Booked the Mercedes Sprinter for a weekend trip to Tahoe but due to sever weather conditions, we were unable to make it there. On the day of pick up, we were scrambling to figure out where we would go for our girls getaway. Tony, the chauffeur, was very patient and displayed good humor with our lively group of women. Leading up to the reservation, Bestway contacted me to warn me about the weather and to make a back up plan for our original trip. Just a little warning, reservations and payments are final so if there are last minute changes, such as change of direction, or less hours or driving needed, it's non-refundable. read more

These guys are con artists. We setup for 4 p.m. pickup for a party of 9, 15yr olds to drive to Larkspur from SF for birthday dinner. They never showed up! We starting calling 5 mins after 4 pm and they kept saying they were seconds or a few blocks away. Called every 5 to 10 mins but same BS. Had to pile all the kids into 3 cars at 4:50 p.m to make the reservation which luckily they didnt cancel. They called us at 4;53 and said they couldnt find the address. More BS!. Stay clear of these guys. Now we cannot get our money back as they are BS again! They keep saying we will get a full refund. Had to step it up to our attorney and credit card people. Of the many various limousine companies in the Bay Area, I would highly recommend choosing another company. We hired Best Way Limo for a Napa excursion based on their competitive pricing. We definitely got what we paid for... When the driver showed up, he informed us that the limousine we paid for was broken down and would need to be switched out. We didn't get what we asked for. We were on the road about 45 minutes after we were scheduled to leave. We ended up running about an hour over schedule, which we were more than happy to pay for. What we weren't prepared to deal with was the extra $130 dollars (another hour) the driver charged us for the time it took them to switch out their broken vehicle. When we expressed our concern about the charge for the time the company took to switch out vehicles, they were unreasonable, combative and ignorant to any negligence on their part. Additionally, setting up the various stops through the company was tasking and their level of professionalism was lacking. There are simply too many limo companies in the immediate in the Bay Area to go with a company like Best Way that will nickel and dime you like this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company when considering limo transportation. read more

He was very attentive, my flight was late and so was the luggage. He greeted me, grabbed the heavy luggage and whisked me off to my destination out of the rain and cold. BWL is the best ride in town. I was invited to a birthday party last Saturday which my friend rented one of the hummers.. Now don't get me wrong the car looked nice on the out side and inside.The driver she had appeared to be a nice lady. However looks may fool you . The ride was a mess. Every conner we turned the driver had to back the car up . Not to mention every time she hit a conner i felt as we were going to crash. The driver also took us to the ghetto when the host of the party ask if she can stop for a bathroom break ( 76 Gas Station) I just thought that was very unprofessional . By the grace of god we made it to the club. Which the driver parked across the st from the club in downtown Sf made everybody walk through traffic . After looking through numerous websites and Yelp reviews I booked an Escalade Limo at the recommendation from Rubal on the phone. A group of us from work were heading into SF from the east bay for dinner and drinks. We wanted to do the responsible thing so a limo was the best option for us. The limo arrived on time and the driver, Lamont, was well dressed and very friendly. The limo was a newer model and was in great shape with nice leather interior and a comfortable seating arrangement for all of us. The ride was soft enough for us to enjoy our drinks inside without spilling and the sound system included an iPod dock to play our own music or Pandora. The night went very well and I would definitely book with them again should another limo be needed. read more

