I don't know what type of employees you have working there or who runs this place but in the years…read moreI had been going there I have never experienced so much disrespect. Firstly, the guy who most likely owns the white Durango went on to say I hit him with one of their collection receptacles by accident. I was nowhere near him and he was near his car with a box of pizza in his hand. I had grabbed the orange collection receptacle and was already at the back of my car over 25 feet away when I heard him say "Hey, you scratched me with the can, those things are nasty." First off, I had no idea he was even talking to me as I was over 25 feet away and I only turned around because he was very loud about it. Then he directs to himself to me and of course I defended myself because I know for sure I didn't hit anyone by accident. I still said my bad anyways and went on to putting my recyclables in the receptacles. Then when I get to the scale so he could weigh my recyclables he goes on to get loud with me and continue to lecture me about apologizing and all I said was I already said my bad so why are you still bringing it up. Again, he tries to lecture me and gets loud with me trying to intimidate me with whatever he's saying so I just ignore him and once again I said I already told you, "My bad." He then gets even louder and talks down to me like I'm a little kid. I just stayed quiet and ignored what he was saying. Eventually he pays me money and kinda slams the money in my hand chasing coins to fall. Then, he goes on to say "My bad," see this is when you would apologize. I pick up my money and just walk towards my car and he yells, "You're welcome," further trying to cause an issue. Unprofessional people like that should not be working in places like this if they have no people skills and or have no respect for their customers. This is the last time I go there, I'd rather drive further than to deal with this person again. Be better.
