I was worried they may not be able to remove all of the mold stains but Daniel assured me they would do their best and he addressed all of my concerns. Miriam and Hilda did SUCH an amazing job in deep cleaning my bathroom! They removed most of the black mildew stains that I couldn't remove myself. I requested something very basic--removing the bedsheets and loading them into the washer--which was not done.