I recently used Best Way Limos for a business trip. In particular their 27 mini shuttle bus. Great communication from their office prior to the trip as well as during and after. The driver was professional and adapted quickly to the changes we threw at him, stayed over the original time, and was very courteous to all of the passengers. The price they quoted us already included tip but we were so happy with the service that we tipped our driver some more anyway. We got married in May 2011 which was prom season. The manager already set the expectation that we could not extend the time because they had another appointment after ours. We were getting a little on time and was really worried that we may had to catch another ride to our reception but our driver was very understanding and reassured us that he would wait for us. After having a horrible experience with Elite Limo in Concord/Martinez (the worst experience of my life) I was very nervous about booking a Limo from a company that I had not used before. All the representatives I spoke to very extremely helpful and the owner assured me everything would be ok. The limo arrived on time and the driver Roberto was extremely nice to the kids and got them safely to the prom and back home. He even went in the back of Limo after the kids left to see if they had left anything behind and yes there was a wallet which he returned. The Limo was stocked with water and apple cider for the kids. The cost of the Limo was very reasonable. HORRIBLE! They were supposed to take 26 kids to prom on their bus. When they didn't arrive on time, we called and they said they'd be 15 minutes late. An hour and a half later, and still no bus, and no communication from them. They never showed up, even though they had been paid in full. Parents finally had to drive multiple cars to get the kids to prom, and of course they were late. Way to ruin a big night for a lot of kids - their name should be no-show limo. Awful service. We called for an airport dropoff, and they send us a confirmation, but the driver never shows up. When we called the dispatch center, no one picked up the call, and the person on the other line kept cutting the call, and we couldn't get a hold of the driver at all. What's worse, we called them with a different number and they picked up immediately! But when we asked about the status of our pickup, they just hung up again. So unprofessional! My birthday party was this past weekend, and it was ruined. My girlfriend decided to surprise my family and I with a party bus to the Sonoma raceway, and things quickly fell apart. First off, the original bus that arrived to pick us up was not the ordered vehicle. We asked for a party bus with seating that lined the interior of the bus, instead we received a charter bus that was utterly filthy, unacceptable. Though this was a huge mistake we chose to forgive them and move forward as the day is too important to waste on petty indifferences. Moving forward we thought this would be the only mistake, little did we know it was just the beginning. We then traveled half the way to Sonoma, CA, once half way we politely asked the driver if we could stop so that all passengers could have a bathroom break. The driver did so with no issue. After this we traveled the rest of the way with no issues. Once arrived the driver asked us to take all of our belongings off the bus, as the correct bus we ordered was supposedly on the way to pick the group up after we were done. We did a clean sweep of the bus, collected all of our belongings, and removed any trash that we saw on the ground and or seats, which was little to none. Shortly after our driver departed we got a message from him saying that we had "left a bottle filled with urine in a trash can" and that he wouldn't "come back without a $500 cleaning fee", to be paid immediately. Once we received this message we decided to call him and figure out what was going on, but we were greeted on the phone by loud profanity and unprofessional customer service. This again was unacceptable. From there our entire party of 23 had to split up and find our ways backs home (which was an hour and a half away), thanks to my father we were able to bring 4 cars back to return everyone home. I had used Best Way Limo's Party Bus (Land Yacht) for my birthday this past October 10th, and am very delighted! First and foremost, they were willing to work with me on the price and took me seriously when I had reached out the first couple of times as I was still shopping. Although this was a referral, they were still willing to work with me and adjust the pricing with respect to how many people I had attending my party, and went over all of the options to make sure I have the best vehicle for what I was trying to do. I worked everything out, gave a deposit, and the bus had arrived on time (actually a little early) exactly where I had asked. Phil, who was the driver, was absolutely amazing! I know that hauling around 30 drunk ass people from 8PM-4AM(which is when we got back) isn't the best job for a lot of people and requires a lot of patience. He had plenty of that. He was a pleasure to talk to at every stop, and was (or at least really made it seem) like he was having a great time with us the whole time. He was very attentive as far as any clean up, melted ice, and the rest of the little details that make a big difference. We ended up needing an extra hour, and the price that he quoted us was exactly what we were charged. He was professional, friendly, and definitely made our party the best that it could have been. BEWARE!!! Don't know where to start. I thought it was great that my son and his fiancee had arranged transportation on their wedding day . Until we were left out in the cold outside the church for 1 hour in the dark .We were told that they would come back and pick us all up but they never showed up. I had to call the Hotel where we were staying at and explained what had happened and they were kind enough to pick us up. My brother and his family had to wait additional 30 minutes out in the cold because the Hotel shuttle could not accommodate all of us they were kind enough to help us do what Best Way should have done. . I recently booked a party bus from Best Way Limousines even though I was told they have bad service and all this other nonsense. When I found the bus I wanted on their website I went ahead and called to confirm everything was accurate and I was really pleased with their customer service. I asked about the things in was warned about by others and they went over everything with me and showed me everything in the contract once they sent it to me. When my bus picked us up our driver was really professional and helpful. When my trip ended I was really satisfied about how everything turned out. I believe its proper to say here "not to judge a book by its cover" I had lots of fun and great service for a fair and reasonable price which I would had missed out on if I had not used Best Way Limo services. read more

Last weekend, I attended a bachelor party with a group of friends and family. As the day started, we were excited and looking forward to having a good time. Unfortunately, the first grievance occurred right after pick-up, in which the driver was not punctual. We had waited outside, only to find out that not only was she not outside, but many blocks away awaiting in a parking lot of a grocery store. A group of us walked the nearly 10 minute distance in high heels, carrying boxes and bags full of items for the party. Upon arrival, the driver did not seem to understand the directions in which she was given, nor the mechanics of the stereo or GPS systems. Of course to me, these were still minor infractions however, it did take away from a few who became responsible for navigating and fixing these issues. Then to make matters a bit worse, we got derailed and lost, making us lose our reservations at some certain distinguished wineries, which became a major disappointment for the grooms to be. This experience was in deed disappointing and I please encourage you, the company, to rectify this error and provide some proper training for your employees. Thank you. read more

Would give a Zero if I could. Extremely disappointed with lack of customer service!!! We had purchased a wine tour and paid in full for a trip in October. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to the fires that were happening at that time (within their cancellation policy timeframe). After canceling and requesting a refund, I never received a follow up and after 3 weeks I had to call to follow up myself. I was told they could not reimburse me on my credit card that I used to pay for the trip and they would mail me a check. It took another 2-3 weeks for me to receive a check and it BOUNCED!!! I was finally able to get the owners phone number and was never even offered an apology. I asked for another check to be mailed in addition to the bounced check fee my bank charged me, after another week with no new check I called and he said the check was sent earlier in the week. Still.....to this date....no check. I have now disputed it with my credit card company and they will handle it at this point. read more

I reserved Best Way Limos for my daughter and several of her friends for Senior Prom. They were right on time picking them up. We rented a white Chrysler 300 and it was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very clean. The prom was in San Francisco and the driver new exactly where he was going and got to the location with no problems. We have rented from some companies in the past and the drivers have gotten lost.
