Phoenix Health Insurance…read morehas been managing my firm's health care needs for two years now and they've done a fantastic job! Here are some things they do that I sincerely appreciate: 1. EXPLAIN OPTIONS. As a business owner, health insurance is a confusing and frustrating world. Lynn takes the time to explain your options and offer his opinion on what new options offer the best value for the money. 2. PROACTIVE. No chasing Lynn down at annual review time. He contacts you proactively to let you know what has changed and what new options we might want to consider. 3. RESPONSIVE. If you call they call you back. If you have a question they help find the answer. I'm not sure about you, but I HATE calling insurance companies because you feel like you can't get a straight answer. Lynn (and his team) will run point for us. We can call them with a question or problem and they take care of it. What a relief to know there is someone willing to stand up for us when there's a health insurance coverage questions!!! 4. OVERALL GREAT PEOPLE! I'm a raving fan of Phoenix Health Insurance! And, no firm or individual is too small for him to help. Lynn has helped my neighbors who just crossed into the Medicare realm with such amazing service that my neighbor an HR and Accounting consultant now brings Phoenix Health Insurance in to meet with his customers. I just adore this group! Go Lynn you ROCK!!!

The girl that answered could not have been more bothered that I called. She sounded half asleep. Hung up the phone without any explanation of what would happen next. Nothing about it taking a week because it's sent off to an underwriter. Maybe it's my fault for not understanding how this business works. went to the downtown office and the guy that helped me was anything but apologetic, could've cared less that I took the time to come down there. A simple explanation and an email with proof of insurance is all that was needed.

The question,…read morecan you provide a notary bond... a very simple question, however you chose to lie and say that you're only able to provide a bond to a client who has an auto policy. Please show me on printed State Farm documents about that policy, I'm sure the Department of Insurance would like to see that along with my complaint. Odds are Judd; you can't provide that fictional policy. Are you so hard up on obtaining new business that you have to resort to lying and manipulation? Over the past five years other State Farm agents in your area have provided such bonds to my friends and colleagues without forcing them for quotes or policies. Ethics much?

I had the same experience with Jason Fine's agency as the other 1-star reviews (Ian J., Brian M.)…read more He never would follow up prior to renewal to verify the coverages and circumstances were the same. He refused to shop around even though my premiums doubled. He insured my home for twice the value, telling me the extra coverage was required since the cost to rebuild was more than the value (even though there was other coverage that was supposed to cover that need). He was unprofessional and condescending. Stacy (his wife) was also not helpful. I finally found another agent who put me with a top named insurance company and saved me approximately $3,600 a year on homeowners and auto insurance and I don't have to prepay upfront a year's premium to get a discount. I am now paying half what I was with Mr. Fine's Agency. Also, iIt is the same to pay monthly as it is to pay everything up front and my limits of liability were double with Mr. Fine and now my deductibles are much lower. I would recommend not using Mr. Fine's Agency since it is clear he doesn't act in the client's best interests and gives you a hard time with cancellations and getting refunds. I note his 5-star reviews are over 5 and 6 years ago.
