**5 Stars - Exceptional Integrity, Expertise, and Professionalism!…read moreAs a family member, I have personally witnessed the tremendous emotional and financial distress my sister has endured following extensive damage to her home. What began as a manageable restoration issue escalated into a devastating situation, with damages and projected restoration costs reaching hundreds of thousands of dollars. Much of this hardship resulted from the actions of a previous mitigation company operating under the direction of an insurance adjuster whose handling of the claim raised serious concerns about negligence and professional accountability. Fortunately, we found Superior Water Restoration, particularly Heiden and Dallin, whose honesty, technical expertise, and meticulous assessment have been invaluable. Unlike others involved, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate the property, identify mitigation procedures that should never have been performed, explain the resulting damage, and provide a detailed, realistic assessment of the restoration work and associated costs. What impressed me most was their integrity. They did not exaggerate, make empty promises, or exploit an already distressing situation. Instead, they provided the clarity, transparency, and professional judgment our family desperately needed. After everything my sister has experienced, Superior Water Restoration is the only company we genuinely trust to undertake the restoration of her home. My sincere appreciation goes to the management of the company for demonstrating that professionalism, honesty, and compassion still exist in this industry. I recommend Superior Water Restoration without hesitation. They have earned something far more valuable than a five-star rating: our family's complete confidence and trust.

I've had a leak in my roof and I've really needed to get it fixed. I saw an ad from this company…read moreand they said that they could see if they could get your insurance to get your roof paid for through an insurance claim. I gave them a call. First off, the technician that came out was in a hurry and he didn't inspect it thoroughly because he had another appointment. He came back another day and inspected it a little better. He left some roof shingles lifted up so the adjuster could see it. When he found out that we had Travelers Insurance he was more optimistic to see if he could get the claim to go through. The insurance adjuster came out and said that because there wasn't enough wind damage on the roof and all that he could do was approve a claim to fix or ceiling for $1400. Why would I fix my ceiling until I get my roof leak fixed? The technician told me that they would try to appeal the claim and it may take up to 5 -6 months to get the appeal to approve. He also said that they would tarp the part of the roof so it wouldn't leak. Another rain storm and roof leaked again. I asked if they heard anything back from the insurance and was told by the technician that they were still in negotiations but that the insurance might stand firm in the claim not going through. I'm not disappointed but the claim, I'm disappointed that the technician did not do thorough inspections or even go into my attic or even put up a tarp like he said he would. I will change my rating if they contact me with good news or bad news. I'm not going to chase them. I'm the customer. Right now, I feel like a number.

These guys are great. I thought I had a busted water main,…read moreas I had a huge puddle building up next to the water main. They came out immediately to diagnose the problem and give me a quote on the repair. Turns out that the sprinkler shut off valve (located next to the main) was just leaking. They turned it off and the water subsided. They advised that they could fix it and would send me a quote to do it at a later time since it wasn't an emergency. Crisis adverted. They are going to send me a quote and didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. I appreciate it so much. It's hard to find honest good people. I will definitely be using them when I get the sprinkler line repaired!

I have a large industrial size swamp cooler on my home. It worked great for the first few years I…read morelived there, but the last few it has not been working and I just blamed it on how hot Utah has been. The handyman that I had been using I trusted because he helped my dad, so when he said he needed new pumps or everything was working great, I paid and just assumed it was done correctly. Last summer when it wasn't working correctly, he just never responded at all. I called Case Construction and Roofing to see if they had someone to shut it off in the Fall and they did. I called them to come get it running this year. There were 2 giant holes that just made the water run right out and never even get the pads wet. He asked if I have had a larger water bill and I have, like a LOT more the last couple of summers and I just assumed it was the sprinklers. They told me that my "handyman" put duct tape over the hole. He also said that one of the pumps wasn't even hooked up, the other one didn't work and the last one was dying. They also told me I needed new nets as they hadn't been replaced like I had thought. There was also a hornet's nest that had been in there and the water line had so much calcium in it that it was barely getting any water through. I bought 3 new pumps and the nets. He fixed it beautifully! Every pump is hooked up and running, the water line is working, the holes are fixed and the hornets nest is gone. My house is COLD again and I'm in tears of gratitude that Case Construction and Roofing is honest and fixed this for me. If you want a company you can trust to do the job you are paying you for, Case Construction and Roofing! Cortney is the literal best!!!!!
