I called later in the evening to find out why they still didn't dump it and an ***hole named Angelica answers and starts a debate with me about how a person can moved that dumpster and overtaking me with some sassy voice which made me have to get off my square with her. Then the fool backtracks and says the driver found the dumper but the sand was soft so he had trouble getting the truck in. This is a lie. There is an entrance with a locked gate that has soft sand but the main entrance has no issues. This is a new property we have been fixing up so there's all sorts of trucks there and I've been having construction dumpsters placed on the property since August 2023 when I bought it. So this fool Angelica tells me have the tenant call her. I called her immediately back with the tenant on the phone - my tenant is a woman who is 5'2" by the way, and this fool still maintains a weird debate about the tenant 'could have' moved the dumpster. The whole time the fool is talking to me like I'm her boyfriend in a dysfunctional relationship to the point I had to tell her to check her tone and watch how she was talking to me. I told her I want the days past tuesday prorated since they didn't pick up the trash and she told me no. Then told us a dumpster would be there tomorrow to dump the trash. I hung up on her because I was getting nowhere on the phone, apologize to my tenant for stepping off of my square and called my attorney and told her about what happened. He asked me if I recorded the conversation and I did not but he wanted pictures and wanted to see what they would do the next day. Thursday - today -9:40pm. My tenant text me when she gets home from work and tells me Burrtec still did not dump the trash. I asked her to take a video and that's what I will be posting below and giving to my attorney. This Angelica fool (And I'm being nice using that word) needs to be fired. And we'll be hitting up the Burtecc executive division tomorrow afternoon and we are looking for competitors if they are in barstow. There is no reason I should have to fight with someone who answers the phone about my trash on my property being dumped. I At that time I Only Noticed that one basket of glass was missing. I promptly discovered it and found him, he made up for it with a receipt. Not long after I found the amount of the money was incorrect , I carefully checked the receipt and discovered that at least two baskets of plastic were missing.Moreover a full basket of flattened aluminum cans was about the same weight as the half basket of aluminum cans one weighing over 7 pounds the other over pounds.The next day when I went to point out that the weights of the two baskets of aluminum cans were obviously incorrect! He refused to admit it!!! At that time ,someone was selling the uncompressed aluminum cans and uncompressed plastic,I took a look at the receipt details of the person and found their weight was almost the same as the uncompressed aluminum cans and plastic I sold last Saturday!!!I immediately pointed out this matter to the young man who collected waste! but he stammered and was vague!
