Best Mobile. Disappointed I didn't dive deeper into the legitimacy of this company before committing to them. My experience with them started with a $185 diagnostic charge. I called them at 4pm and they arrived at 10pm. The technician Carlton arrived in a slug bug (Not what I expect from a premium auto mechanic) looked at my 2006 Isuzu and in a matter of one minute "diagnosed" my truck wouldn't start because a defective ignition switch. I questioned how fast he diagnosed it and he said the sound my truck was making led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He let me know that the next day they can make the repair. 8am the following morning I got a call from a technician stating he was grabbing the part and would arrive at 8:30am. 10am came around and I received another call from the same technician that he had trouble finding the part, he now had the part and was on the way. 11:30am came around and I called to see why was going on. They acted as if I was crazy and stated that they never said they were on the way and that my appointment was for 5:30pm. Completely wasted my day waiting for them to play games with me. I made sure I was back home by 5:30pm just to have my technician Carlton again arrive at 10pm. Carlton again showed up in his slug bug. A hand full of tools and no light. I had to loan him a light and help him as it appeared he had no clue how to remove the dash. At this point I'm completely fed up with this company but I had paid them $557 for my ignition switch and $185 for my diagnostic. After he completed the repair the truck still made the same noise that led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He went under the hood, did something and now the truck started. I asked him what he did to make the truck start, his response "banged on a couple of relays". I asked him to show me proof of some sort of test to show me that the ignition switch was the problem and that it was now fixed. His response "the truck starting is the only test you need". What a joke of a technician. The next day of course my truck wouldn't start, when I reached out to Jen the supposed manager about where my situation was she responded with another $557 quote for a starter and said her technician made the mistake of not diagnosing the started and the ignition switch. They broke my dash, took advantage of me, won't own up to their misdiagnoses and now refuse to give me my money back. This company is a sorry excuse for a mechanic. As I now dig into their reviews I see people claiming they never left them the great reviews they advertise, people expressing the same frustrations as I have. This company is a bunch of Con Man. read more

Left to wait for service for two days with Techs saying they're on the way the worst customer service I've ever seen. Call the number and it rolls to different people and sometimes you know they are home from the noise of people yelling at kids. Just we are sorry this happen let us give you back your deposit, really what else would you do you never showed up to service me therefore no payment should be extended. Ludicrous company, and bad management no use them, after I loss money waiting on them someone else helped me and did the work in one hour, got me on the road no thanks to Best Mobile Auto and Diesel. read more

Best Auto?? Are you joking? They are the worst automotive service I have ever dealt with. They are not knowledgeable about automotive repairs. If you have young kids, your 3-year-old daughter would better repair your automobile than these so-called mechanics. I hired them to fix my SUV that would not start. Over a thousand dollars later, it still does not start. This was after paying a $185 diagnostic charge. My mechanic named "Will" had no clue as to what was wrong with my vehicle. He guessed several times and was wrong each time which cost me money. They are also nonpunctual. They will set an appointment time but not show up. They also require a deposit before making you an appointment. Red Flag number 1. If they don't show up, they already have your money. They will only communicate by email or text. This should have been my Red Flag number 2. I asked for a written warranty document for the work he had done. He left my home without providing it and never came back. Please do not use these worthless mechanics! read more

Summary--Fast, efficient, super-friendly and reasonably priced. I drive Uber part time. Went into Uber main office for my annual vehicle inspection. Turned out that I needed brake pads. Best Mobile runs the auto inspection operation for Uber. They showed me how the front pads were worn. They offered me a quote if I wanted them to do the work through their mobile service. Their quote was reasonable I gave them the go-ahead. Work was completed at the Uber office while I waited in a neighboring restaurant. Took around an hour. Again--These guys are fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them. read more

