Came in with my bf wanting to play It Takes Two and I'm so glad we did. The worker at the front…read moredesk was very kind and helpful when we told him it was our first time. You pay for the hours up front but they roll over to other days so you don't have to use it all at once. If you enjoy gaming and know you'd come back as long as the space is nice, i would recommend getting more hours. The interior is spacious, clean and organized (even the bathrooms are nice) and feels like a great place to come solo or with friends. We were allowed to bring in drinks but no outside food. One thing specifically for It Takes Two: although they have the game downloaded, they do not have the friends pass downloaded and trying to do so would've probably taken 30min-1hr+ So my bf and I both bought the game, luckily it was on sale tho.

We had an awesome time here for my school-aged kids' birthday. While we love coming here in…read moregeneral, the birthday party was particularly fabulous and the focus of this review. It's well organized and there is a small area and a large area right by the entrance, flanking the ticket redemption area, the drink counter, and the employee desk. Great location for it. There's two flatscreen TVs in the large area and one flatscreen TV in the small one. Ability to turn off/on lights. We were able to fit high 20's number of kids in the small party area. Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. And our kid got to do both times since it was their birthday. The area and place/setting is fun. Lots of different types of games. Everything was working -- a rarity for an arcade. There's better or worse use of credits, of course, as there is everywhere. I loved the variety though. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Lots of folks will seek outer suburbs of Boston for good prices but all in this was a steal compared to some other options. And the other families loved it. Kids were raving about it through the school week, and multiple people said they're going to bring their families back here again soon and many for birthday parties.

Is it just me or is the pizza here actually pretty amazing? i have only been here for birthday…read moreparties but I am realizing that the pizza here that is made in house is different from other places and for birthday party pizza it is way better than delivering it into wherever the venue is. It's rectangular and super thick and i didn't think much of it until my son wolfed down two slices so fast i was not believing. so I had one. and i tried another weird pie called CBLT or something and it looked scary drizzled with ranch but crazy good! I think im just going to make excuses to come here again to try the pizza...the arcade games are definitely not really for little kids but pretty fun for older kids and grownups but it's nice that even if you have teensy kid points you can still get decent toy prizes and candy.

I like Cheeseburgers…read more The bartenders are top notch and are wicked niice. The service here is incredible All the games are really well maintained and their selection provides something for everyone. Bring your passport if you're coming from out of the country because Massachusetts ID laws require it Would recommend 4/5

Such a fun spot to hang out with friends! Roxy's Arcade has a really cool vibe with tons of arcade…read moregames, and you can get 40 tokens for $10, which lasted us a pretty decent amount of time. Just a heads up, but it gets crowded on Friday and Saturday night, so you might have to wait for a turn. We also grabbed some drinks while we were there. They were okay, but a little too sweet for my taste. We didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but I've heard about their grilled cheese and definitely want to come back to try it! Overall, such a fun and different place for a casual night out. Would definitely come back for the arcade games, hang out with friends, and finally try the grilled cheese next time!

I used to love this place, but unfortunately it's turned into nothing more than a money grab…read more The bathrooms are consistently filthy, and the staff act like they don't even want to be there. Today really sealed it for me. We came to celebrate my son's 10th birthday, and when we arrived, the internet was down so it was cash only--but there was no sign on the outside door. You don't find out until after you walk in, which already starts the experience off wrong. The manager working tonight (glasses, thinning blonde/gray hair) was incredibly rude and condescending. Zero customer service skills and no empathy whatsoever. He didn't seem to care that multiple machines were broken or malfunctioning: * Air hockey had no airflow and didn't keep score * Connect Four Hoops (red side) was playing by itself * Motorcycle games charged but wouldn't start * Basketball games were missing balls * Several other machines weren't working properly Instead of addressing any of this, he was selectively handing out game cards to other customers while repeatedly ignoring my son--the birthday boy--and our family. While we were waiting for food, he came over and asked whose birthday it was, as if I hadn't already told him earlier. Then he made a sarcastic comment saying, "clearly from the sign on the door." Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There are way too many better options out there to spend this kind of money and be treated this way. I won't be coming back. 0/10 experience.

Food is good. Service is a hit or miss depending on which waitress or waiter you get with some more…read moreenthusiastic and friendly than others, but for the most part, it's okay. Great deals with dining and being able to get chips to use to play after dining depending on what you order. Signing up for D&B card and app is a must since they sometimes give free offers to incentivize you to go to D&B. Wednesdays are half off all games which is also great! The sriracha honey wings are the best! Not too spicy at all and very good. The barbacoa fries were okay. Kids love pretzels, chicken tenders, and pretzel dogs, so those are always a given when coming here. Fun place to go and eat first! Really glad they have friendly, nice, and kind ppl working in the arcade sections, human crane (super cool and new), and the ticketing section to collect your prizes after playing. We always have fun here!

I'm back! I haven't been here in a couple years. The restaurant is located at 100 Buckland Hills…read moreDr. in Manchester, CT. This is a big game and sports watching value. The building is huge! For my first drink, I'm having the Reserve Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, simple syrup and Hella Aromatic bitters (that's new). Hella Aromatic Bitters are craft, all-natural cocktail bitters made with real herbs and spices, featuring dominant notes of clove, cinnamon, and allspice with a robust bitter finish from gentian and wormwood. This is well balanced but without a garnish. I do like the circular ice cube. That's a nice touch. For our appetizers, we are having the Guacamole and Chips which is made with fresh guacamole topped with pico de gallo and cortina cheese and served with tortillas chips. This is very good. There's a lot of chips! We are also getting the fried pickles which are crunchy breaded pickle slices served with ranch dressing. I don't eat these very often. They are good! For my entree, I'm having the Fire-Grilled Salmon which is grilled Atlantic salmon rubbed with Louisiana spices and served with green beans, rice pilaf and finished with butter. The fish is real tasty! The rice is nice and the beans and to store ate good too!Make sure to squeeze that lemon. This is good! I'm also having a side order of fresh garden salad which is romaine topped with grape tomatoes and shredded cheese with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The salad is fairly good-sized and is quite good! For my next drink, I'm having a Godfather. The Godfather is a simple, two-ingredient cocktail made with Scotch whisky (Johnny Walker Black) and amaretto liqueur, served over ice in an Old Fashioned glass, often with an orange peel garnish. It's known for its smooth, nutty, and slightly sweet flavor, balancing the smoky notes of Scotch with the almond sweetness of amaretto. Well, there is no ice cube for some reason or a garnish for that matter. But, its tastes pretty close. For my last drink, I'm having a Jameson Long Island Tea made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bacardi Silver rum, Cointreau, peach, premium citrus sour and Coke. This tastes good although it's not very strong. Overall, it's still a good meal here!
