We also communicated with the movers the whole time and told them to let us know if there was anything we needed to move! Upon me calling them out on the lack of contract several times, Orlando; the owner's son said they would pay us. We confirmed details via texts which I attached. Orlando stated a $200 payment would be sent on 7/13 (for whatever reason they couldn't pay us the same day) and surprise - they have since ghosted on communication with us! We moved on June 29th by the way, So this makes 2 weeks and no resolution. However, after they left I found several issues. They dragged the tub through a tight turn, which left a mark and gouge on my hardwood floor. This also chipped the porcelain on the tub rim. I told them the tub had to be on its side to go through the bathroom door. They tried it the other way and gouged the door casing on both sides. At some point, they chipped the porcelain on the base. The owner was apologetic and promised to send someone to look at the damage. No one ever called. I fixed the chips, scratches, and gouges myself. They charged $500 for this project and kept telling me what a favor they were doing me by not charging more.

Move time was noon on Saturday. I received a text from them around 11:40am saying running a few behind but would be there by 12:15pm or so. Once they showed it was a breeze! Huge truck and 5 guys, they had my 2 bed/2 bath apartment loaded into that truck in less than 30 minutes. I think the drive to the new place was longer than the load time. Again, super quick unload and they were all so kind, and very careful with your items. 3 hour minimum so I ended up paying for longer than what they worked, but that is moving company standards, and I've done that with just about every move I've ever done. They were an hour and a half late to meet us at the store which should have been the first sign. It then took them 2 hours to load three pieces of furniture and get to our house less than 5 miles away. The main reason we hired them was due to one of the pieces being a heavy marble topped wooden buffet that I could not move by myself. Unfortunately they dropped this piece while unloading it from the truck, splitting the marble in half as well as damaging the rest of the piece. The follow up on this was an almost equally horrible experience. They only got back to us and agreed to reimburse us after my wife threatened to file formal complaints. However even after this they started screening my wife's calls whenever we tried to follow up on the reimbursement. It wasn't until we called from another number and refused to get off the line until they processed the reimbursement that we eventually got the money back for the furniture item but refused to give us back our deposit despite the fact that the only item we actually needed them for they broke. I will never hire again and hope I can save others from the terrible experience we had.

This place actually deserves 0 stars but that isn't an option…read more I began renting at this facility in December 2025. The rental rate was $25 a month. The lease agreement states I'll be notified 30 days before in writing when the rate increases. I set up auto pay and didn't really think about it. A few days ago I was charged $67 for the same unit. When I looked back in my email I received an invoice 14 days prior. I called today requesting a refund since I was not notified in time. They are outright refusing to honor their own contract. The man I spoke with alleges they cannot process a refund. Which is an outright lie because if you can process a payment you can process a refund. He tried to offer me a credit for next month which was inadequate. I reiterated to him that I do not want a credit because I no longer feel comfortable being a customer. He was rude and dismissive and alleged he could not transfer me to someone else. I have no other choice but get my attorney involved. This company is a total scam. Pay more on the front end and go with a reputable company who actually cares about their customers.
