In the world of strip mall restaurants this place is far from King. The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. The food is mediocre at best. We are late at night on Saturday. Like most places of the caliber the meal was large and came with a salad. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I will not rush to eat here again. Not even sure that I'd try it again. No big deal. The other people I ate with seemed pleased. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Ok, so at 5:50 pm I call this place only because my go to pizza and wing place in Felton is closed on Sunday. I place a delivery order for a medium cheese pizza,10- wings plain, small chef salad, and a stromboli. I was told after ordering that I should expect delivery in 45min-60min. Long story short, after a couple phone calls back to the restaurant, my food finally arrived at exactly 2 hrs after I ordered. The food was barely warm, but considering my credit card had already been charged and my kids who were getting ready for bed soon were starving, I took it anyway. The food was HORRIBLE!!! The one answering the phone was completely useless, and the delivery driver slow and carefree! Oh and did I mention that it cost $39.00 I will never, ever order from this place again! If it was between this place and a frozen pizza and wings from the grocery store, then the grocery store would win! I cannot stress it enough, SAVE YOURSELF!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! Get a DIGIORNO and cook it yourself, you will thank me! Hope this helps! read more

It took an hour and a half to receive delivery of a medium pizza. Upon arrival the pizza was slid all over inside of the box and burnt. Extremely disappointed...not what I'm used to read more

This place is terrible. Ordered 2 calzones one without ricotta and just mozzarella and one with just pepperoni. Simple right? Wrong. They put ricotta in both and the pepperoni one had stacks of pepperoni throughout, a disgusting amount. There were literally clumps of 10-15 pepperoni's throughout this monstrosity. Gross. The fries were cold because it took them an hour and a half to get our food here. The rice pudding tasted like mixing cement and was topped with whipped cream and cherries, who does that? My gf can't get this gross taste out of her mouth. My options this evening were eating here or going hungry. I would have rather gone hungry. read more

Just a POOR place of business! I sat there waiting on 2 slices of pizza to-go. I had been waiting for 35 minutes when I started writing this review! How long should TWO slices take!? The place comes of as more of a bar than the original Betsy Ross chain. My first words as I entered the place was "Is this Betsy Ross?!?". The service sucks and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! read more

The driest $11 cheese steak Ive ever had. Cheese not mixed with the meat, not chopped, and bread hard from being under the heat lamp. I ordered xtra cheese and as seen in the picture its not there. We were the only table seated during the dinner rush and I understand why. Beware! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've never eaten at this establishment and we decided to give it a try. The staff had their kids running around the restaurant and it was more of a gossip hour for the staff then working. We both order cheesesteaks that came out horrible. The bread was so hard you couldn't bite it. The meat smelt like skunk and flavorless. Bottom line the food sucks and will not go back. read more

What the heck is this. If greasy pizza not made to your order is your thing then this your place. Crust saturated with grease and what they call sauce made it impossible to pick up a slice to eat it. I asked them to cut it in square slices so the pizza would go farther with the number of company i had, but perhaps this was to hard of a task to expect from this place. Wasn't good is not enough of a description for the food they serve. The smell oh my lord the smell in that place made me feel like i was emptying a septic tank. Please oh please for you r sanity and love of pizza do not go here not even on a dare. read more

ordered our food 2 hours ago , food was never delivered and they arent picking up the phone anymore. Do not order food from this place!!

The Delivery charge is $4 to go one mile to my home. On The Average food is good. They do make a lot of errors at times when I have ordered. I use to be a reg customer. Now on slice ordering online is $6 total for delivery. So its gone downhill somewhat. Don't ever be afraid too tell them.! read more

I ordered a cheese steak. When the waitress brought me the cheese steak there was barely enough meat to cover half of the roll. I was very disappointed.I won't be going back. read more

Food isn't great and if you want to order for dinner place that order at lunch time they say 45min to an hour but is more like two hours. Also I've ordered cheese steaks couple times and the bread is either mushy or extremely hard. My advice only eat here if you'll starve otherwise go somewhere else! read more

This review is for the cheesesteak and atmosphere. Walking in there's an employees kid running around with little to no supervision. Then the cheesesteak came out, bread hard as a brick and the steak smelled like skunk. Couldn't even finish it and I won't even allow my dogs to eat this. But I hear the pizza is good! Best bet is Rudys cross from this place read more
