I am uploading only photos of my home this time, per review guidelines. I self-contracted our home for the last 6 months and have knowledge on the subject as I was forced to have several roofers, contractors, and manufacturers inspect Alex's work. Our superintendent even got in touch with Alex's crew directly and they informed him that they knowingly used a bad batch of shingles because they were trying to dry in the home too quickly. It was also evident that the underlayment ice shield was not pulled tight as it should have been, which caused the ripple effect. I will not excuse the framers (as Alex points out) for their part, but the issue with shingles and ice shield were not because of framing. You can see in the images the issues caused by the framing and then you can clearly see rippling as well. The sheathing did not delaminate but did warp, and a good/responsible roofer would call that out instead of knowingly installing bad shingles on a roof you know will have issues. Perhaps Alex has been roofing longer under a different company... but his original license was issued in 2022. I prefer not to communicate this way but as Alex has not replied to a single text message or call, it seems this was the only option to get his attention.

Honest? Yes!…read more Legend inspected and confirmed a year ago that our 20 year old roof was in good shape. However our insurance company had begun increasing our premium slightly due to its age, so 6 weeks ago we decided to go ahead and get a new roof. Even though there had been some interaction with Legend a year ago, we got 2 other bids just to compare products and services. In the end we still felt most comfortable with Legend. Five weeks ago Daniel's crew completed the job within 3 days -- performed as promised, within their bid amount, did a fantastic job, and even did a great job of cleaning up. And as a bonus we even got an insurance premium refund! ALLEN V.

Daniel (or Nathaniel?... but I just remember him as "Honest Abe") was very knowledgeable and did great work for a great price. Now that's a rarity in my experience so it is much appreciated. It has been a couple months with plenty of rain and snow... several of the storms were crazy and the leak is no more, so I know the problem was properly fixed. I will definitely call Legend Roofing & Construction again for further repairs or construction!

The roof on both my main home and detached garage were damaged beyond repair during a terrible windstorm in September. I solicited quotes from 5 roofing companies in our area and Integrated beat all of them out with both price and quality! They helped me navigate my USAA homeowners insurance claim and were wonderfully patient with the insurance payment process. They even helped us obtain special financing through Key Bank to get the job started! They completed complete tear down and reroofing on both roofs in ONE day. No joke, ONE day. And our roofs are quite large. They did a fantastic job, the new roof definitely adds to our home's curb appeal and really makes the brick pop. It was a true pleasure working with this company and I highly recommend their services! Did I mention our roof also qualified for a 50 Year GAF Enhanced Limited Warranty that is transferable? I cannot say enough great things about them. We are also a military family and they offered us a very thoughtful military discount. Integrated Roofing Solutions and Consulting NAILED it!!

A little Sunday shoutout to @INTEGRATED ROOFING SOLUTIONS & CONSULTING out of Riverton…read more.. To the employee who came knocking on our door and decided to tuck your advertising BEHIND our clearly posted "NO SOLICITING" sign: Seriously? Did you think that was cute? Funny? Clever marketing? And before we hear the usual line: "I'm not selling anything, we just want to look at your roof." STOP. NO SOLICITING MEANS NO SOLICITING. It means: DO NOT KNOCK. DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MARKETING MATERIALS. DO NOT TRY TO EXPLAIN WHY YOU'RE "NOT REALLY SELLING ANYTHING." It means WALK AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Here's a free business tip: When someone has taken the time to put a NO SOLICITING sign on their home, READ IT, RESPECT IT, and keep moving. Ignoring a homeowner's clearly stated request doesn't make me want to hire your company. It does exactly the opposite. Business owners -- your employees are representing YOUR NAME every single time they step onto someone's property. Respect matters. Professionalism matters. And first impressions DEFINITELY matter. If your sales strategy is to deliberately ignore a homeowner's wishes and then leave your advertisement literally tucked behind the sign asking you NOT to solicit, you might want to rethink the strategy. ‍ Needless to say, Integrated Roofing Solutions & Consulting will NEVER be getting our roofing business. And to the gentleman who left it: you got lucky I wasn't a little closer to the door, because I had a few words ready for you. READ. THE. SIGN. NO SOLICITING = DO NOT KNOCK. DO NOT RING. DO NOT LEAVE MARKETING. WALK AWAY. It really isn't that complicated.
