I write this as I sit in their parking lot at 7:30 PM on a Sunday... They list their hours has open until 8 PM on Sundays... I drive all the way out here and all of the doors are locked. My time is my most valuable resource, so I really am ticked off... I did all of the "things" to prepare like exfoliate, shower, shave, put the overpriced pre spray tan lotion on the skin, remover jewelry and wear baggy clothing and drive 30 mins just to find the doors are locked and there is not so much as a note on the door saying "closed". I mean how hard is it to just leave a note saying "short staffed" or " closed for an emergency " or "we all have a stomach virus" or even "bug off"?! I find it very disrespectful on top of inconvenient. read more

Kristi is who i dealt with when opening my membership back up last week and she was super sweet and super knowledgeable about the beds and all of their plans/pricing. My only complaint is the way they HASSLE you to buy their overpriced ass lotions. I can order the same lotions offline for 20-30 cheaper then what they sell but they will bother you EVERY DAMN TIME about lotion. If I needed any, I'd ask y'all. I don't. With being a new member the past 3 times I've came in they keep asking and asking .. finally I just told them I don't use lotions. Keep them off my ass everytime and I can use my own in peace. read more

I opened a membership to Palm Beach Tan in Flowood on June 14, 2019. Loved it but I just don't have the time to go. I called 6/28/19 to cancel my membership and was told that it was too late to cancel the payment of $33.00. I already paid $84.00 on the 14th. Will never do this again. Will go somewhere else. Also you cannot cancel over the phone per the guy I talked to. Have not even been there 30 days yet! read more

I bought a $70 can of self tanning spray. The can was defective and sprayed backwards and dripped down my arm and sprayed on the wall. I took it back and politely explained i had gotten a bad can and was told that bc i waited longer than 7 days there was nothing they could do. The spray was gone within two uses. If you buy this product make sure to test it within a week of purchasing in case it is defective. They were not helpful and did not offer me any replacement, refund, etc. Very disappointed. read more

I've gotten a spray tan plenty of times but this was my first experience here. $50 for a spray tan is insane. What's worse is I cane out blotchy on my hands and feet which hasn't happened anywhere else. read more
