Betos is the best! I usually get chile rellenos. I do ask them to cook them on the grill because they are premaid, frozen then microwaved. Even still they are pretty good. read more

the guac is very limey.. there was a whole lime including peel in the guac? then my chimichanga had chicken that wasn't even shredded.. i basically had i chicken with tortilla wrapped around it. it tasted like TRASH! never will i go here again. read more

i will not go back to this location!! For one I speak Spanish so I know what they are saying. They are talking crap about my weight saying I don't need 2 burritos when one is for my fiancé. Second when I glanced in the window I saw them assembling my burritos without gloves. They literally touched everything in my burritos. The food is great! The reason for the 2 stars is that, when you go through the Drive Thru. When you order any combination the meal comes with a Drink, included in the price. They never offer you what you want to drink. Expecting you not to notice. Called them out on it a few times, and they just say what do you want to drink. I always ask them why they don't offer the Drink when someone is ordering. I get no answer! I'm scare to even order my drink with my combo over the speaker, for all I know they are charging me extra for a drink that should be included in my drink anyways. There recipes only say the amount charged but not what was charged. And I've had issues with them with prices going up and down. I am a faithful customer to the Betos and Racheritos franchise, but I don't enjoy getting ripped off with what I paid for! Just be aware with what you order and what comes with it. Because I can't trust there employees! I wish there was a way to speak to a GM or an Owner on how the employees are not giving the drinks to paying customers. It should be automatic after you order your combo they should say what you would like to drink, guarantee you most ppl will be shocked to know a drink comes with the combo since they never offer or give them the drink! read more

I've had the rellenos here many times, have always enjoyed them, and the prices on all their fare are reasonable. Today, for lunch, I thought I'd give the cheese enchiladas a try. Maybe it was an off day. They were served up ice cold, the shredded cheese on the inside not any more melted than the shredded cheese sprinkled on top. I took the plate back to the counter lady, and she said not a word, but rolled her eyes and disappeared to the kitchen. I sat back down at my table and waited. I was lucky I could see the counter from my seat because when the plate came back the lady just plopped it down with nary a word, or a wave to to me, or anything. I saw it had landed and fetched it. Bummer. Yeah, there was smothering, piping hot enchilada sauce poured over the whole, but the enchiladas were barely warm. The shredded cheese on the inside (itself an ugh!) wasn't close to melted. I gagged down one tepid enchilada and thought, "you know what... I'm taking this home and nuking it." I went to the counter and asked for a to-go box. Wow! The stink eye she gave me then! And she *never* said anything! Just shot me sour looks. So... the best thing about this dining experience was the cook in the kitchen singing along at the top of her lungs to the Spanish tunes coming from some device or another. What she lacked in quality, she made up for in enthusiasm. Which is more than I can say for the cheese enchiladas; and the rude, unpleasant, counter lady. read more

This place is amazing. Say a little puedo practicar mi español? And everyone who's helped me lit right up and was extremely patient with my horrible grammar and accent. In addition to being nice in ways that aren't expected from the job the food is cheap as hell and is 100% greasy deliciousness. Love betos food especially their breakfast burrito. I'm from Southern California and this is still my favorite breakfast burrito. The only problem is that their customer service SUCKS. They have no idea what your saying, they never offer your drink which is included and they change the prices almost every time I go. Use to come here a lot, but in the last few months prices have gone up which is understandable. But the food (like burritos) are not cooked nice and crispy like they use to be, which makes them soggy. Salsa is great but peppers and carrots taste like they came from a tin can. read more

i recently visited the Beto's fast food restaurant during lunch in Woods Cross , I purchased my lunch in the store and got it to go, because of the 45 minute lunch period I have i had to drive back to work to eat . upon arriving at work several miles away I discovered that i was given a item that not only I did not order, but am severely allergic to , The counter person in a fit threw my money at me when i asked for it back. Great food! Great prices! I have never been skimped on meals here, if you don't want one thing, they give you more of the other. Service is phenomenal, they don't mess around and try to up-sell you on things you don't want anyways. They are genuine human beings, not corporate scripted robots. Today I visited the Bountiful Betos location usually greeted by a very sweet & kind cashier who is always welcoming and happy to accommodate. Unfortunately three other times I have visited I have had the unfortunate luck of being served by a very rude cashier who only bothers to tell me the price of my food and says nothing else to me she looks at me as though I'm nothing but an irritation. She wore no badge but said her name was Elena. 2/3 times I have seen her she has forgotten my side tortilla. Today while packing up my food she would around the corner which I've not seen any others do was there for quite some time at one point saw her head as was leaning over the counter, as she jerked my food at me I asked is it possible to get my drink that goes with this meal? She starred at me, said nothing, I said "so is it?" She acted frustrated " Yes! What do u want?" Diet Pepsi please. Once home found near empty hot sauces, the food a mess, needless to say I threw it away! What a shame. I go there often. Will have to find a new spot!! read more

Betos in Bountiful is never bad. Their food is delicious. Their rice is fluffy and soft and tasty. Beans are perfectly refried. Carne asada is that cheap steak but tastes so good. Flour tortillas are addicting. Nachos are outrageous; thick corn chips covered in meat, sour cream, guacamole, melted cheese. wow. Salsa bar inside is very good; four salsas, sliced radishes, cilantro, chopped onions, wonderfully pickled carrots with jalapeno. The dining area is cheap and they are short staffed so they never have enough time to keep up with it and wipe it down, but it is not a dirty place. I like their enchilada plate, chiles rellenos. The fish tacos are fried tender fish in a soft corn shell with delicious coleslaw and creamy dressing. One caution, however, if you know Spanish to order at the drive through, use it. Making any kind of substitutions, you must be very clear, or you will not get what you tried to order. Their plates are very big and you will become really full on the food. read more
