Cecil picked us up on 11-26-2024 from Richmond International Airport with his new Ford Transit 350 HD. What a beautiful vehicle. Plenty of room for all of our luggage, and the 6 of us. Cecil also gave picked us up from the Williamsburg Inn on 11-29-2024, and took us to Jamestown, then Yorktown. What an amazing day that was. Cecil is so entertaining, enthusiastic, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about history, local knowledge where we were going, etc... Not enough superlatives to describe our continuing experiences with Cecil/Marrow Transportation over the years. Cecil also picked us up for our departure on 12-2-2024 from the Williamsburg Inn at 4:15 in the morning. He is always prompt, and has refreshments in his Ford Transit. Thanks again Cecil. They were able to find a last minute rental car accommodation with only about 5 hours of prior notice and got the car out on the ramp to help us unload when we flew in in a Cessna 210. The facilities themselves are nice; there are massage chairs (which sadly I didn't get a chance to try), coffee, popcorn and the staff helps you out with water. Overnight fees were waived with a fuel purchase (we took 30 gallons and they waived any parking fees) and only charged a $5 security fee along with the fuel purchase. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Aviation at the Newport News airport if you're flying in! The small prop plane we flew in received service as if it we were a fancy jet!

I wanted to do something special and different for my birthday, so she did some research on quotes for Florida and Aruba for me. Since time was of the essence, we discussed some options that were cost effective and affordable. She found a resort in Florida that would be cheaper if I booked it myself, along with flights. Most agencies would have charged me a fee just for the research. She did not; it was the principle of building a rapport with customers. What an excellent attitude! Things went just fine with flight arrangements and such in the past. Let's see how this one went. I set my flights via a 3rd party with no issues at all. After my Uber ride dropped me off, I dropped my luggage all tagged up and went to the gate after. The beginning flight was at 6am and we were able to board on schedule heading to Charlotte in an hour's time. The planes leaving out of this airport are on the smaller side so keep that in mind. For the flight coming home last Saturday, no problems at all. Arrived back in the 757 just past 11pm and was able to catch an Uber with everything in place. I was so glad things worked out well with my flights back and forth. We're definitely in good hands with airports during times like this. This airport will continue to be a go-to for yours truly :)
