Brad (owner) and Best Tree team have again just yesterday provided their top notch knowledge, counsel and service to our nearly 1.4 acre property where we built new home near Lake Georgetown some 4 years ago. Brad/Best Tree first helped us do a heavy prune and initial training of nearly a dozen large specimen trees 3.5 years ago when all the "wild" trees from former ranch land pre-developer. These specimens included a trophy 200+ year old live oak, several large black oaks, large Mesquite , and cedar elms. They did an excellent job then, allowing us to avoid any/all significant limb damage from the record breaking winter ice storms of last 3 winters! Hence, we invited Brad/Best Tree Team for a repeat visit to keep "training" our large specimens to spread out in healthy fashion, prep for next winter/likely repeat ice storms, and to clean up newer specimens (Crape Myrtles, etc.) we planted in last couple years. Once again, they did an awesome job, careful and full clean-up! Definitely recommend them to family & friends! Tim W. read more

I called Best Tree Care to remove a couple of large trees that recent winds had pushed over enough to threaten my house. I needed them taken out or re-enforced before the next big front came through. I was impressed with a same day response and on site estimate of expense. No sales guy... no waiting for a quote from the office. Then, they said they could come the next day! OK this was looking good.. After two other companies came out to estimate, Best was Best by at least 50% of the closest bid and about 30% of the highest bid. Of course, I had them do the work and the crew was expert and professional. These were big trees and the took them apart and away with no damage to plants, roof, fences. etc. Great and thorough clean up as well. I will call them again, and I recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Best Tree Care! I'm a happy camper. read more

Best Tree Care showed up on time and took down a couple of trees that were interfering with a Magnolia tree that was a gift from a bird dropping. My wife loves the Magnolia. I told Brad, the owner of Best Tree Care, that if the Magnolia got damaged when his crew took out the two trees I was a dead man walking. His crew did a great job, and I am happy to report I am alive and well. The Magnolia was intertwined with a pretty good size tree. The man cutting down the tree started at the top and cut about two feet off at a time holding the cut piece again this body to throw it clear of the Magnolia once he finished his cut. The closer he got to the ground the thicker and heavier the pieces became. I would love to be as strong and flexible as the man doing the tree removal. I highly recommend Best Tree Care. read more

When I was looking for a tree service i thought, what are the things you I should look for? As my research continued I found that it's important that the tree service should be insured, a certified arborist, one that has been in business for a long time , and one that has good reviews. I found that Austin best tree care fit that bill perfectly. They have been doing tree's for the better part of 12 years and their reviews are incredible. I would recommend brad and his professional crew to anyone http://maps.google.com/maps/place?cid=93262343858643710&q=best+tree+care&hl=en&gl=us&sll=30.368888,-97.722733&sspn=0.006295,0.006295&ie=UTF8&ll=30.375023,-97.735426&spn=0,0&z=16 read more

Brad came out to evaluate the health of a huge old elm tree for us. He gave us three possible scenarios to protect the health of the tree and protect us from broken limbs in the future. Brad took the time to assess the tree and to talk to us about what needed to be done. He gave us a reasonable bid and did the work to perfection the very next day. We have had Brad, over some years, trim our trees, take out dead limbs, and clean up the moss. He has always been top notch in getting everything done to perfection leaving the lawn looking beautiful and our trees are much healthier because of Brad and his work. Thank you Brad! We definately will call you again! read more

I've hired Best Tree Care twice now. Their prices are very reasonable, their lead times are generally short, and they work quickly and professionally. Most recently, I needed to have a big 50+ year old Arizona ash taken down. Due to the size of the tree, its proximity to the house, and general condition, it needed to come down sooner rather than later. To complicate things, it was a protected tree, necessitating a permit from the City of Austin. Brad handled the permitting and had his crew out in less than a week. For general trimming/maintenance, I've also found these guys to be great. I'll be a repeat customer in the future. read more

Brad, owner of Best Tree Care, has been our go to guy to take care for our trees for the past 15 years. He is knowledgable about what trimming and removal is necessary to maintain healthy trees and educates us in correct watering schedules. His crews are courteous and clean up after them selves well. He has removed several of our trees that have died due to age or damage from ice storms. We and many of our neighbors trust Brad to give us good information and quality work. read more

Brad has trimmed my trees twice now and done an excellent job. I know this sounds silly, but it is almost like finding a good hairdresser. Once you find someone who knows how to do the job and do it right you don't really want to trust anyone else. I will use them again. The price was better than any other estimate I rec'd as well. The yard was completely clean after the job was done. I will definitely continue to use Brad to keep my trees in good shape. read more

We've used Best Tree Care for years. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Brad is a wonderful guy to work with. We had two very large dead trees that were becoming a hazard. These guys came in and removed them within 3-4 hours. They're extremely quick and do an amazing job with cleanup (something I find very important!) I highly recommend calling these guys when you need tree work done! read more

The President of Best Tree Care,Brad, came to my house to give me an estimate to trim my oak trees. Brad gave me a thorough assessment of the affect I would have on my trees and suggested I leave the trees as they are to protect them. I am so impressed with his expertise and candor. A very rare find . I will always call Best Tree Care in the future. I am now a committed customer. Chuck Lake Travis read more

Brian's came out promptly when a tree fell across my driveway during the cold weather. They did a great job getting the tree out, grinding the stump and even left my yard neat and tidy. I called them again when I needed other services and once again they did a great job. I'll be using their services whenever my trees need work. read more

Great job by Brad and his staff. I got a quick quote, and an estimated time frame on when they could perform the work. He contacted me earlier than that, saying his crew had some availability, a few weeks earlier than expected. Everything was done well, looks great, and we couldn't be happier. Great work as usual from them! read more
