I have been to a couple other locations in Toronto, Atlanta, and I think Charlotte. First thing about me is that I am super competitive but in a fun way and not in an annoying way. Our group was a small but manageable total of six people. We started out on the first race track then had some libations before going on the second track. Both tracks were quick, but the second track seemed to be a little bit faster plus it did allow you to be able to slide less in the corners, but the track was quite curvy so you definitely needed to know how to drive. In between sessions we went back and have more drinks before finishing up two more runs on the track. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed it. One of the guys in our group even had the top 15th time in the country for that day. We realized pretty quickly that if you were in the first car or the last car then your times would be a lot better than anyone else's because you did not have to hit the brace as much and you could have a better time. The food was good and we got served very quickly. We placed food orders as we proceeded to do ax throwing. The one thing I did really like about the ax throwing was the fact that they were projected games onto the board so it wasn't just target practice. The games varied from connect for to tic-tac-toe to skills targeting. It was quite nice! I will definitely get some people together to go back with and have fun because I really need to get in that top 15 ranking!! Lol we did not play any other games while we were there. The bathrooms were immaculate. They had soap to be able to wash your hands, and there were plenty of paper towels as well. The business also make sure they had someone to be able to answer questions and act as a representative to make sure things go smoothly. All I can say is that they are top-notch.

They don't inform you beforehand, but you're really only given around five minutes, including intermission, to prepare and recover. It's hard to fathom; the whole place seems to be managed by teenagers who lack any real understanding of safety protocols. It's likely they haven't even glanced at the handbook. I entered the arena with a grin, but I left feeling dejected and in pain, my back possibly fractured from the experience. In conclusion, respectfully fuck you Supercharged. -14-year-old btw

When we arrived, there was already a line but we were able to get in for the first round of golf. Like others have said, it's pretty small in there but Lots of things to look at and the monsters were pretty cool looking but not in a super scary way. Each of the holes had different levels of difficulty but overall pretty easy. The arcade was very tiny, but had some fun games for the Littles. None of them were broken like other reviews have said. They games do not accept quarters you have to buy a card. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had tons of patience especially the person working the token redemption/prize area. By the time we left, the place was pretty packed so it's probably a good idea to get there right when they open. Playing one round of golf plus $10 in video games lasted about an hour and a half. Plenty of parking in the private lot. There is a small table out front.

No need to feel rushed. Arcade and mini golf available. We only did mini golf this time around and we had some good laughs along the way. Love the black light monster theme. We had an awesome time here for my school-aged kids' birthday. While we love coming here in…read moregeneral, the birthday party was particularly fabulous and the focus of this review. It's well organized and there is a small area and a large area right by the entrance, flanking the ticket redemption area, the drink counter, and the employee desk. Great location for it. There's two flatscreen TVs in the large area and one flatscreen TV in the small one. Ability to turn off/on lights. We were able to fit high 20's number of kids in the small party area. Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. And our kid got to do both times since it was their birthday. The area and place/setting is fun. Lots of different types of games. Everything was working -- a rarity for an arcade. There's better or worse use of credits, of course, as there is everywhere. I loved the variety though. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Lots of folks will seek outer suburbs of Boston for good prices but all in this was a steal compared to some other options. And the other families loved it. Kids were raving about it through the school week, and multiple people said they're going to bring their families back here again soon and many for birthday parties.

It's rectangular and super thick and i didn't think much of it until my son wolfed down two slices so fast i was not believing. so I had one. and i tried another weird pie called CBLT or something and it looked scary drizzled with ranch but crazy good! I think im just going to make excuses to come here again to try the pizza...the arcade games are definitely not really for little kids but pretty fun for older kids and grownups but it's nice that even if you have teensy kid points you can still get decent toy prizes and candy.

Today really sealed it for me. We came to celebrate my son's 10th birthday, and when we arrived, the internet was down so it was cash only--but there was no sign on the outside door. You don't find out until after you walk in, which already starts the experience off wrong. The manager working tonight (glasses, thinning blonde/gray hair) was incredibly rude and condescending. Zero customer service skills and no empathy whatsoever. He didn't seem to care that multiple machines were broken or malfunctioning: * Air hockey had no airflow and didn't keep score * Connect Four Hoops (red side) was playing by itself * Motorcycle games charged but wouldn't start * Basketball games were missing balls * Several other machines weren't working properly Instead of addressing any of this, he was selectively handing out game cards to other customers while repeatedly ignoring my son--the birthday boy--and our family. While we were waiting for food, he came over and asked whose birthday it was, as if I hadn't already told him earlier. Then he made a sarcastic comment saying, "clearly from the sign on the door." Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There are way too many better options out there to spend this kind of money and be treated this way. I won't be coming back. 0/10 experience.

She was terrible forgot order, left menus, brought over app. Plates when didn't get apps. Took glasses and didn't ask if we wanted more drinks, made us wait 20 mins for the bill and just over all not friendly. Then the food was awful just awful. Granddaughter got dogs in pretzel. They were charcoal inside ,grandson my chicken fingers were tiny 4 small tenders with the bottom of the fries maybe a handful. My husband's food in a giant bowl with a small ass portion of pasta. Just over gross. But it was a late lunch for us so we worked through it Lastly we spent a mini fortune on tickets like serious mini fortune and barley got tickets which is fine but when we went to turn them in there was not much to change In for. Like it all started at 100 tickets. Come on I have 2 kids with me and they couldn't exchange for much a lollipop that was 105 tickets really? What is it 25 cents. I know this sounds ridiculous but if I didn't just drop 200 plus dollars there I wouldn't be so mad. I will not return to your establishment and think that this was just highway robbery. It's unfortunate the experience as a whole was just anything but worth what I payed. Also the guy cleaning the table was spraying 5he tables on stream and it was spraying all over people and he wiped the food off the table onto the chairs. Just yuck. Toilets durty and it wasnt tgat busy apon arrival. No excuse.

The new Mini Game Box Party was a blast--super competitive, quick to pick up, and great for almost all ages. We had 2 teenagers and 4 adults where we had the most unforgettable experience together. They also offer the infamous Squid Game experience, which is more challenging and features fewer games, but they're true to the originals from the show. While fun, I definitely preferred the Box Party for the variety and fast-paced energy. Games range from two 30 or one 60 minutes. It is a bit pricey at $35 per player for an hour, but the $100-per-box holiday deal is a much better value for up to 6 players. Overall, a really entertaining group activity inside the Natick Mall amongst other entertainment such as Level 99 and Dave & Busters.
