When the guy was finished looking at every single piece of our existing system, he sat on our steps with a quote sheet and a calculator. He gave us three price point quotes on the spot. That person was Mike from Bryant Service Heating and Air from Baltimore, Ohio. On top of that, replacement requirements for our home, built in the 50s and AC added in the 80s, is a challenge. RN Smith promptly called back after my voicemail and responded at 4pm on a Saturday. The gentleman who responded diagnosed the problem, got my furnace running which saved the weekend, and since it was a Saturday couldn't order the part until Monday, so showed me what to do to get the heat back if the problem re-surfaced prior to the new part coming in. Low and behold, the following day I had to play with the check valve to get heat again which worked until the part came in and the furnace was fixed correctly on Tuesday.
