I am a hard customer to please and rarely write reviews, but this company is truly worthy of praise. I gave them a 5-star rating. I highly recommend that you get an estimate from them before signing a contract with an inferior company that won't provide the same level of customer service this family run business provides. They pay attention to detail and do all the upfront work needed for a successful transaction. They go over all the components of the job, so everyone is on the same page before the job begins. When something goes wrong, they also go the extra mile to make things right. For instance, when one of their sub-contractors inadvertently left my AC unit on due to a simple wiring issue, Kevin came out after midnight to turn the device off so my family could sleep soundly - just as you will sleep too when you hire Peguero Construction for your next project.

We highly recommend hiring AD Roofing and Siding for anything you need!! We feel lucky we found a…read morecompany that is trustworthy, doesn't over price their jobs, truly cares for their customers and can properly fix or build anything in a home. We initially hired them to repair/ replace the trim on our 21 windows. They were the only company willing to repair what we had, the other quotes said they would repair but then cover everything with PVC and a knowledgeable friend told us that works only if you truly trust that nothing is rotten underneath. And we knew we had a lot of rotten pieces. Their work was precise and their knowledge produced top notch results. We then asked them to replace the garage trim. When they took off the garage trim face boards, they immediately contacted us to show us how rotten the structural posts were. Instead of just taking the easy way and covering up the problem (we would never have known about it), they asked us if we wanted them to replace the inside beams first and then put the face board trim. We could see their true carpentry workmanship. We had the same awesome experience with our deck. We initially asked them to replace the top hand rail all around our deck that we could see had rotted. They then showed and explained to us that the contractor who built our deck didn't properly anchor the supporting columns. We had never noticed this because we barely used our deck, but after seeing how it easily rocked back and forth we wanted the extra support. They did not try and upsell us, they truly cared about the end result, took pride in their work, and would have done whatever we wanted, it was always our choice without any pressure. Ray handles the paperwork and is excellent at communicating and keeping you informed. Angel is onsite overseeing the process and very friendly and easy to approach with any questions. The entire team is always conscientious, tidy, friendly and damn hard workers. Going forward this is our go-to company!!!

Jeff has done great work…read morefor other family members, but I wanted to get a range of estimates to compare prices, products (including metal roofs and manufacturer differences), and ask specific questions about our roof underlay (tongue and groove from the 60s). All in all each company gave me great information, were exceptionally thorough in their explanations of how the job *should* be done and why, and why they each advocated different roofing products. Each was thorough in explaining the differences and their recommendations. Based on drive-by examples, photos and testimony, they all did great work. The major difference came down to price for product: for our 1500 sq ft ranch the quotes varied enormously - up to over $50K for one of the pretty cool metal roof options. I would highly recommend getting multiple quotes to inform yourself of the process and products as the homeowner, BUT realize that other companies won't beat Jeff's price. He's thorough and communication is prompt and personable: he responded to my questions quickly. His crew is thorough and professional and did the work exactly as laid out in the contract.
