I come here pretty often and usually have a great experience. I really enjoy going to the sports…read morerestaurant for dinner because the food is always really good. The casino itself is nice and very well kept, and the staff are normally great. Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant today wasn't the best. They were doing gift card sweeps while I was eating, and I couldn't really hear the names being called. The announcements were very muffled in the restaurant. You can hear the names pretty clearly throughout the casino, but once you're sitting in the restaurant, it's really hard to tell what names are being called. I think it would be a great idea to have a screen in the restaurant showing the names as they're called. That way, people who are eating can still see if their name is being called without having to leave their table or constantly try to listen for the announcements. Overall, I still enjoy coming here and will definitely be back. Just something I think could make the experience better for people dining at the restaurant during the sweeps.

The bar was so slammed the entire time, they had only one bartender on. She had a whole bar full of people plus a never ending line of patrons waiting for drinks. It was awful. We also did a little gambling and were incredibly disappointed when our horse won the race only to find out the gentleman who gave us our ticket hit the wrong horses number. Gambled on horse #1, the ticket was for horse #2! So we lost all those winnings. The man did apologize but it was just so disappointing. In all it was fun to go watch the horses, but I was very surprised that the outdoor bar wasn't open. It was really a beautiful day and they lost out on lots of revenue from not properly staffing for the crowds. Lastly, we went into the casino to get some food only to find out there are very few options. Pizza, burgers or Dunkin. We ordered a pizza to take back to the grand stand and it was mediocre. Kind of a sad day and we will not be rushing back again.

We saw some people hanging around the back the evidently were staying there. The lobby area has had a small remodel and is promising when you walk in. The hotel was empty but my co-worker and I were at opposite ends of the convention style hotel. My first room was bottom floor facing outside. While walking to my room someone in an employee laundry room area was getting high and ran when I walked by. The weed smell didn't stop there. It smelled like someone had just gotten high in my room, wall paper was peeling and was just gross. I almost packed up and left then but called the front desk and asked to move. I told her the issues and I don't think she cared. She at least put me on the second floor a few halls away from my co-worker. It was slightly better I thought. We went to dinner and came back. I walked her to her room because she's younger and pregnant. The halls were filled with pot smell and we are pretty sure a section was dedicated to people living there. I get to my room and when I pulled back the covers the one bed was heavily stained. I thought gross but there's two beds. Well the second one was stained and the pillows too. It was too late to leave so we stayed. Her room was bad but not that bad. I don't believe my room was cleaned/changed after the last stay. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom. Just awful! I've stayed in some shady places but this one ranks up there maybe at the top. Also, I'd expect more out of HI. It may be a while before I can trust to stay with IGH again.

I question the other reviewers that give holiday inn Mansfield 4-5 stars. It does not make sense. I have travelled to China 50 times in the last 10 years, staying many times in the Beijing holiday inn. Mansfield building is old and decrepit and a joke. Other holiday inns are fine. Being an IHG member for 15 years, I now think award points are a waste of time. From now on, my wife and I will book the hotel we can afford based on reviews. Points save 10% over time, but holiday inn would only give me 2 out of 3 days points back after 4 emails to hotel management and 40 min. on call with out-of-US IHG customer service. If you really want to have fun, calculate the "standard deviation" of the reviews on this property. There is no homogeneous pattern in the reviews.... and easy to figure out what is going on here. I urge YELP to investigate holiday inn is lower case of course.

It was actually my first time going to a concert at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield!…read more Most of the concerts I've gone to were held at TD Garden or House of Blues, so going to an outdoor venue was new for me. Today, I went to go see Bryson Tiller! Very GenZ of me hahah but it was fun. Ty Dolla Sign & Majid Jordan opened and it was good vibes all around. I HIGHLY recommend paying the $60 (cash only!) for the private lot... it is SOOO worth it. This venue has free lots as courtesy for purchasing your tickets BUT I've heard nightmare stories about the parking & leaving. Often takes an hour to 90 min to just get out of the lots, not even including the time it takes to get home from the venue!! They have a path that takes you to the venue, ~6 min walk. When we left, it was super easy to leave. No traffic in the lot & they even coned up a private lane just for people leaving that private lot to the highway. We experienced no traffic hopping onto the highway & for the entire way home. Now as for the actual venue itself, it reminded me a lot of an amusement park, like Canobie Lake Park LOL. They had a bunch of drink lines & a couple food stalls. We bought some frozen margaritas ($20/each) and food that totaled out to $53, which included a 2 for $10 chicken ranch wrap, cheeseburger with fries, and chicken tenders with fries. Food was meh but I didn't expect much anyways. Fries were actually okay but the 2 for $10 chicken ranch wraps didn't even have ranch LOL & they were cold. Just had one singular chicken tender with unmelted cheese in a tortilla. Security was easy. You can bring a one gallon zip lock bag with food if you want & a personal bag as long as it is fairly small. I enjoyed the concert & I'm looking forward to going to more here. I will also happily pay for the $60 private lot each time too!

