I see reviews are mixed. I've had a few less than great experiences but overall I like this place. As with many nail salons, language is a bit challenging at times...but if you are kind and patient, they are very accommodating. I have seen some very loud, rude, entitled-for-no-reason customers come in and treat the staff like crap. No wonder they are not as friendly some days. read more

This is the second time that I've visited where the woman, who I assume to be the owner, was very rude. After the nail technician started working on my nails, she stopped him and asked him to work on another customer and then she came over, after he'd already taken the polish off my nails, to tell me they didn't know how to do my nail shape and suggested I go elsewhere. She then said it would be an extra 10 dollar charge for a nail shape they did do. Another customer who overheard the conversation asked for clarity and she told her to go have a seat. I was the only African American in the shop and it really seems to me that was the only reason for the different treatment. The male technician was very nice and apologetic but I will not return and suggest other people don't patronize the business as long as she is in charge. read more

I had a great experience here. I am from out of town so I wanted somewhere close to the hotel. I believe one of the reasons my nail experience is typically good anywhere is because I always speak up about what I want, and tell them as they are doing my nails what I do/don't like. The man who did my nails took every "note" and made the adjustments to make them look how I prefer. Plus, it was only $60 for dip service which is less than I pay in y hometown so that was a plus! visited for the first time this week and overall was pleased with the results of my nails. i had an acrylic fill in and a pedi. i appreciate the quick service, i hate a long wait, but this felt a little rushed. it was a bit like herding cats. workers exchanged clients mid-service, everyone seemed rushed in their color selection and the overall vibe was hectic. my nails are fine but if relaxing is part of the nail experience, this might not be the place for you. read more

The nail technicians were nice enough, but they didn't try to make conversation or make me feel welcome in any way. The place was crowded, and I felt like I was being shuttled through so that they could empty a chair. My nails look good, but there are some bubbles in the nail varnish. Probably no one will notice them but me, but for the price you pay, I expect more. I am new to the area, and I thought I would give them a try, but I won't be returning. read more

Recently came to the salon on a Friday afternoon, after I got off work, for a dip and a pedi. I asked how long the wait was, and it wasn't long at all; I was surprised to find there was a new employee at the salon, a gentleman whose name I do not remember. I used to frequent this salon regularly and it had been a while since I've had my nails done professionally. Changes in the salon had been made too since I last came, including updated polish displays and new massage/pedi chairs which are my personal fave. I have always loved coming here. I went there yesterday to get my toes done and a dip mani. The lady who worked on my toes was so rough and hard with them, my toes were bleeding and I have bruises from where she massaged me too hard. When it was time to get my nails done, I started feeling extremely ill and I told (Kimmy) the owner I need to leave to go to the hospital (ended up having a serious stomach problem) . She kept trying to convince me to stay and basically wouldn't let me leave. I told her I'm leaving and she charged me MORE than what I'm usually charged. I will NEVER return there. They need to be shut down, extremely rude and pushy. They also overcharged me $50.00. Never go to this nail place. Unbelievable. read more

Best nails?!?! Hmmm. We stopped at this shop while visiting family and it was the nearest one. We called and made an appt for 3 people to go together which would've been perfect timing to let us know they only had two employees. Upon entering the shop, we noticed the salon looked pretty dirty and raggedy. The bathroom looked like a war zone and had stains on the wall where the trash can was. Gag. My stepmom got a manicure and the tech was on her phone the entire 15 minutes (yes, 15 minutes for a manicure) and only stopped her convo long enough to try to upsell her on a more expensive service. The same tech started doing my sister's pedicure and remained on the phone for the duration of her 20 minute (yes 20 minutes) pedicure. She said the massage was hardly noticeable and she would slap her leg when she wanted her to move it. The cost seemed steep for what it was, $30 unless you use a card, $32. I thought that was strange because I haven't ever encountered two different fees based on your method of payment. I gave two stars because my nail tech wasn't awful but the environment was hard to get past. read more

best nails?? worst nails. the owner (woman who did my nails) was extremely rude, rushed through mine and my friend's nails, and ignoring us while accommodating her regulars. i was charged 10 extra dollars for a "manicure" which was a woman simply putting cuticle remover on my nails and nothing. else. when I made a comment, she brushed me off and didn't care about what I had to say. I got gel polish with tips on my nails today and as she was shaving down my nails she was extremely rough and when I told her she was hurting me and she scoffed and suggested I "might as well do gel and no tips because she couldn't work with me" finally, a few of the staff members were not certified, which was unsettling. will not be returning, I do not recommend this place. try Venus nails or Euro nails. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! I was in town visiting family and decided to get my nails done. I am a regular gel wearer and have to say this was the WORST "manicure" I have ever gotten. Kim who I believe is the owner spent a whole 15 min on me. She rushed through so fast and even shaped my nails wrong, she did square and I asked for round. When I asked her to round them out more she acted completely put out and irritated. After she painted my nails and moved on to the woman next to me to rush through her manicure I asked about my lotion/ wax treatment, something that I believed was standard when you get a manicure. She literally did two pumps of lotion onto the back on my hands and told me to rub it together. $32 dollars for that.... TERRIBLE!! read more

This place is great! They are the only place I've found that offers a "mini pedicure." Your feet come out looking the same just no massage, which leads to half the time and almost half the cost! I always go here on my lunch break. This in addition to a friendly and organized staff is hard to beat. Oh AND they take you promptly at your scheduled appointment time! The worst nail place ever. Kept me waiting an hour with no service in sight and I had to go. One lady literally yelled at me over and over "you ugly." The place is also dirty. Just go somewhere else. I was patient. I paid her $6 because they poured some acetone in a cup for me to soak the gel off. I soaked them for a few minutes and just peeled it off myself. They actually took someone ahead of me too. I could see how that was an honest mistake, but after an hour of just sitting there, I was ready to just go somewhere else.
