The care that the people had who worked there is gone. It was just a weird uncomfortable unnatural and body experience.

This is your typical Bath & Body Works. It's clean and very nicely organized. When it comes to shower gel, hand soap, and hand sanitizer, I use nothing but Bath & Body Works. I'm a very loyal customer. This one only gets 3 stars from me because of the customer service. Seeing as how Mississippi is known for its southern hospitality, I'm really surprised the employees here aren't more friendly. At home in Jacksonville, whenever I walk into a Bath & Body Works, I'm always greeted and asked if I need assistance by someone with a smile on their face. That doesn't happen here. The last time I was at this particular location, I had a question and had to go track someone down. She wasn't exactly rude; yet, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. There store wasn't busy either. Oh well, it's not like I need help all that often anyway, but it was off-putting enough that they got a star yanked away from then. I love our bath and body works! They are always mailing me wonderful coupons that I can use in addition to their wonderful sales. I've already had the best costumer service as well. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've never felt so unwanted and unwelcome in any store before. My horrible experience came from the cashier and the way she treated me. I always go to B&BW with my husband, and we use separate coupons and rewards. On that day, my sister wanted me to buy her some products with her own reward coupons, so when I was checking out, I did 3 separate orders. The cashier was annoyed and didn't want to apply the advertised store wide coupon for the $1 hand sanitizer and made me search up my own coupon for it. In one of the orders, she scanned my $10 off coupon but it didn't apply because of not meeting the limit. She knew it didn't work but did not tell me about it to rush me out. I had to come back and redo my order to reach the limit with an older sweet lady. While I was dealing with her, I overheard the cashier and the other workers made fun of me because my 3 separate orders and laugh right in front of me. I left the store in tears feeling like I do not belong there. They made me feel ashamed for using coupons and rewards that were sent by the company.