Got off to a rocky start when we were trying to get to the Blue Lot and we were basically swept in by the traffic organizers at the entrance to the venue into the Red Lot/VIP section, which is a hellhole of a maze that required driving back to the exit and crossing the street. (Btw, I would highly recommend splurging for the Blue Lot if you do not want to wait hours to leave after the concert. The Blue Lot spits you directly back out onto the main road. You can always pack a snack, book, movie/games if you don't mind waiting to get out.) After parking, you go through security (double check the bag policy, they're not shy about turning people away to drop stuff off in their cars) and then you're in an area with food trucks, lots of alcohol options, and vastly overpriced food. Whoever in the reviews said that it seemed like they were sourcing the ingredients to a remote island got the nail on the head. The options are to eat ahead/tailgate or fork over an arm and a leg for some mediocre, deep-fried fast food. I got two chicken tender snack wraps (which were basically one under-seasoned chicken tender and a handful of shredded cheddar, wrapped in a plain tortilla). My husband's burger was the much better option. $60 for food and two waters, and I was still kind of hungry. Restrooms were relatively clean, though a bit of a trek from the concert area. We had some amazing seats, with great views of the stage but I do wish there was just a little more of an incline between rows. Appreciated the large screens they had set up to each side whenever someone extremely tall stood up in front. There were plenty of security stationed around to check tickets and keep an eye on things. At one point, there were two extremely drunk and obnoxious women behind us (knocking into me with their dancing, reaching over with their arms to clap) who had taken over a family's seats. They took a while to move and I don't think security needed to be called but it was nice to have that as an option. We left earlier to beat the traffic and it was the best option.

My two friends planned this…read moreparty and this party bus hoping that it would be a great easy way to get to our destinations. I was extremely upset and surprised by the way the whole thing played out. We gave our driver and this company the itinerary for the night and nothing went as planned and we were late for half of our destinations. The bus was supposed to pick up a group of our friends in Marblehead at 5pm. He was almost an hour late and told my friend who booked this bus that he didn't realize how long it was going to take to get to Marblehead from the bus company. He was then supposed to drive to Wilmington to pick the rest of the party up. He was so late picking us up that we had to call our first destination and tell that that we were going to be late. We show up at 645 to Puttshack at the Seaport district when our reservation was for 6:15pm. All of our food was sitting on the table becoming cold since we were 30 mins late for our reservation time. We couldn't play golf till 8pm, which meant that our next reservation was going to be late as well. My friend had to go walk over to our next reservation and let them know we were going to be late and to hold our spot. We were supposed to be Cisco brewers down the street also at the seaport district at 8:30pm. We show up at 9pm by the time everyone was done eating and done playing golf at Puttshack. When we got to Cisco they argued with us about not letting us in because we were an hour late for our reservation at Cisco brewers. My friend had to go up to the staff at the front and tell them what happened plus tell them that she was just there speaking to someone about the problem. We were able to get in after some talk. The bus was suppose to leave the seaport district at 10:45pm, but because we late being picked up at all our spots we stayed at Cisco till 11pm. When we got back on to the bus it was little over 11pm. The bus driver had to then bring the first amount of people to Wilmington and then back to Marblehead. When he dropped off the first amount of people in Wilmington, he first went to the wrong house and then he proceeded to fight with my friend who was the one who booked through you. He told her that we were late and he wasn't going to drive the rest of the people to Marblehead and it wasn't his issue to bring them back, when in reality it was. He was told the times and he was told the schedule and he was late for pick up which means we were late for all of our activites. He was disrepectful and ignorant! As one of the people that helped book all the activities, I am truly disappointed in this company and how everything was handled. My friend got a credit card notification that you took another $200.00 our of her account because you felt that we were in the wrong and that the driver had no reason to drive the other people back to Marblehead, when it was his fault from the start. When people ask me what limo/party bus company that they should use, I will tell them that deluxe limo is horrible, customer service skills are horrible and that the drivers need better customer experience and how they speak to their clients. We paid good money to use this company and we were treated with the upmost disrespect! We will not be using this company again and we will tell people to book elsewhere.

The reservation was made a month in advance, and I confirmed it multiple times via email during the week leading up to the event. On the night of the booking, no one showed up at the scheduled pickup time. I called, texted, and emailed the contact information listed on their website, but there was no way to reach anyone at 7:00 PM on a Friday night, which is an essential time for communication for this type of service. At approximately 8:20 PM, nearly an hour and a half after the scheduled pickup time, the driver finally called and informed me that he was still another hour away and that a mistake had been made. There were no weather issues or inclement conditions that evening that would have caused delay. By that point, I had a large group of people waiting at my house. Our dinner reservations were missed, and our original celebration plans for the night were no longer feasible. Friends had traveled far distances and made accommodations for this event, and we were forced to scramble for alternative transportation and entirely different plans at the last minute. What was supposed to be a straightforward, enjoyable birthday celebration turned into a night of stress and frustration due to a complete failure of communication and reliability. The deposit for the booking was refunded, but that does not undo the negative impact the experience had on a milestone event. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.
