His wealth of knowledge in security for my industry saved me a lot of headache with my insurance company. Everything he told me I would need, is exactly what my insurance company required. He did not try to sell me on anything I did not need and was very professional and honest. His security system installers came out within one week of me signing the contract and installed the security system in one day. They did an amazing job by cleaning up after their mess and painting areas that were worked on. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. My security system is amazing and works like a charm. I feel much more secure leaving my office at the end of the day knowing my customers jewelry is locked up and secure. Thank you Progressive Technology Security Systems

In one word: FLAKY!…read more From the first time we called Progressive Technology, the sales manager was very unreliable and took several days or even weeks to reply to emails and phone calls. The company I work for purchased a security system elsewhere and only needed a professional installation. The first time that Progressive was scheduled to come give us an installation estimate they never showed up - I had to call several times and the sales manager said that he got caught up with a problem with another client and didn't have time to call and cancel my appointment. The next time we re-scheduled an estimate, the sales manager showed up over 1 hour late, but didn't call to say he was running late - I had to call him to ask where he was. Progressive gave us a reasonable price quote so we finally scheduled a date for the install. On the day that they were supposed to install, we waited and waited.... Progressive NEVER SHOWED UP. Late in the afternoon, we received an email (not a phone call) saying that we need to fill out some authorization form and send a deposit of %50 in order for them to install. This was never mentioned previously. Over a month and a half later (and several phone calls and emails later), Progressive finally showed up to install our system, and then said that because they "rushed" our install job that full payment was due that day. We paid the 50% deposit and expected the balance would be due in 30 days (as is typical for any other company), but they said no, it is due in full immediately. It has been less than a week since the install and the finance dept has harassed me every single day about the balance due when I told them that our accountant only works 2 days a week and that we will pay the balance ASAP. I would not recommend this company unless you think getting the runaround is a fun and worthwhile way to spend your time and money.

They're the only company in San Diego County who is authorized to service Generac systems, which was a plus. The process from signing the contract to installation was smooth and professional, they made sure to work with the County for the permitting process and Generac for the warranty process. They come out each year for maintenance on the generator. As a result of their excellent work, we also hired them to replace all our existing solar panels and inverter (due to age). Once again, their process was smooth, the quote was reasonable and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Thanks to everyone at Skelly Electric.

It took me two years to convince myself to do this, since these people know where I live, was…read morescared. I am not scared anymore. I am tired of spending all of that money and still dealing with issues. Two years ago I was remodeling my new house and brought Far West Electric (Noah the owner) for evaluation and pricing. He gave me the best pricing comparing to the other two companies that i asked for estimate. I hired him and one week in, he change the price and adds another $2000, ten days later adds another $1000. I end up paying him around $7500 or more and still having problem with my electric job. Besides the false evaluation to get my job, he would not show up at the job and I had to call him and beg him to come since other people's work depended on his project. I will never use him again and this is what are the main issues that I share with you. 1- while he was working at my house my circuit breaker was on fire, almost burned my house and when I told him, he said the breaker needs to be changed which would have been another 3-4 thousands dollars. Since I couldn't afford it tried to bring a new provider to give me a quote. the new electrician found some loose wires on the attic around my bedroom that were causing the fire and he had to redo them otherwise my house could be on fire. ( Noah told me that he changes peoples breakers all the time, In my opinion false diagnosis to make extra money, at least in my case since my breaker is working fine). 2- The wires on my attic were sitting lose without the protective box (told by many providers) and I had to hire a new electrician and pay $1200 to fix the job that he was supposed to do at the first place. They told me that lose wires can cause fire because of the heat and if the house would have burned, the insurance companies won't cover the losses because of the many loose wires sitting on the attic without a cap. 3- The fan and 7 lights in my living room are connected to same switch. That means at 2 pm when is hot if I want my fan to be on, i have to have 7 lights on. I hate to waste the energy. He short cut everything to save himself money and put me in this situation. 4- There are many switches that are not connected to nothing, there are bunch of switches in one of the bedroom that none of them work for the fan or light in the room. 5- He charged me another $800 to lay down some wires for my speakers that were not ever connected. If you don't know something, he won't educate you. He uses your lack of knowledge and get your money and still don't finish the project and you end of paying a lot more than what the most expensive estimate that someone else has given you. I am very unhappy with the service that he didn't provide for all of that extra money that he got from me. When I received an evaluation form from their company, I responded and told them how unhappy I am and no one responded to me. I believe he doesn't care for his customer only MONEY $$$$.
