I stopped by the store because I was having a problem with my cell phone. I have 2 email accounts, 1 Hotmail and 1 Gmail. Something happened and they stopped syncing. I wasn't receiving any emails at all. Had to use my computer to access. I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes and that quickly my cell phone was fixed !!!! When my phone bit the dust, I wasn't sure of the reason or if it could be repaired. I went first to Verizon, since I purchased my phone there, and the young man who helped me didn't seem to know what he was doing. I then went to Smarteks. The young man knew exactly what was wrong and that there was no way to "fix" the problem - and didn't charge me anything for his checking it out.
