorie bomb per taste and menu, but it still tastes drinkable and not overwhelming. The employees were friendly, the drink came out quickly, there's a complimentary water tap as I expected from their other store (although I actually didn't actually try it), and air-conditioning was running smoothly. I guess they ran out of grand opening cups/stickers since they didn't offer any to me, but I definitely wasn't gonna be up at 4:30am for the 200 hats anyway. I'm excited that there's now a closer Better Buzz to where I live. It's got longer hours than the less chain-y spots, actually has indoor seating unlike some nearby chain spots, and is not a Starbucks. Definitely check them out and sign up for their rewards program!

The food smells really good although I haven't tried it just yet. Interior is very nice with the honeycomb theme. The service is stellar. I was there for a Doordash pickup. While I was waiting, a gentleman by the name of James offered me a drink. No other coffee place does this not should anyone expect it to. It was just that they came up with a solution regarding a minor issue. It was a hot day and the nitro cold brew hit the spot. The cold brew was rich but with a smooth and mild texture. The coffee had such a flavorful body with a creamy sweet and nutty aftertaste and I did not have to add any sugar or cream. A shoutout to the barista Zamir for fixing up my drink!

Trying new coffee shops is my thing. I've been waiting on this coffee shop to open as soon as I saw it being built. I finally saw they were having their grand opening and made it a point to stop today while out running errands. Inside is not big but they do have outside seating. They have coffee for sale and other things like croissants, donuts and pastries. The menu was extensive with different coffees that you can get both iced and hot. They also have sandwiches and breakfast items. Today I tried the Coconut iced coffee and Hazelnut Divinity coffee which I had hot. I know, I know, two coffees. Yes! My greedy spirit took over lol. I really enjoyed the few sips I had of both, although for me they were a tad bit too sweet. Maybe I can say less sweet next time because there will definitely be a next time.

Better Buzz is a great spot for breakfast and coffee. The space is bright and modern with lots of natural light, fun yellow accents, and plenty of seating inside and out. The decor is cute without trying too hard, and the whole place has a clean, upbeat feel. I ordered the Better Breakfast Sandwich, the Coconut Macadamia "Best Drink Ever," and a chocolate croissant. The breakfast sandwich was filling and hit the spot, with a good balance of flavors on a soft bun. It comes with cheese, arugula, egg, and bacon. The chocolate croissant was good but the chocolate wasn't very spread throughout. The Coconut Macadamia Best Drink Ever was a fun blue and delicious. My mom ordered the acai bowl which was packed with fruit and a good size portion. The staff was friendly, and ordering was quick even though it was busy as it was their soft opening. The only minor downside was that the music outside was a little loud, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back for the coffee and to try more of the breakfast menu. A great addition to the Henderson coffee scene.

I came on opening day and got the iced Banana Pudding latte and iced Banana Matcha. The macha was great! Also got the almond croissant and apple streusel. The apple streusel tasted stale and had the taste of onions, like it was stored next too an item with onions. Ordering was a slow process, which is understandable as they are just opening but at the window it felt rushed like they were behind schedule. Would recommend trying but waiting a month for them to work out the kinks. read more

The atmosphere was so peaceful and allowed me to be very productive for three hours or so. The staff were all very hospitable + friendly -- shout out to Scarlet, Kat and Tony for being so welcoming and just such dope people. The drinks they made were 10/10: I ordered a honey latte, a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and a customized banana pudding vanilla latte with oat milk recommended by Scarlet. Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I ordered a banana matcha latte with cold foam, which completely covered the top of the drink, so there was no way to see what was at the bottom. After I finished most of it, I discovered a sharp metal pin sitting in the bottom of my cup. It looked like it may have come from a hat, lanyard, or some other accessory, but I don't know where it originated. Finding a sharp object in a drink after you've already consumed it is alarming. If I had swallowed it or accidentally put it in my mouth, it could have caused a serious injury. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. I tried calling the store multiple times to report what happened and speak with someone, but every call went straight to voicemail. I never got the opportunity to discuss the issue with anyone. I've attached a photo showing the sharp pin at the bottom of my drink after the foam settled. I hope Better Buzz takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously because this experience has completely shaken my confidence in ordering drinks from them again. read more

I've been to the Better Buzz on St. Rose. And I was bummed that I was going to be so far from a Better Buzz after I moved to the other side of Henderson. But I was so excited to see them building a location so close to my house and to my work. This is my third visit but my first time inside. I came in and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got a Vanilla Latte to drink while I worked on my computer. Tatum got that out to me quick. And then Talia checked up on me and that was great timing because I was feeling kind of hungry. And I snagged a brown butter scone which really hit the spot. I also grabbed a baseball cap I've been eyeing for awhile since I started coming to Better Buzz. It's great place to study or chat with family and friends over tasty beverages and food. So clean and bright inside the shop. read more

I avoided this place at first because I really didn't think we needed another dang coffee chain; we've already got SB, DD and Dutch Bros. and could the coffee here really be that different? I finally gave in about a week ago and it pains me to admit that this place really is better. The food is very fresh, not microwaved, the coffee is really quite good, and the customer service is laid back and friendly (shout out to Gina; girl HUSTLES and she's a sweet heart!). Anyway, if you're burned out on coffee chains that are all marketing and no muscle try this place instead. read more

Better Buzz is a good coffee place. I've been going since before they opened a recent location in my area. Now the location in my area is falling short. Better Buzz does not have cheap coffee, pastries or food. 3 items without rewards points can run one person $25-30 that's a meal at a restaurant. Any how my issue is your product is too expensive for poor execution. This location also changed pastries from their other location which has been disappointing so far. I had a dry and hard apple strussle muffin the other day gonna see if this cinnamon roll although poorly packaged is any good. What establishment puts a cinnamon roll with cream in a bag? A box or another container should be the norm. Just because it's a new area doesn't mean new customers. Standard set at other locations, which what I looked for at this location. Coffee is still good and food. Update cinnamon roll is not good. Pastries are not traveling well from supplier. read more

You place your order outside and they bring you your order inside of the enclosed drive thru, similar to how you enter and exit a car wash. I ordered a Jack's Big Wave Hana (blended, large) and my mom ordered a Monkey Mocha (hot, medium). The Jack's Big Wave had chocolate and marshmallow mixed together with mini marshmallows on top. The marshmallow was a little on the sweet side, but otherwise it was still very good. This was the same with the Monkey Mocha; a little sweet but still delicious. Excellent place. I really liked the Hawaiian feel and ambiance.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Now they are card only! They have many different types of juice to go! They make great little snacks. The toasts are a great little treat when you want to spoil yourself. The space is a great place to sit and gather your thoughts. You can meet up and discuss then get off to the gym . However it was on the pricier side, which is why I make most of my smoothies at home. Pretty good, though & prevented me from getting a hunger headache! The space is bright. I love the egg chairs & board games on each table. Although no one else was there, there's plenty of seating & tons of outlets for those who want to work or study for a while.
