There was no schedule delivery time or estimate. Called and texted but didn't answered. Delivery guy showed up while I was out and my dad had to deal with him. He wanted to collect $300 instead of $215. He added another $85 for delivery charge that was supposed to be included. Communication between the rep/owner and his staff needs work. The invoice only show how much rocks and weights but the total was hand written in. My dad end up giving him $250 cash. I contact the rep and was told he will mail me the difference in a check. I live 3 miles away from the place and still no check. Needed more rocks but will not do business with them again.

If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips. (I went to two different Sunset Recycling down that were down the street from each other and I was denied at both of them)

Saturday when I went to sell plastic…read moreglass and aluminum cans, the young man collecting waste actually underreported the weight and and used the method of not providing a complete receipt to secretly reduce the number of glass plastic baskets in other to pay less! I At that time I Only Noticed that one basket of glass was missing. I promptly discovered it and found him, he made up for it with a receipt. Not long after I found the amount of the money was incorrect , I carefully checked the receipt and discovered that at least two baskets of plastic were missing.Moreover a full basket of flattened aluminum cans was about the same weight as the half basket of aluminum cans one weighing over 7 pounds the other over pounds.The next day when I went to point out that the weights of the two baskets of aluminum cans were obviously incorrect! He refused to admit it!!! At that time ,someone was selling the uncompressed aluminum cans and uncompressed plastic,I took a look at the receipt details of the person and found their weight was almost the same as the uncompressed aluminum cans and plastic I sold last Saturday!!!I immediately pointed out this matter to the young man who collected waste! but he stammered and was vague! What's even more infuriating is that his attitude is not prope either.
