Shaheen & Jason were fantastic. They communicated before arrival, which was very helpful for me to time getting to the property to meet them. They immediately jumped in with removing the old dishwasher, assessing what needed to be done, and getting it done. They were out of there in half the time that I thought it would take. They paid attention to all the details, including vacuuming up and cleaning and putting everything back in its place. They tested the machine to make sure it was fully functional, removed the old one and then went on their way. I have only good things to say about their work ethic, polite manners, and overall professionalism. I've already asked them about returning to replace another appliance. I have a great experience with them. read more

Nick from Latour Plumbing & Construction was sent to my home by Best Buy to pre-measure for a refrigerator replacement. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the visit. He arrived on time, moved the old refrigerator, and even showed me how to do it myself. He also removed a piece of cabinet trim above the refrigerator that had been limiting my replacement options. In addition, Nick drilled a hole in the cabinetry at my request so that I could use the extra electrical outlet behind the refrigerator for my microwave. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about the refrigerator's water connection. I highly recommend Nick and would not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing projects. read more

The two technicians that brought our new gas stove and installed the stove were outstanding. They both greeted us with politely and introduced them selves and began the prep work immediately. First of all bringing the gas shut valve up to today's code then brought up the new stove and put in place. They were very meticulous in leveling the stove so it was rock solid. They tested each connections for gas leaks and there was none. Turned on all burners and were functioning normal. Advised us to turn oven on to 400 degrees for (1) hour to burn off protective coating. They cleaned up all debris and hauled away our old gas range. We were impressed with their professionalism. read more