Made an appointment 6 weeks in advance for a general engine check up, a "grinding" noise when…read morecoasting between 20-40mph and to have the headlight assemblies replaced along with right turn signal wiring. Coming down from Alaska, I had sent the headlight housings and wires ahead of me so they would be there ready to install. Showed up on Tuesday 4/16am Was told that the grinding noise was probably the differential. The initial quote for $1200 to do, what I thought, was all of the work described seemed very reasonable. G texted Tuesday 4/16 afternoon that an updated quote was $2200, again.. thinking this was for all work previously described, seemed reasonable and I approved. The next afternoon, Wednesday 4/17 G called and let me know that my brakes were completely shot, needed all new rotors, calipers, brake pads and was quoted $11,000 to repair. Being from Alaska, I expect to pay premium on many items. When I called my local mechanic, he looked up all of the parts I would need and was told it was about $1100 in parts. Even with a 50% markup, I have a hard time believing that the labor to repair would be $9000. Now.. not being mechanically inclined but not dumb enough to fall for it, I said I would be picking the rv up in the morning and needed to decide about the brakes. Thursday am 4/18 I come in to pick up the rv, my bill for JUST the headlights, turn signal and whatever diagnosis was done was $2800... I was shocked. The extra $600 from my previous approval was for light bulbs that are $20.. I paid because I wanted out of there. To take advantage of someone who is on a time schedule, trying to drive home to Alaska, a female... is TERRIBLE business practice. I am so appalled that I paid $2800 for headlights. Had I a few tools.. something I could have done myself. The front of the RV is also damaged, from where the headlights were installed, cracks in the fiberglass front. Noticed at the time of pick up, but again.. because I was so throughly disgusted and wanted out of this business.. I chose to pay and leave. The bulbs are no brighter than the ones I came in with, which was disappointing. Also.. when I took the rv to another shop for a second opinion, the brakes were hardly worn, with only 36k on the engine these brakes were fine. They were dumbfounded your company said they were shot. Also to not warn someone with "shot" brakes driving away further shows that your company was trying to pull one over on me. Potentially if I had not said I was driving to Alaska, or not in time constraints or not female I would have been treated differently. Such a shame there are so few honest business practices left in this country.

On a trip from CA to WI that ends in CO during Labor Day Weekend because the dealership that said my truck would get me there and back, didn't, Best Mobile Automotive and Diesel came to my rescue. Sadly, because the dealership (which will remain nameless) can't figure out the problem but Best Mobile Automotive and Diesel did, I'm sold! Add to the fact that I called around and the places I called told me that they wouldn't be able to look at my truck until Tuesday and I am calling on Friday evening. The cost of my hotel stay was an expense for which I did not plan as I was planning to stay with family. The people (Best Mobile Automotive and Diesel, just outside of Denver) who told me that they would come to my hotel, roughly 1.5 hours away from their shop (in the rain and lightning) to do a diagnosis of the issue and arrived at 1130 pm (2330) Friday (the day I called) to see that I was taken care of that evening, is AMAZING! True, it didn't change what would happen that night but the peace of mind that it gave me to know that it could be fixed and they would look at my truck tomorrow, as their already booked schedule allowed gave both myself and my husband the peace of mind that we needed (I was traveling alone). Because of the HARD work, and I do mean HARD, of the team at Best Mobile Automotive and Diesel, I actually was on the road again back home (missed the commitment in WI and frankly had enough excitement at the moment) by Sunday evening. I beat the holiday traffic on Monday when other local shops would not look at my truck until Tuesday. I am extremely grateful that Best Mobile Automotive and Diesel picked up the phone and committed to me, a customer, to make my truck road worthy and I had a safe drive home - something a dealership did not. I would recommend this Best Mobile Automotive and Diesel to anyone. They have standards, ethics and skill - hands down one of the better, if not the best, mechanics I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you #BM! read more

it's been a year in the making. I own one of the greatest iconic cars in history. A Dodge Viper. It's been through hell and back, and with the whole pandemic, it's been worse. A garage queen if you will. Fast forward to today, I found a company who was willing to come to my place and get my engine back to where she belongs. However, being in the military, I was cut short of that time and have to leave a lot sooner than expected. Granted, they were aware of my time frame, and they went and found someone who could do the work. Although, I'd have to postpone the job until further notice, they were very understanding and were easy to work with. Jen(who've I've been in contact with) has been very helpful. Easy to get along with and just a normal human being. Not like some of those other guys who just sound automated or either won't be willing to work with you or can't work with you because you have a bouji vehicle that needs a "super professional " to get the job done. Anyways, sorry for the long rant. I've known Zach, Zach & Wes for over a year. Each one is an excellent mechanic and all are highly motivated. The service that they provide is hard to beat. Best Mobile Auto and Diesel Repair replaced a CV Boot and much more on my vehicle. I was quoted at multiple shops for the repair and was quoted well over a thousand dollars. Went to these gents was quoted 380, charged 380 and was driving the same day! The guys founded their own business and care about their customers, it shows! I stopped and asked them a question on how to change my tail light. They were awesome and pulled my car into the shop and changed it for me no questions asked. I went to pay and he told me they did this gratis. If that don't deserve 5-stars for customer service I don't know what else would. You guys are awesome thank you. I needed an inspection to drive for Uber. Everything was fine with my vehicle, but I was blown away by the efficiency and professionalism of the crew. They offered tips for what to expect being a new driver, insisted that I contact them if I needed anything checked out on my vehicle in the future, and also welcomed me to the family.
