I told them it wasn't that much last spring and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I signed up, but when I got home I looked it up & I was paying $15 a month last spring! Then I looked at the website, and I saw it advertised for $15 a month. I went back to correct it, but they said I still have to pay $30 for the first month. All I wanted was the basic bed. Well when she arrived at the location she was given a tour that never mentioned that plan and was told by the manager and some other girl that $75 was the lowest membership, the current and former employees I had spoke with said that wasn't true. So I really do not appreciate the dishonesty and that has always been why I choose and will continue to choose Reservoir Hair and Tan where they are honest and care more about making relationships with their customers instead of seeing them as $ signs. Poor treatment. Rude and inconsiderate behavior.

Before I left home I made the mistake of getting a Mystic Tan through a Solar 51 package I've been trying to use up for 2 years, but my nearest Solar 51 in Clinton has been out of solutons for 2 or 3 months now; even when they had it, their towels had more holes than cloth. At the Ridgeland store, the sensors on the door either don't work or they close when you don't want them to. Say anything to the staff and they either can't do anything about it or they tell you you just don't know how to do it, even if you've been coming for years. There's a reason the sign on their wall says they don't give refunds.
