    1 star is far too many. Please allow me to begin by saying this company, based out of Spencer, came to install a water line for our Best Buy purchase (a refrigerator). Best Yet works as a third party installer for this company. They told us we must pay $100 or they could not complete this job. Of course we did as they said, trusting they were not scammers or dishonest. I will attach a screenshot of this receipt for everyone's reference. Keep in mind we already paid for the installation through Best Buy and shouldn't have paid a penny more. This was validated for us when we ended up calling Best Buy and they were horrified these people tried to milk us for any additional money at all. Well shortly after Best Yet left (horrible company name by the way, but that is aside the point) we looked online to find reviews for this company and to our dismay many customers on BBB website under Best Yet said they too were charged more and didn't understand the extra costs, etc. We also read a REPLY to a customer's review written by VINNY with Best Yet who wrote the most insolent, sarcastic, vile, and unprofessional response we've ever read to a review on a company!! He should be fired. Better yet, Best Yet should be out of business!! This is our genuine opinion. We also read of many scenarios where things weren't up to code, or permits needed to be pulled, or additional materials were needed, etc. this all adds up to more money for Best Yet. All of this prompted us to call Best Buy directly (after feeling as though this was very questionable) and inform them of the additional cost and ensure this was all above board, and was intended on their end. We, in no time, discovered IT WAS NOT! They reversed this charge on Best Buy's end and have passed along this information to their superiors. We want everyone to be aware that it seems Best Yet charges whenever they can and takes advantage of vulnerable customers, as we can see this is not an isolated incident but a pattern. This is how these individuals make a living, preying on the owners of the households they drive to. My advice.... Be cautious and if it sounds shady it probably is! Always question things. And our message to Best Yet... you stepped foot in the wrong house!

    Nick & Andy delivered and installed my overhead Whirlpool Microwave purchased from Best Buy and did an excellent job. They arrived on time and completed the job in 35 minutes!

    This is on the Front of my house next to my front door now. Thanks Best Yet Installations. You are the worst. - A metal vent pipe secured with duct tape is mounted on the exterior wall of a house, with snow and leaves on the ground nearby.

    We purchased a gas dryer through Best Buy who subcontracted to Best Yet Installations. They made us pay $600 for a snorkle, some sheet venting and gas line ON TOP of the payment to install from Best Buy. We had an infant and desperately needed to install the dryer as we had been without it for 2 weeks before delivery/ install. They knew they had us and they charged for it too. The job they did looks very unprofessional. Worst contractor experience of my life. I also do not post negative reviews often, but I feel a warning is warranted with the job that they did. Very unprofessional.

    I simply can't say enough good things about today's installation. I had a gas range installed. They explained to me everything they were doing. They arrived on time and professional. Masks in place. The entered my home and immediately put on booties. Then began their task of installing .Alex and Nate Z were my I stall team. Vinny their boss then stopped by to check make sure everything was going well. stopped by their boss to make sure everything was going well. This was one of the easiest tasks I have ever needed done in my home. The scheduling was easy. I received a 30 recall when they were to arrive in the time window. I am very pleased. I will being using them again in the future. They offer a huge list of repairs and fixes they can do at work and your home Again a million thanks to you Best Yet awesome jobs guys.

    You're going to want to read this to the end. It's a doozy. I purchased a dishwasher and gas range from Samsung, and purchased installation services for an additional $240. This company was assigned the job. Scheduling went smoothly although I was annoyed that the appliances would sit in my kitchen for an entire week before the installers could come. I thought they should schedule things in a tighter way, day-of or day-after delivery of the appliances. I was out of town and my friend was watching the apartment. The big surprise was getting a call from the installer Matt who explained [1] that the Samsung dishwasher would leave a big gap under my countertop, and an LG would fit better, and he seemed to imply that I should suddenly buy a new dishwasher? And [2] for the gas range I needed a plate and a shutoff valve to bring me up to code and it would be an additional $400-500. I immediately said, "Nope. Not doing that. I would give you $150 for that, as it can't be more than a 30-minute job, right?" He didn't answer that last question. He basically said I'd have to pay their estimate, or they couldn't do the install. I told him go ahead with the dishwasher install, and as long as it is done in a good and workmanlike manner it will be fine. Use some plywood or something to increase the height. As for the gas range install, I would pay $150, and if they wouldn't take that then don't do it. So they left it. Here's the best part. I come home from my trip, I walk into one of my two bathrooms, and there are globs of urine all over the seat, some on the floor, the rugs are damp, and the toilet isn't flushed, like someone peed all over the seat intentionally. I don't have kids or pets, I just got my apartment professionally cleaned the week before, and there was absolutely no one in the place but these installers. It was one of them. Bob or Matt left a little retaliatory "gift" for me. Total animals. Someone needs to get fired.

    I see a lot of bad press for this company, but I have to say that I received outstanding service from them. Brett, Alex and Matt showed up at the appointed time to install my gas range. Before they did anything, Brett notified me that because it was a gas range I would need to pay a $65 permit charge. I expected to have to pay for that so it was not a big deal, it's the law for one thing to pull a permit for gas hookups. He measured my overhead vent clearance, verified that I had functional smoke and CO monitors nearby and gave me a rundown of the installation process. The ranges were swapped without a hitch, no damage no surprises. The team was polite and well organized, the swap out took less than an hour to complete. As an ex service director, I was impressed. These guys do some backbreaking work and it's really all about good two way communications. I would use them again without hesitation.

Our front porch was in need of some major updating (a lot of rotting wood, railings were wobbly, pillar trim and paint coming off, etc). They were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule which I totally appreciate. Jason was very honest with what work needed to be done as I initially only asked for new railings. I didn't want to wait until the rotting wood got worse so I agreed and trusted his professional opinion. Thank goodness I did because there was a little more damage from water and ants that he found which I didn't want to deal with down the road. He used pvc to wrap the base of the pillars (which looks so much better and well proportioned) and replaced all our risers and kick board with pvc too. I am all for low maintenance so I'm glad I don't have to worry about rotting wood again! He even replaced our electrical outlet to a more low profile one. Jason is a perfectionist...very detail-oriented and meticulous, he kept pointing things out that I would never have noticed and fixed the issue promptly. He and his worker were respectful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were on time. I can't forget about Kristin (Jason's wife and company manager) who was very communicative in regards to scheduling, estimates, etc. She was very responsive and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question (a rare trait these days!). Overall, I would definitely recommend Bonsai Builders and look forward to hiring them again in the future. I've already received so many compliments online. Even my neighbor stopped to say how beautiful it came out as she was driving away. Hire them, you won't regret it!!
