I told them it wasn't that much last spring and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I signed up, but when I got home I looked it up & I was paying $15 a month last spring! Then I looked at the website, and I saw it advertised for $15 a month. I went back to correct it, but they said I still have to pay $30 for the first month. All I wanted was the basic bed. Well when she arrived at the location she was given a tour that never mentioned that plan and was told by the manager and some other girl that $75 was the lowest membership, the current and former employees I had spoke with said that wasn't true. So I really do not appreciate the dishonesty and that has always been why I choose and will continue to choose Reservoir Hair and Tan where they are honest and care more about making relationships with their customers instead of seeing them as $ signs.
